Consumer Complaint: In accordance to the fair reporting act. These creditors has violated my rights. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 602 states I have the right to privacy. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681 section 604 A section 2, also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish account without my written instructions. Under 15 U.S.C. 1666 B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under a open and consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.

Consumer Complaint: I deposited a check given to me from my aunt with a teller at my bank, Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo then froze my account, claimed the check was fraudulent and my account is now pending being closed and I have no access to the funds in the account, totaling {$65000.00}. This check was not fraudulent and my aunt called and cleared this check with her bank, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. There is NO HOLD ON THIS CHECK from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Unfortunately my aunt passed away before being able to obtain a notarized letter from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. However I have provided bank statements showing this check amount has cleared from the account, as well as a statement showing I am listed as her XXXX Wells Fargo has frozen my main bank account and made it unusable. I am the XXXX for my aunt 's XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX account. This process of being able to obtain the notarized letter myself will take anywhere from 3-5 weeks due to probate court. My Wells Fargo account will be closed in 10 Days because of this check. This is where I get my paycheck deposited, pay bills, etc.

Consumer Complaint: I have filed two bankruptcy cases in the last 7 years. In the first one, my Wells Fargo mortgage was included. That one was dismissed. In the second one, my Wells Fargo mortgage was NOT included and the court has allowed me to pay the mortgage OUTSIDE of the bankruptcy. I have made MULTIPLE requests for Wells Fargo to continue CORRECTLY reporting my monthly payments. For THREE YEARS, they kept reporting inaccurate information and had made credit report look like I was up to three years behind on payment. THIS TANKED MY CREDIT SCORE!!! I have made several complaints to the CRAs and they have had me to send in my current bills to show that I was indeed current. So, the CRAs removed the inaccurate reporting. But, Wells Fargo is REFUSING to correctly report my current mortgage payments. Right now, they are the ONLY company that is NOT reporting accurately, and they are not even part of the bankruptcy!!!

At XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, someone made unauthorized withdrawals using my debit card information including the pin. I called Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX right away and reported the fraudulent transactions. They canceled my debit card at that point and a new debit card has been reissued which I received on XX/XX/XXXX. A 10 day investigation has been opened on my account as of XX/XX/XXXX. Claim # XXXX The fraudulent transactions, totaling {$4900.00} were taken out of my checking account. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, a provincial credit of {$4900.00} has been added to my account while the investigation continues. I filed a police report with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. Claim # XXXX, with deputy XXXX XXXX XXXX I filed a claim with FTC on XX/XX/XXXX, claim # XXXX. Since filing the claim with Wells Fargo, I have called the claims XXXX XXXX times in the past week, asking for updates and providing what information that I know when asked. Today, there is a provincial credit of {$4900.00} on my checking account while the investigation continues. I have Unanswered questions to Wells Fargo : How can someone use my debit card without my pin? Why wasnt I notified when the fraudulent transactions began? We have been loyal and dedicated customers with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. Never once has a situation like this occurred. I appreciate any assistance you can offer. Consumer Complaint: 1. Wire of {$4500.00} sent on XX/XX/XXXX, recipient did not receive wire. 2. Claim filed on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX with Wells Fargo. I called Wells Fargo weekly and bank kept saying they're researching the status of claim. Today XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I called bank again and they stated that recipient bank received the wire on XX/XX/XXXX and closed my claim!!! That IS INCORRECT. My vendor NEVER received the wire. So bank has to open a new claim for me. I've been a customer since XXXX and have sent many wires. This is unacceptable business practice. Over the course of 2 months, Wells kept telling me someone will call me to update me with status. NO ONE calls you back. I have to call and be transferred multiple times before anyone would look into my claim. This process is broken and I'm so frustrated!!!!

Notice it is a fact my social is a credit card as defined under 15 USC 1602 for the sole purpose of extending credit. Notice it is a fact I entered into a CONSUMER CREDIT TRANSACTION WITH WELLS FARGO where WELLS FARGO ACQUIRED MY SOCIAL and CONDUCTED A FINANCE CHARGE WHERE THE SUM OF ALL CHARGES WAS CREATED MEANING, THEY GAINED MONEY IN THE TRANSACTION WHERE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY BENEFIT. Consumer Complaint: I had a Wells Fargo account, teller forced me into opening a savings account, saying it would close after 30 days if I didnt sign the papers. Several months later, I had overdraft fees since my check was deposited into my savings account- the account that should have been CLOSED! I bought in the papers that I never signed telling them how much money this cost me and how I was lied to. They did NOTHING and made me pay the overdraft fees since they werent budging even though they knew they had taken money from me in those overdraft charges. I want the money that they owe me and deceived me into opening an account without my consent.
