Consumer Complaint: A car that I purchased was a XXXX XXXX and country from XXXX XXXX XXXX in New Jersey the car on the site was {$3000.00} when I got to the dealership I paid over {$4.00}, XXXX and total the car cost {$5000.00}. A car engine light was on I told him I'll take it when they turn it off and fix it he told me I had to drive it and I have two year warranty. Long story short I got 4 months out of it it broke down on me I took it to XXXX XXXX in XXXX New York and they had it for over 4 months because credit acceptance third party insurance agent would not come out so they told the car back to my residence I took the plates off and it got towed all the while this was all happening I contact credit acceptance and the dealer and I've got no help but they still want my money which is the remaining balance which is {$1100.00} and I will still be without a car.

They had me at about 23 % interest rate with a {$390.00} payment for a XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX with XXXX miles on it. Early last year I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, New Jersey, from the beginning the car had issues. It would shake violently, mind you this is right off of the lot, I had to bring it back to the dealership to get fixed. It took them about 34 days to fix my new vehicle, and I was out of my new vehicle for 34 days. After everything was fixed my vehicle drove okay besides a TPMS code going off. I was driving my vehicle about 2 weeks ago and my transmission went out of nowhere without any sort of noises, feelings, or just general malfunctions. I understand that credit acceptance Corp is already in a lawsuit with your organization and the state of New York, I wanted to let you know that this is also happening in New Jersey. They are financing lemons to people that are desperate for cars, hiking up their interest rate, and taking advantage of them.
