Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2023 : I received several letters from the Wells Fargo Bank Customer Care Department requesting a phone call. I executed the calls for each letter attached and made notes on whom and at what time I spoke. The resolution, as promised, for all the inconveniences was provided on a recorded line 30 days ago. So I called back towards the end of XXXX once again and still got the same response. Someone needs to do their duties and provide the appropriate final results within the promised delivery date. We are now heading 60 days and still waiting for results.

Consumer Complaint: Basically what happened is that I report XXXX fraudulent transactions made through XXXX from my bank checking account ( Wells Fargo ) the first of XXXX to " XXXX XXXX '' Ref # XXXX and the second of XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX. The solution that Wells Fargo gave me was to go to my cell phone service provider in this case ( XXXX ) a documentation that my phone has been compromised so I went and they told me that they are not able to give that type of documentation and that the only thing they can give me is an invoice for the cell phone payments and a call history ( I will attach these proofs below ). So I turn to you as my last option to solve this.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo is refusing to acknowledge they received payment from XXXX XXXX XXXX for my Gap coverage. My car was totaled before XXXX XXXX and my loan is still not closed. The dated check for the GAP was sent to Wells Fargo on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$2000.00} and XXXX XXXX XXXX has record of Wells Fargo cashing that check on XX/XX/XXXX. Wells Fargo is saying g they never received payment. I've been turned down continuously while attempting to get another vehicle so I have transportation to work. Almost 2 months later my loan is still open and I desperately need to get another car and because of this issue, I can't.

Consumer Complaint: I received 2 letters from Wells Fargo dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that I was enrolled in the Identity Theft Protection -Affinion product and to contact them if the enrollment wasnt authorized by me. I called them on XX/XX/XXXX to say I had not authorized the enrollment. There were two separate enrollments at two different times. The representative said that a check in the amount of {$3100.00} and another check in the amount of {$62.00} would be sent and to call them if I hadnt received the checks in 30 days. XX/XX/XXXX, I called to say I hadnt received the checks. They said the checks had been processed on XX/XX/XXXX and to call if I hadnt received them in 30 days from that date. So I called again and spoke with multiple people. They now say that the checks are being processed but they dont know when the checks will be generated or when Ill receive them. There have been multiple conversations totalling hours on the phone. Initially, it would be 30 days to receive the checks. Now they have no idea when Ill receive them.

Consumer Complaint: I made an appointment for a free consultation for a service XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX. During my appointment I was asked to provide my debit card information for a service that this company said would take 6 -8 moths. I was told that this service charge would be {$500.00} a month for a total of {$2500.00}. I provided this merchant with my debit card to start this service. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX I received an email with a case questionnaire to complete fully and return this back for review. I was unable to retrieve the information that was requested. On XX/XX/XXXX I asked my friend who is a XXXX XXXXXXXX to call this company to ask them why They needed information like my pediatric records and school records. The Merchant on the phone said that this information was needed to process my questionnaire. On XX/XX/XXXX I phoned this merchant and explained to them that I was unable to get my childhood medical records from XXXX as the doctors and offices are no longer in business. My school records from grade school were also difficult to get. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a new email from this XXXX requesting different documents. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent an email to this Merchant that I wanted to cancel any further business with them. I never received communication from this merchant or a response from my email to cancel doing business with them. I never signed a contract with this company and thought this was odd. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX ; XXXX I received a text and email from Wells Fargo my bank that {$2000.00} was taken out of my account via from my debit card number from this XXXX. I phoned Wells Fargo right away to put a fraud claim in and that this was an un authorized Charge on my debit card. Wells Fargo Claims Assistance center for ATM/Debit Card Claims sent me an email that they will investigate this claim and to send them any information that I have with this Merchant. I sent Wells Fargo my emails to this Merchant and written details of my experience with them. I received a temporary credit back to my account for {$500.00} charged on XX/XX/XXXX and {$2000.00} charged on XX/XX/XXXX from my debit card number that this merchant had on file and was not authorized to use with out my consent. I received emails from Wells Fargo that they were processing my claim. After XX/XX/XXXX I received no updates regarding my claim.. I sent an email to Wells Fargo Claims Dept on XXXX XXXX after calling the the claims asking for an up [ date on my claim. My letter asked to receive all information provided by the Merchant to Wells Fargo regarding my claim. I was told that this would take 30 plus days to receive this information. I received documents from Wells Fargo that they used to make a decision on my claim on XX/XX/XXXX. I called Wells Fargo Claims Dept regarding my claim and asked why they reversed my credit {$2500.00} from these un authorized charges. Wells Fargo told me that They closed my claim and that I was unable to appeal their decision. The documents that Wells Fargo sent to me was a copy of a retainer agreement from this Merchant that was only signed by them and not signed by me.They also sent copies that the Merchant input my debit card number with out my authorization or signature for {$2000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. I was unable to get any resolution on this claim and Wells Fargo said that my file with this claim is now closed. In the mean time I lost {$2500.00} from my account with unauthorized charges from a Merchant that I never received a service from. Thank You

Consumer Complaint: I received XXXX letters on XX/XX/2023 from Wells Fargo Customer Care. The letters stated that I had been improperly enrolled in two programs without my knowledge or consent. The products were " Wells Fargo Identity Theft Protection '' program and the other was their " Credit Defense Product '' ( They had been ordered by you CFPB and they agreed to pay consumers as part of a plea deal ). I called the telephone number in the letters ( XXXX ). Their representative told me advised me the money that would be paid to me was {$500.00} dollars ( $ XXXX ). They advised me the money would shortly be forthcoming. After waiting XXXX weeks I called back on XX/XX/XXXX and was advised the checks would be received in 30 days from my initial call on XX/XX/XXXX. The checks didn't come and I called again on XX/XX/XXXX and they said their was a XXXX backup. I called again today and they said they could not specify when and transferred me to another Wells Fargo " Executive Office '' telephone number. I spoke to a representative named " XXXX '' who refused to give me her full name from the " Customer Care Executive Office. '' She advised me that the checks would not be made available until sometime in XXXX... probably. I feel that once Wells Fargo is again engaging in unscrupulous refusal to pay an agreed upon debt that they owe.

So i called and talked to XXXX today. I asked him to send me the money by check at my address. For which he refused. He said that I need to use the credit card. I am without job now and I want this money. It's legitimate money that I am asking and it's my money. I had XXXX disputes and only dispute gets rewarded in my favor.

Consumer Complaint: We applied repeatedly to Wells Fargo Mortgage Services, aka Wells Fargo NA, Company for mortgage modification for 4 years, and were repeatedly denied during that period of time. We provided all financial and hardship documentation repeatedly and as requested by Wells Fargo Mortgage Services. This described period of time occurred from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, the first full year of applying was pro-active on our part prior to missing any mortgage payments. During the full XXXX years of applying for the modification, documentation provided to Wells Fargo was repeatedly 'lost ' by them or expired due to lack of processing by them. Provided proof of income was miscalculated by Wells Fargo numerous times. Attached herein in .pdf format is 48 pages of documentation applicable to this complaint. Post bankruptcy, we filed a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General 's Office. On our behalf, the Colorado Attorney General inquired directly to Wells Fargo concerning our mortgage modification denials. Wells Fargo then offered us a temporary trial modification which we agreed to and fulfilled. After the temporary modification, Wells Fargo denied us a permanent modification, and, as reason for denial, presented bogus title encumbrances, which we were able to immediately disprove. The Colorado Attorney General 's Office immediately escalated our case and, as a result, Wells Fargo offered us a permanent modification. We were required to sign a promissory note to Wells Fargo in the amount of over {$90000.00} as a condition of modification approval. Another 10 years was added to our mortgage at an interest rate of 5.375 %. We believe had we not been denied the mortgage modification due to Wells Fargo and its employees negligence in not correctly and properly applying our correct income and allowing our modification application to continually expire without proper processing, the {$90000.00} in arrears would never have accumulated. Nor would it be currently attached to our current modified mortgage as a forbearance. This forbearance stripped us of the equity in our home, and it caused us undue duress and hardship. Consumer Complaint: While I was XXXX in XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) my debit card was stolen & used XXXX times, XX/XX/XXXX- {$400.00} & {$990.00}, XX/XX/XXXX - {$60.00}. I submitted a fraud claim to Wells Fargo. On XX/XX/XXXX, they temporarily credited my bank acct for {$1300.00}. Then on XX/XX/XXXX, Wells Fargo took the money back out of my acct & refuse to reimburse me for it. Wells Fargo insists, even though I was XXXX, that I left the XXXX XXXX, used my debit card ( which I did not have ) at the stores, then I returned to my XXXX XXXX room. This I was told by Wells Fargo yesterday, XX/XX/XXXX. None of what Wells Fargo stated makes any sense. I gave Wells Fargo a letter from my doctor verifying my XXXX. I'm finding out that Wells Fargo does very little investigations at all. On XX/XX/1923 Wells Fargo sent me, by email, a male customer 's claim decision. They had denied his claim exactly the way they denied mine. I now have this man 's name & am trying to find him. I feel this is violation of this man 's confidentiality by Wells Fargo & very sloppy work by Wells Fargo Claims dept, sending me another person 's claim resolution. I don't know if you can do anything, but I would simply like my y {$1300.00} reinstated to my bank acct. Otherwise I must file for Arbitration & file a case in small claims court.
