Consumer Complaint: I have provided a FTC affidavit and put this company on notice and this company admitted in the resolution they sent that they some inconsistencies on their reporting on the consumer report then in the next line state they found no error this is a violation and admission of damage and fault to my estate. I demand this account be removed immediately. I am a victim of identity theft and this company has open admitted to giving false and inaccurate information to all three credit bureau. This is security fraud Wellsfargo is doing. I have already been contacted with local lawyer about each consumer violations and im thinking about hiring them if this is not fixed immediately. I have put wellsfargo on notice. This company stated multiple lies and inconsistencies but the fcra says a report must be 100 % accurate but this company has failed in doing so. Plus a certificate of indebtedness as this company has admitted should never be reported to the credit bureau because it would be income but the real facts in the matter is this company is admitting to violating my consumer rights and participating in identity and security fraud. I as for the account to be remove/blocked/deleted not for this company to update their already wrong and inconsistent reporting which is a violation of my consumer protected rights. The lady, Marge, indicated there is no account under that social with well a Fargo. Which I knew I never opened an account with Wells Fargo. She states a customer advocate from well Fargo would call me. I believe wells Fargo opened this account without my knowdledge and later closed it and its still reporting on my credit reports. Well Fargo has a long history of opening up accounts without peoples knowledge

Consumer Complaint: Once again XXXX XXXX has denied my claim XXXX XXXXXXXX stating that an escalated review was completed but were the document, phone records, analysis i.e anything that will support their claims or finding that these transaction were authorized. They keep speaking of an internal system which is only computer with numbers. Their evidence is only my account/ statement showing the funds has been taking out of the account which is what we know, but they continue to state a claim in which they are denying me my security credits, and I believe no records at exist. This is a willful and intently done to caused me harm and damage. How can XXXX XXXX continue to deny my claim with no evidence and the CFPB continues to do nothing. If there findings are indeed correct than it should be no problem for them to provide Authenticated documents, records, numbers, names, I.e any information supporting that claim but on today XX/XX/2024 I received another packet from XXXX XXXX that contains the Deposit agreement which only proves my point. They fail to show anything thats contradictory to my statement and proof or not only a Breach of contract but also a Breach of Trust as Fiduciary of My Trust they are failing to do whats right for me the Beneficiary and I will not stop until this goes to Federal court and I will subpoena the CFPB for failing to do their job.

Second of all, I lost my job a few weeks ago, so I dont have a way to pay them as of right now. I dont appreciate that this bank is threatening to sue me and take my stuff away, this bank is the worst and I hope that no one else banks with them at all. Consumer Complaint: I filed a claim in the amount of XXXX on XX/XX/2023 from a hotel double charge and they provided the credit. Fast forward to towards end of XXXX they randomly reversed the credit with no call, email, or nothing as to why they did. Wells Fargo also Reversed a credit of XXXX from a claim I filed due to my phone being stolen and transactions occurring on my account through XXXX XXXX. I called to understand why after all this time and after they stated theyd credit the amount and the claim would be closed cause it was in my favor. I ended up calling XXXX support as well because I wanted to know what evidence was sent to have them reverse the credit and they couldnt even give me any evidence or solid reason as to why. They told me the passcode is required to have access to send money or Face ID, which I didnt have Face ID on the XXXX and people are capable of hacking and scamming peoples information. Its becoming easier for people who commit fraud to access your information these days. If a customer goes through a situation where information has been stolen from them along with items and they depend on their bank to help them with money thats gone missing from their account and to make right cause they promised to help, then turned around to leave you in a predicament to have your account negative its dishonest. I chose to give banking with Wells cargo another chance thinking that circumstances changed but its still the same as it was before.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo took it upon themselves to pay XXXX rental car company and overdraw my account ; which due to my previous complaints they resolved by closing that particular account. However, Wells Fargo has wrongfully accused me of debit card misuse and these accusations are both false and defamation of character. It was after my exchange of words with the claims department representative that a day or so later my debit cards were revoked. The account ending in XXXX was newly opened at the time of the debacle with XXXX. This account has my direct deposit from work going into it, and yet accessing my funds is difficult because they have wrongfully and maliciously revoked my debit card with no valid or legal reason to ; nor have they provided evidence of misuse. I was told by the claims department at first that it was to protect me because I was being attacked. Then notes state it was done for misuse. I have never misused my debit card nor my account. My relationship with XXXX and the situation has nothing to do with Wells Fargo. Their decision to act a third party in this matter with XXXX is nonsense because I am the customer. I have contacted Wells Fargo several times about this matter and have yet to have this matter in particular resolved.

Since my card was closed after the notice of identity theft, I am not sure why I have asked this service and to sign. This office stated in the letter that I have contacted with this office on unauthorized account usage. I might have contacted around that time whether my account was closed or not, but I never considered the unauthorized usage at that time. Since there is a concern of possible fraud and illegal activity on the credit cards activities in my name, this inquiry of unauthorized account usage on XX/XX/XXXX of 2023 might be performed by the third party who might have known the illegal activities.
