Consumer Complaint: Good Afternoon, On XX/XX/22 I received an email stating the next step for my application. I begin calling Wells Fargo- they insisted and tried to downplay the matter telling me they would help to close the account BUT THEY COULD CLOSE ACCOUNT UNTIL IT WAS COMPLETED TO BE OPEN. I received many emails ( attachments enclosed to this complaint ) over the next couple of days and mail from Wells Fargo concerning opening my new account. I am also so careful about someone obtaining my personal information in the past. I thought I used the upmost steps to stop this from happening in the past! When I understood the account opened was fraud, I was so distraught! - I DECIDED TO SCHEDULE AN APPT WITH A THERAPIST! I'm still in therapy! It's not a good feeling to know you are so careful to NOT let this happen and find out the an actual Corporate Bank did this to you. Who now can you trust! Wells Fargo hurt other clients in the past with other deceptive practices- when will it stop! I called and called Wells Fargo- I called Wells Fargo , no one ever called me. Customer Service Rep only tried to downplay the seriousness with the matter- I was so agiated and upset once off the phone. How do I keep myself positive this will not happen again? Please help! Thank you!

Ive been trying to contact the new servers but no answer only message started there was a cyber security attack as of XXXX XXXX unable to speak to anyone. Spoke XXXX today and ask what was the reason for my mortgage transfer he couldnt answer me. I explain my concerns to whats happening and questioned him if I had option to denied transfer he couldnt give me the reason why but no option to this transfer as of today XXXX XXXX Ive have not received any of my new loan services Im not even sure if my identity and information was compromised Im not even ever heard of XXXX incorporated what is this why are they trying to get rid of me?

Consumer Complaint: I had a bank account with Wells Fargo for years. Recently I was a victim of identity theft at not only Wells Fargo but a few other banks. A fake check written to a completely different person was deposited into my account and then withdrawn, after the check bounced it left my account negative and apparently left me on the hook to pay for it? Im not sure how else to go about this Ive written numerous complaints to try and fix this issue. Not sure what to do at this point..
