Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX of XXXX sold me a lemon car XX/XX/XXXX when I drove off there premises after waiting almost 2 weeks just to get I wanted my money back and couldnt they told me it would be even longer when I did it through my debit card XX/XX/XXXX I almost XXXX because the car completely went out on me Im XXXX XXXX XXXX now I got a police report and everything I informed everybody about the situation credit acceptance XXXX XXXX of XXXX which they never ever got back to me I had to keep calling them into the last call where it says one minute on my phone bill they financial manager said call my bank and dispute it with them then hung up on me now they telling my bank I never complaint which I have proof I did since day One and they kept giving me the run arounds they lied about the car the car mileage and everything to it soon as I got the car 2-3 weeks later ac wasnt working they told me to put XXXX in it myself I did and it went away probably like 2 weeks did it again and still it happened again I really try to switch and or give it up but they kept saying come back in 6 months did then they say I need to have the car for a year came back this year in XXXX they told me I need 6 more months like there no help at all Im XXXX and they there the only people. Thats stressing me out to the point I was XXXX XXXX because of them even my doctors know its my first car and they did me so wrong credit acceptance know everything but they keep Putin these miscellaneous charges on me when they know the situation and I havent had the car since XX/XX/XXXX I surrendered the car also XXXX XXXX tell them they paid for it when I paid for it my debit information have it where I paid them to fix something then 2 months later my car breaks down completely the whole alignment thats how bad the car was XXXX is tryin to work with me but Im explaining Im not goin to keep paying for something that I dont have and had issues with I really need help with all of them even XXXX XXXX of XXXX ruining my credit because they keep acting like everytime I came they was goin to give me or switch a car then to get the run arounds like I have to come back after a certain amount of months I want nothing to do with them I just want my money back that I put down on the deposit I have bank statements and phone bills I paid for it XX/XX/XXXX but didnt get the car to XX/XX/XXXX when they gave my XXXX XXXX which was also to high on pay and they also gave me miscellaneous charges after I closed them out before XXXX its becoming extremely messy I try to write the whole world for help and its like some people tryin to help and some cant because they dont get back to you at all the front desk lady transfer you to managers and you get a voicemail you leave one you still wont get a return this is the worst experience I ever had and again Im XXXX I could of died in there car then what would of happened how would this outcome go because my mom and my XXXX XXXX XXXX daughter was with me my entire time every time I went even when I first got the car the mechanics said I should of tooken a man and everybody I spoke to thats so sad they do this to females I trusted them my first car and they didnt car at all they gave me what they wanted and it was late so I couldnt even be like no or nothing we was all tired being there day to night to there closing time to having to come back the next few days waiting to see if the car is ready I have so much proof in my phone it makes no sense and the way they lying is ridiculous its sad people have to tell me I should of tooken a man with to get my first car but I didnt know I was just so stoked on getting my car I need help please its also better if I say it then write because its just a lot please somebody help me!!!

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, I co borrowed for a XXXX financed by Credit Acceptance Corp. Payments remained in good standing until XXXX of XXXX when the other borrower left home with the vehicle and never came back. Since then, every payment has been at least 30 days late. I do not have access to this vehicle. I do not insure it. I am not on the registration. I have tried countless times and multiple phone calls to resolve this. I have begged for them to repossess the vehicle since it is currently over 90 days past due, with no attempt to make payment since XX/XX/XXXX. Ive asked to surrender it. Ive asked to remove my name in anyway. I can afford this vehicle but they wont even help me get possession back of it. It has ruined my credit. I dont understand why they wont just take the vehicle or even just give it to me and Ill deal with it. The person who has it doesnt have a job anymore and hasnt since the first late payment. He has missed more payments even on the payment arrangement than made. Its hurting me more to let him continue to mess up every month then it would to just take it from him and ding me for the next 7 years. I am a good hard working person trying to do the right thing but they are catering to a XXXX XXXX grown man with no job. He doesnt even insure the vehicle, his mom and dad do. Please take my name off of this. If I had possession I would either sell, refinance, surrender, or pay it. But I shouldnt have to suffer because this car company doesnt want to do anything about it.

Consumer Complaint: Company reported me 30 days late when I was on automatic withdrawal. I never had a 30 day late. I am requesting that the XXXX request all payment history in writing from Credit Acceptance. This will show there was never a 30 day late and I am asking them to correct this or I will escalate the issue. Further, in the beginning of the loan. If payments were received after the due date, they took the money ( late fee $ ) from the payment 1st, then apply the remainder interest and then principal last. Towards the end of the loan, they " stopped '' this practice.. And stopped collecting any late fee 's from the automatic withdrawal payments and " rolled them over '' The account was on an automatic withdrawal for years.. If I was running late, where are the letters requesting payment of the fees? Why did you not collect any fee 's from my automatic payments. Further you can see late fees in XXXX Again, when payments are not received in the grace period, they took the incoming payment and applied any of the payment towards the LATE FEE 'S first, then the remainder to INTEREST, and whatever was remaining to principal. I am not sure when they decided to switch that and " roll over '' fee 's for months.. It's unethical and illegal. If this is not fixed, I am filing a lawsuit.
