Consumer Complaint: I sent a fully registered security to Wells Fargo that abides by everything outlined in 31 CFR part 306 and 12 USC 391 that they willfully neglected to even process nor mention during their response to my original issue I asked that they remove all late fees charges and payments in regards to the account to which they also neglected to even address. They either need to process the security or I will be rescinding the security interest and deleting all my information on the private side. I also never gave explicit permission for them to report my personal information to ANYBODY including so called credit bureaus such as XXXX XXXX and XXXX and that of course was pursuant to title 15 section 6801-6802 and title 15 chapter 94 in general I also demanded to be compensated in an amount not less than {$100.00} and not more than {$1000.00} pursuant to title 15 section 1681n as is my right to which they also neglected to address overall I am extremely disturbed that the company has cut my access to the card yet denies any wrong doing and instead made the claim that no adverse action was taken on the account yet I do not have access to the entire account. I also informed them that it was my RIGHT not a request that my card be given an open ended line of credit to which they denied solely based off fraudulent information that they refuse to delete of my profile but I could have sworn I had the same legal equal lending rights as anybody else they also showed me a contract that WAS NOT the original contract that I signed and I CAN prove the discrepancies between the two if needed their contract was fraudulent and I NEVER agreed to pay them twice once in dollars tender or money and then again once the securities reach full maturity once again I would like to add that my access to certain tools and information on the account has been cut off WITHOUT having been taken to arbitration meaning they are attempting to force arbitration. XXXX XXXX also made the FALSE claim that nobody from Wells Fargo Debt Collections has reached out to me in regards to this account which was an outright lie and I even had to change my number for this reason but I will be forwarding the proof seeing as my phone definitely has caller ID. I hope that all my issues will be resolved amicably but at the moment I feel deep regret even choosing Wells Fargo to be involved in my finances

I have called and went into the local branch to make the payment of {$380.00} to bring a XXXX balance since then on XX/XX/2024 they have closed my savings account and they have said its due to activity on the account then they said its because of my address. I went to the branch to pay {$380.00} and ask to open my savings account they have told me they can not take my payment in the local branch but to call XXXX & XXXX which both have refused to take my payment of {$380.00} I am asking for help on this and have called the branch while I had the XXXX agent on the phone because they are telling me to one thing and vice versa. They tell me 10 different reasons why they closed my savings account and never saying the same thing! I can not understand that a company can get away with this!

Therefore, I am requesting this inaccurate report be removed from my credit profile immediately. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute the following information that Wells Fargo XXXX svc supplied to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX credit bureaus ; whose report has incorrect information that has not been updated in reference to account ( XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ). Prior to the Pandemic I had an Impeccable Payment history XXXX XXXX XXXX, I value being a financially responsible client. However, during XXXX I suffered from a major hardship, I had a great death in my family, and I lost my former husband, who at the time was my primary source of income. I also was laid off from my Job due to major cutbacks. Being a Widowed wife and a mother of XXXX It was hard to meet all my financial hardships. Nevertheless, I did not want to neglect my financial obligations. If you check the history on my account, I have never missed a payment from the time I opened my account in XXXX until the pandemic. In XXXX I reached out to your company to request hardship payment options, I agreed to do a settlement with your company, hence each account was paid. I was informed that the account would be kept current, no late payments will be reported due to me agreeing to settle the account and Care Act. According to the Cares ACT, the CARES Act states if you make a debt-relief agreement, that creditor must continue to report the debt as current. Therefore, no late payments should reflect my credit file during that time. I Request that Wells Fargo remove all late payment history as soon as possible to be in compliance with the federal law. To ensure that creditors adhere to the Federal Law which prohibits Negative Credit Reporting according to The CARES Act signed into law on XX/XX/XXXX, Act to amend Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) to stop adverse credit reporting during XXXX XXXX. ( 15U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( XXXX ) ( F ). ) This has been an ongoing issue. I have also reached out to Wells Fargo in XXXX, XXXX, and just recently XXXX XXXX via dispute through my credit bureau, however both accounts remain the same inaccurately Late Payment history. Please reinvestigate this matter and contact the nationwide credit bureaus to have them delete the disputed late payment items as soon as possible.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I found that Wells Fargo had withdrawn {$400.00} from our savings account ( joint account held by my spouse XXXX XXXX and myself ). When I contacted the bank, they stated that this was an issue with a levy due to a Wells Fargo credit card I had 9 years ago. When complaining about why there was no warning given or documentation of this, they told me that they did not have to provide that information legally. RIDICULOUS! When I spoke with my spouse we discussed the circumstances with the credit card in question and were able to jump to our own conclusions as an explanation of this mess. This is the context : In XXXX I was in the hospital due to a XXXX XXXX from XXXX and subsequent cardiac arrests I underwent in XXXX, XXXX because of a flu virus that I contracted. I was in a coma for a month 's time and have been recovering since that time and I am legally XXXX while receiving Social Security XXXX because of my inability to work due to chronic pulmonary and cardiac conditions. At the time of my hospitalization, my spouse was supposed to start a new job which he put off for a month 's time until I was out of my coma and slowly on the road to recovery. He did his best but without the duo-income we were used to, we found ourselves in financial difficulty over the next several years. Once he started his new job and was promoted in short time, he was able to resume making payments on those debts we had incurred. Two of these were from credit cards with Wells Fargo one solely in my spouse 's name and one solely in my own name. Ultimately, we made a deal with Wells Fargo and their legal recovery department which outlined a conditional agreement where we paid a certain amount towards the debt and Wells Fargo agreed to forgive the remainder. This was a struggle to come up with the large amounts to pay our part for this agreement to take place but we were finally able to do so successfully. This was around XXXX of XXXX, we believe but are not certain of the exact timeframe due to the numerous years that have gone by. Nor do we remember the amounts or the specifics of the agreement with Wells Fargo, but nothing was ever presented again around this scenario from that time forward. Since then, we have worked very hard to build our credit and now enjoy a XXXX rating each in the high XXXX XXXX range, with no reference to anything outstanding owed or levied, etc. on either of our credit reports. We are now fortunate enough to be looking to purchase a home in the next couple of years. There is nothing on our credit reports relating to this subject of money owed to Wells Fargo and in fact, our credit scores at Wells Fargo are equally in the high XXXX XXXX range for XXXX so how can this be? Flash forward to the present and when talking with the legal department at Wells Fargo asking why they would just take money out of our savings account without any kind of notification, they tell us that they are not legally required to provide that information. When we asked for a current statement or something even related to this situation in terms of documentation, they have told us the same, they will not provide us any written information around this but we received verbal confirmation that we allegedly owe them {$7700.00} as of right now, according to their records ( which they refuse to share with us ). This is absolutely preposterous with a banking institution saying they have the actual right to do this to long standing customers and to put us in this kind of situation. This naturally is affecting our household and my health as the worry around this scenario is causing sleepless nights and extreme anxiety with no one willing to help us. When initially speaking to Wells Fargo, they did not even have our correct and current address on file and had an address from over 5 years ago listed as our residence even though I can see in my account online that the correct address is listed .... this is shady in and of itself and is concerning if they don't even have the address listed in their internal files where we have lived and banked with them for the past two years. We have searched, but have moved several times in the past 9 years and likely shredded what we thought were documents that were no longer relevant or necessary, including, we assume the information around the agreement we had with the payoff of these aforementioned credit cards. We have additionally spent hours looking through statements, calling to ask for help from ANYONE at Wells Fargo to find this information or the original agreement itself but we are told that the company purges all statements greater than 7 years old. We were able to file a complaint finally with the executive offices at Wells Fargo but they told us they would contact us within two business days early the week prior ( XX/XX/XXXX ) and we have yet to hear from anyone. On XX/XX/XXXX my spouse called and spoke to a representative in the XXXX department who smugly stated, " this is money you owe, is it not? What aren't you getting about this? ", we hung up on him as we will not be condescended to. My spouse called again just today ( XXXX/XXXX/XXXX ) and filed a complaint with a customer service representative, asking to escalate but our hope of even the slightest help from this horrible company is fading quickly. Please help us. We are happy to pay what we owe but this is an agreement that has been violated by the institution that arranged for it to begin with and we are feeling bullied, and neglected and are frankly tired of the apathetic buck passing that we are experiencing as we try to navigate these frustrating and insulting circumstances in an attempt to find a resolve. They won't even provide us the information pertaining to these circumstances and there is no way this is legal and is extremely unethical in the approach being taken by this supposedly illustrious organization. We are going to move our banking to another institution but it will take time and a great deal of work with direct deposits, notifying companies where we have automatic payments, etc. Again, any and all help or assistance in any way that you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo complaint # XXXX XXXX regarding my construction company account, XXXX XXXX XXXX Checking ending in XXXX & Savings ending in XXXX. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for nearly XXXX decades and currently have XXXX active accounts, multiple business accounts as well as personal accounts. I received a non certified letter last week stating my address was not current on file and my XXXX XXXX XXXX account would be closed. However the letter was addressed to my business and sent to my home address, which is the physical address on file associated with my account. I called and responded to the letter, suspecting it could be fraud since the business address has been the same since the account was opened in 2013 and no phone call, email or certified letter regarding my address was ever brought to my attention. The representative said the address was updated and the account had been set for closure but everything was in good standing and should be fine. Later that afternoon both the checking and savings accounts for my business had {$0.00} balances and the funds in excess of {$75000.00} were nowhere to be found. I immediately went to the branch and spoke to my banker who was shocked this had happened. He spent nearly an hour with me at his desk while he was on the phone with other departments trying to find the funds, why the accounts were closed and explaining the impact on my business. The outcome was appalling, the reason according to Wells Fargo for the account closure was that " the address on file was incorrect '', yet the letter was mailed to my home, all accounts were current, never had been in default and the representative ( XXXX ) on the recorded line told me the account was up to date. The bank would not release the funds to my other accounts and said they would mail a check within 15 business days to an unsecured mailbox, with no tracking information. My banker was shocked and filed the complaint ( # listed above ) on my behalf and agreed that Wells Fargo had committed fraudulent action. This has had a huge impact on my business as well as my clients missing funds, bounced checks, payroll, auto debit, office rents and the list goes on. I would like to pursue action against Wells Fargo for the negligence of business as well as the misappropriate handling of clients funds. Consumer Complaint: WF is a XXXX disgrace. Its customer svc it's useless. I spent over hour hour I've got disconnected XXXX by a so called advocacy group rep XXXX in AZ 2x. One time by XXXX in the XXXX, Once by XXXX in AZ and once by XXXX another so called customer advocacy. I couldn't place a {$37.00} purchase online. Merchant ( Hot Topic ) Claims it was WF blocking the transaction. All these people listed above dropped the ball NONE of them took care of the issue, they disconnect the call and had me call all over again. When I tried to complaint to this so called advocacy group both females, XXXX and XXXX hung up on me they did not fix or solve the issue. It is a bloody disgrace and willl be canceling this account with their ripoff fees and APR. No wonder WF it's under the water and legal issues

Consumer Complaint: Re : The remaining temporary provisional credits to be issued immediately to my account. I am providing documentation to show proof that I did report all of the fraudulent, unauthorized wire transfers and unauthorized fraudulent withdrawals from my accounts within the 60 day time frame. ( See attachments ) The reimbursement for the remaining unauthorized transactions for accounts should be reinstated and a temporary provisional credit should be issued for the remaining balance of the transactions for both accounts, as the investigation is on going. ( See attachments. ) There must be a temporary provisional credit for both accounts immediately, for the full amount, as the investigation is still on going, as and additional time was requested by the bank. The end of the ( 10 ) business day wait time for both accounts ended. I also, went in to the bank for help to resolve this issue and got no help. I was also not contacted by the claims/fraud department for additional documentation to provide proof of my reporting these unauthorized transactions from my accounts, the bank instead try to blame me for something that they didn't even bother to ask for, and then proceeded to prematurely close the investigation and assumed that I didn't have proof, ( which I do have proof ) .. to then deny the remaining unauthorized transactions. On XX/XX/2023 I tried to apply for a wells fargo personal loan when these unauthorized fraudulent transactions took place to try and recoup my money, and was denied the loan with a hard inquiry that is still on my credit report. Please see the additional documentation for proof of my reporting to Wells Fargo all unauthorized transactions for both accounts within the 60 day time frame. Regards, XXXX XXXX
