Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to make a Cash deposit at WF drive thru, since the ATM is usually out of order. After quite the wait, I noticed that the very manager that has exercised complete disregard for the fact that I am the only Active member on this account for the past 10yrs, is still discriminating against me. When I stated to the window clerk that 'this is the only branch where I've had this problem '', she suggested the ATM, that usually isn't operating! Thankfully. I made the ATM deposit but was in disbelief of this managers constant behavior, as reflected in this report. On this date, XX/XX/XXXX, I attempted to deposit a check made directly to me in the sum of {$4600.00}. After much back-and-forth contemplation, the rude WF manager sent me to the bank of which check was drawn in order for them to sign. I did so, though it seemed quite unnecessary. It should be noted that not once did he smile, introduce himself, or be humanly kind to me in any way whatso-ever. Rather, he seemed to writhe with enjoyment of rejecting my deposit due to " bank rules ''. The slightest indication of any morals and integrity towards me would have made it into an understandable experience. Rather, I was treated as an illegitimate customer and criminal. For a kind, peaceful, smiling soul as myself this behavior was quite troubling coming from CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Consumer Complaint: I paid one year insurance to XXXX XXXX at closing on XXXX XXXX. Wells Fargo informed me by email on XX/XX/XXXX that I did not have insurance! They waited one year and then forced a {$4500.00} policy onto my loan. XXXX XXXX was not aware that the company they chose had cancelled my insurance. The check was cashed but evidently I was not covered. As soon as I received the email from Wells Fargo, I called my XXXX rep and was insured by midnight that night. Well Fargo backdated a policy and added it to my loan! I did what I was supposed to do at closing and I am being penalized for what an insurance company did with my money. So now I am paying {$7500.00} for a XXXX sq.ft. house!!!! I am a widow on social securtiy and this maneuver by Wells Fargo has to be illegal! I am being penalized and I did nothing wrong. My mortgage balance is now more than I originally borrowed! My mortgage payment went from {$1600.00} per month to almost {$1900.00}! I just looked at my account and now it went up agin for XXXX to {$2000.00}!

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I opened a joint account with my wife at the time with Wells Fargo Bank. We divorced in XXXX at which time she was responsible for the Wells Fargo account per the divorce decree. Checking my credit files with the three major credit bureaus this information from Wells Fargo is still being reported on my credit reports. I spoke with a representative at Wells Fargo on XX/XX/XXXX and we closed the joint account. The representative told me that the account will still be reported on my credit reports. If for whatever reason my ex decides not to pay or pays late this information will also be reported on my credit report. Although I dont anticipate my ex not paying it because she has paid it consistently for years it is still an outstanding balance and it is adversely affecting my credit score. The reason why I believe it is adversely affecting my credit score is because she makes the minimum payment. Recently, I always pay my credit card balances in full each month. I am trying to achieve the highest credit score possible. This Wells Fargo account is hampering my ability to achieve that goal.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/year>XXXX I paid off {$960.00} on my credit card balance with Wells Fargo. On XX/XX/year>XXXX Wells Fargo flagged my account as 30 Days Past Due on my credit report with a {$960.00} balance due. However, this is inaccurate as I do not owe a balance. Therefore, I am requesting that this inaccurate report be removed from my credit profile immediately.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I was contacted by Wells Fargo advisors who offered me Accidental disability protection. In XXXX I was called again to upgrade my existing policy which I did, adding on Accident protector bonus. Between XXXX I never received any documentation that these policies were no in effect. In XXXX my son XXXX XXXX in an auto accident, and I reached out to Wells Fargo to access the benefits under the Accident protector plan and was advised that I did not have such a coverage as Wells Fargo did not offer this type of insurance. I explained to the representative that I had purchased this years ago and it was a rider on my policy, they again advised that no such services were available. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received the attached letters from Wells Fargo. I called the customer service department and was advised that they did an audit and found that many customers were sold these policies, and they are no longer available. I am reporting them as I am exhausted with getting ripped off by them. They owe me more than a measly {$2000.00}. they owe me more like {$100000.00} for a payout from when my son passed on this policy, they do not have any information for the broker on these policies they only provided the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, Please assist.

Consumer Complaint: I have had an account with Wells Fargo for many years. Since XXXX I believe. But my father warned me that the banks were all predatory institutions. I tried to stand up for the banks against this allegation. I believe it a begins with the checking account, establishing a facade of trust. Then credit cards are advertised, even when reason stipulates that spending less than what one earns is the only foolproof way to produce wealth. Don't get me wrong -- I believe that owing to my XXXX XXXX I probably could run a highly ethical banking operation myself. But I have been unable to find a single existing bank that won't fall prey to the contra-moral trap of becoming predatory. And it all began with Wells Fargo. I am still waiting for my XXXX application to be approved through the social security administration. Frankly, if more people understood the severity of repercussions that come from trusting a bank like Wells Fargo, we could probably sue for a lot more power than what we have right now. Note I said power, not money. Because I am not greedy, just highly abused and super defensive. I only want to exercise power in order to threaten those that threaten me. To protect myself.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX used XXXX to transfer {$750.00} from my checking account at Wells Fargo to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX ) to pay for an online purchase. I sent an additional {$65.00} to him the following day, again using XXXX and again from my checking account at W.F. Wells Fargo debited my account, but XXXX did not transfer the funds to XXXX XXXX. When I check the transactions online in my W.F. account, both transactions show a status message, The receiving bank has not deposited funds to XXXX XXXX 's account. XXXX XXXX called his bank this morning, and they told him that XXXX has frozen the funds. At this point, the funds have been frozen for over three days. I called Wells Fargo FOUR TIMES today ( XXXX ; the online dept. ) to try to get this problem fixed, and got absolutely nothing accomplished! Two of the calls didnt even get past their IVR. On my second call, I talked to XXXX XXXX in XXXX, TX, but she refused to answer my question about why the funds were frozen. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she disconnected the call. On my fourth call, I got an XXXX in the XXXX. I told her I wanted to speak with a supervisor in the U.S. She didnt connect me with a supervisor, but connected me with their second level support. I spoke with XXXX XXXX in Virginia. She also refused to explain why my funds were frozen, and kept trying to blame XXXX and/or the receiving financial institution ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX VA ) . She refused to do anything to fix the problem. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, or to give me the phone number for problem resolution at XXXX, she refused both requests and hung up on me!
