Consumer Complaint: Dear Sir or madam : This contest is about unapproved credit transaction in XXXX, XXXX on Wells Fargo Cash Visa card. I traveled to XXXX between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, during my stay in I have rented vehicle from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. The rental fee paid by Wells Fargo Visa card. After returning the rental vehicle to the agency, I received another invoice from the XXXX agency regarding traffic violation. I have not been pulled aside by XXXX traffic police during my car rental period or received any actual traffic violation ticket. I have requested the car rental XXXX agency a copy or picture of the ticket violation from XXXX traffic police to accept the violation traffic fine invoice, But the agency did not show any document from XXXX police, just stated that they have paid my traffic fine and I am liable to {$110.00} and, they stated that they dont have to get an actual proof or document in regard to traffic ticket violation. I have contested the charges to Wells Fargo credit company and asked them all I need a copy of traffic violation from merchant for proof, but Wells Fargo after over 2 months wait and constant phone calls for update, Wells Fargo failed to obtain the copy of the traffic violation from merchant as I request as only the evidence to proof the fine invoice and they restated the charges into my account. Wells Fargo stated based on the agreement contract that Im liable to pay whatever charges without any supporting document or evidence which I did not find such details at contract agreement. I hope you can address the issue with Well Fargo, customer should not be liable for any man-made charges without supporting evidence. Consumer Complaint: Hello, I have called numerous times to ask Wells Fargo to take the late fees off. They refuse to even though they are the ones who bought our mortgage loan. They have been charging late fees for a while now. Not sure the dates but can look them up. Wells fargo have been charging us for more then a year. There is a grace period but when it comes to wells Fargo they are for the account fees for billions of dollars they make off of hardworking citizens. They should not be able to charge all these fees on our checking accounts and Mortgage accounts. Please help resolve this issue. Consumer Complaint: My discovery date was not until XX/XX/XXXX although the wrongdoing started to occur beginning in XX/XX/XXXX but then most significantly between XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. Original complaint filed XXXX with CFPB. Second complaint filed with CFPB XXXX. Civil Complaint filed with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX # XXXX ) on XXXX by counsel. XXXX filed by counsel XXXX and then the XXXX was filed by me in pro per on XXXX. Wells Fargo filed second demurrer XXXX. I will be filing my response to their second demurrer and request for judicial notice this coming week. Instead of Wells trying to work with me to make it right as former XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX promised he would, WF keep fighting me every step of the way. WF fraudulently issued 5 ATM/debit cards in my name with fictitious/already assigned PIN # 's or allowed a third party to obtain these ATM/debit cards with PIN # 's without my consent between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ; XXXX allowed a third party to pre-apply for a new regular checking acct in XX/XX/XXXX in my name having me believe it was a joint acct and misrepresented the character of that acct when I came into the bank 3 days later ; WF opened XXXX teen checking accts XXXX meant for kids aged XXXX ) for my children who were ages XXXX and XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and WF misrepresented the character of those accts as well as I understood them to be strictly savings accts. WF did not submit any Form 8300 's to XXXX or the IRS and I have discovered XXXX transactions of over {$10000.00} ( single or cumulative deposits/withdraws ( cash also ) committed by my spouse ( actually I recently found out on XX/XX/XXXX that he was married to another woman at the same time he married me on XX/XX/XXXX so our marriage was not valid ( that XXXX XXXX with intent to defraud me is a separate matter ) ; WF also allowed 66 paychecks to be fraudulently endorsed over a 9 year period and there are 47 unaccounted for negotiated paychecks of mine that were unknown to me and WF has not sent to me including one the was for {$150000.00}. WF also allowed some of my live payroll checks ( most of them large amounts ) to be not only fraudulently endorsed by a third party but WF also allowed some of them to be deposited into other accounts that did not even have my name on them! The list goes on but WF failed in their standard duty of care and committed fraud and gross negligence. WF sent me some of what I asked for in terms of documentation between XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. Then they stopped cooperating so I hired a lawyer in XX/XX/XXXX. That lawyer did not file the lawsuit until XX/XX/XXXX and then got out of the case in XX/XX/XXXX as it was too complicated for his firm to handle and he had XXXX issues as well so I have been handling the matter on my own since.

The last time, In fact, I hadnt even received my new credit Card when it was frauded again. I have suggested to Wells Fargo the bandit it is within their organization. Im unhappy with their lack of customer service. In fact I spoke to a supervisor today because my latest card was not expedited to me. In the Last month I paid off my entire balance, it was at least XXXX. He was rude. I never hear any kind of apology for this constant infraction. I dont want to upset my life by changing to a new bank after 22yrs. Im an XXXX XXXX. What can be done. Put a pin on credit cards, perhaps. Help

I made the mistake of trusting the financial institution of Wells Fargo because little did I know at the time that Wells Fargo was involved with fake accounts. I tried to get XXXX XXXX to recall the funds but wasnt successful. After reporting the scam to XXXX XXXX they said Wells Fargo was investigating the incident but after 6 months of investigation they said they closed the investigation. So i reported my credit cart lost and requested a new one, but after that i saw transactions on my statements that were not made by me I contacted with stores and also with bank but they were not care at all and never helped me. After that they told me that I am responsible for those charges. I live in LA but the charges I saw on my online banking were not in LA or near.
