I spoke to a representative on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX XXXX The I advised the representative my bill is less than 48 hours past due and I have received several call already, yesterday was Sunday and the banks are not open here.The representative informed very rudely " if you just pay your bill, we stop calling. '' I advised him again it is just now due and for him to not call me again. I received 2 more calls that day. 3 calls on XX/XX/2023 3 calls on XX/XX/2023 3 calls on XX/XX/2023 ( made the payment and a complaint ) and received XXXX call so far today from that number and several other calls from this company on a different number.

I was told that my truck would be {$19000.00} which seemed like a fair price considering the truck was beautiful and In wonderful shape. I signed papers digitally saying this and then once I received my copy there was an extra {$10000.00} for a finance fee that I honestly had no knowledge of. I was not aware of this so now Im paying {$29000.00} plus for a XXXX I never would have done that I was told my payments would be {$600.00} but not to worry it would go down with down payment lies and car broke down less then a month. Contacted dealership and they pretended like they didnt know what I was talking about everything is as is so I was stuck. I told my family and friend with no reveal I just seen the lawsuit and realize that I am a victim of the lies and deceit on both the dealer and the financial dealer. Im just stuck and my transmission just went out so I had to hustle and make kids go without to get {$4200.00} for a transmission on a {$30000.00} XXXX XXXX really sickened Credit acceptance should be shut down so many ruined lives and credit scores.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, XXXX for {$14000.00}. Total loan amount financed {$25000.00}. I also paid {$1400.00} for a 2 year or XXXX miles extended warranty. Car was financed through Credit Acceptance Corporation for XXXX interest for 60 months. Car developed air conditioning problems within 2 weeks. Took to dealer who made me pay {$600.00} to have fixed. Two months later car stopped on a major highway and had it towed back to dealer to fix the problem under the extended warranty. Car stayed at dealer not fixed. We called extended warranty company who said that dealer would not provide information they requested. Car has been at the dealer not repaired since XX/XX/XXXX. Dealer advised me last week that it will cost {$11000.00} to put in a new motor and make repairs. I wrote to Credit Acceptance and told them about the car not running for months and that I would not pay for a car I could not drive and that the dealer refused to fix. I stopped making payments. I cancelled the insurance on the car. I told Credit Acceptance that I was surrendering the car and asked them to cancel the loan because I did not get what I bargained for. Credit Acceptance told me I had to pay for the car. I again notified Credit Acceptance on XX/XX/XXXX that I was surrendering the car back to them. I will not be forced to pay for a junk car, almost 23 percent interest for 60 months and the car has been broken down and undriveable since XX/XX/XXXX. The dealer refuses to fix under my extended warranty.

You must prove that I in fact applied for this account and am the rightful owner of this account or it must be deleted from my credit report for being unable to verify my identity. This would be a violation of the FCRA and XXXX XXXX reporting guidelines set forth by the CDIA. Therefore, please remove this account. CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CORPXXXX Is inaccurately reporting past due balances on all credit reports as being 120 days late. Payment is current and has been reporting payments received and the amount but still showing as if the account is past due.
