Consumer Complaint: I had a transaction of {$2000.00} removed from my account. I never authorized this transaction and Ive called Wells Fargo & told them this multiple times and they have yet to resolve my issue. According to XXXX policy as well as Regulation E for a transaction to be determined as fraudulent, it must be : An unauthorized transfer for example, if someone steals your phone and accesses your XXXX account. Ive already stated that the transaction was not made by me and Wells Fargo has still not issued me a credit. I received that money through my University in the form of a refund check as a means to cover other school or financial expenses. I have spoken with Wells Fargo multiple times and they keep saying it was an authorized transaction which it was not. Clearly if it was I wouldnt be calling them so much asking about my money. This process has been ridiculous and unfair and Id like a credit issued to my account.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo was contacted via the title company late XXXX for information regarding my current loan and a payoff amount. I am selling my home. Wells Fargo was made aware of this late XXXX. The title company then reached out to me mid XXXX to inform me that after contacting Wells Fargo to finalize details to pay off the loan that WF was transferring the loan to another party XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted WF as they would not provide my realtor nor the title company with further information or possible ways to resolve the issue. At this time I had not yet been notified regarding the transfer. I asked WF for a 24 hour delay as the payment was going to be submitted overnight the XXXX and received the XXXX of XXXX. They declined. They stated the check would bounce back and the buyer would need to wait 4-5 days before resubmitting to the new loan holder and that the pay off amount could change. I then asked when was I notified for this change, they informed me that hard mail was sent out on the XXXX ( received and dated the XXXX ). I have been checking my mail regularly and only received their notice yesterday. This falls short of the 30 day window to inform me of change in lender and has resulted in changes to the sale of my home. An email was sent to me regarding the transfer of the loan XX/XX/. Consumer Complaint: In the beginning of this year 2023 Im not sure the exact date because I have been through XXXX fraud claims for this exact transaction. The first claim was resolved the second claim I had to get a whole new credit card account for my credit card that was resolved. The third claim the denied and they are denying to reopen the claim about a transaction of {$7000.00}. I cant remember the exact amount and it wont let me look up the amount on my account, but it was a transaction for almost {$8000.00} for a car rental company that I did not make but the bank is refusing to re-open the claim and its also refusing to refund my money back because they claim that the rental company has provided my name and my credit card information to them. Confirming that it was a transaction made through me, but I did not make a transaction at a rental company. I didnt even have a valid drivers license at that time so Im not sure if it was someone around me or someone they had access to my information but I keep calling and trying to resolve this situation but the bank is not helping at all anymore and are refusing to resolve this situation.
