Consumer Complaint: I was pre approved for a personal loan up to XXXX, and a couple credit card offers. Now I was just doing soft inquires to see what my rates and limits would be for these credit cards. After being denied a personal loan and reviewing my credit I noticed I went from a XXXX to a XXXX. This is due to the XXXX hard inquires Wells Fargo/XXXX had performed on each one of these credit cards I was reviewing for rates. Now when I applied for my personal unsecured loan Wells Fargo denied me. I was shocked I didnt even receive a counter offer and here Im being denied something i know I qualify for. My income is going to be XXXX this year depending on size of my bonus, I meet all requires on website for loan to be approved and I feel that Im way more then qualified to receive. Ive pulled my credit report through the Wells Fargo app all information that follows is directly through their app and Ive screen shorted all information for documentation. At the time of this loan request my credit score had dropped from a XXXX to a XXXX. Which would still makes me qualified for this loan. My payment history rating is exceptional with 100 % on time payments, the wf app says this is 35 % of your score. My debts which is 30 % of your score has an exceptional rating and is at 1 % utilization with a balance of {$39.00}. Types of credit which is 10 % of score has a very good rating. This has 6 revolving accounts ( all credit cards with {$0.00} balance except 1 ) and 10 installment loans all 10 of these loans have been paid off early. Two of these 10 are unsecured loans XXXX for $ XXXX the other for XXXX both where paid off early. 3 of these loans are mortgages, the other 5 are auto loans. Every loan has been paid off early. The last factor on the wf credit close up section is new credit applications. Mine has 12 hard inquires, with only about 2 of them being approved by me for the hard inquire, as I was under the impression it was going to be a soft pull. The underwriter had called me and asking about the purpose of the loan and what my assets where. I have over XXXX + assets. The purpose of this loan was to buy a dump trailer I needed it cash so I can get a better deal. The dump trailer is a personal asset that could even at one point be held as collateral. The other purpose is for my personal content creating pages. I stream on twitch and a couple other platforms I could use some of those funds to really help me get to the next level. Now with all these false hardinquires it is affects my ability to get a loan and continue pursuing my personal affairs. I did a soft inquire with XXXX to try and get approved for a & XXXX loan, I have been denied and wont even be able to receive a counter offer. Ive called both companys to dispute these hard inquires of my credit and neither one of them are willing to help. Ive called XXXX who refers me to talk to the companys and then the company referred me to talk to the reporting agency, after calling and calling I decided to take it to the executive branch and file formal complaints. Ive reached out multiple times for the reasons of my denial and have not yet been provided a reasonably clear factor in the decision of this denial. If these hard inquires are not removed and if Wells Fargo denies my appeal this mistake will have a huge negative impact on my ability to secure funding by utilizing my amazing credit that took me 12 years to establish. Right now is a critical time for me to secure funding due to future business move I plan on making. I have a sole proprietorship business that is also gon na be drastically negatively affected by me not being able to utilize my credit due to false hard inquiries I didnt not approve of. Consumer Complaint: For more than a year, Wells Fargo has rejected all lawful tenders to pay off the mortgage or provide proof that they are the owner in due course of the note and the mortgage. They have refused to provide proof of the original signature on either the mortgage or the note. XXXX XXXX XXXX was the originator of the alleged loan, an in a conversation with XXXXXXXX XXXX they admitted that their books were balanced they day of closing and they did not suffer any decrease in their accounts on the day of closing. Under Dodd-Frank Act : the credit application was the credit and collateral for said loan security. SSA-89 form clearly states that they would receive funds even before the work would have begun. Neither Wells Fargo nor XXXXXXXX XXXX has provided proof of a loan to show either performance of providing funds to close. Neither has showed proof of the XXXX date the mortgage was placed in the XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, without any proof of a loan, our home was sold via XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX Louisiana Docket # XXXX, to an investor The XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX headed by a member of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Department and his wife that is an attorney. Despite all the evidence provided to the courts, no one to this day has looked over the documents provided. The sheriff 's office arrived at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and said I had to be out of the residence by XXXX the following morning or forcibly removed. Under Tender Of Payment law, multiple tender 's were refused by Wells Fargo. A bill of exchange was finally delivered to the court and receipted into the case and was directed to be recorded into the Court Registry Investment System as full payment and settlement of the account. The courts kept the original deposit of the Bill of Exchange, they sent a copy of the original back under seal of the court. No action was taken to investigate the other evidence and documents of ownership, payment, or securities fraud pointed out. Under Louisiana TITLE 9 Civil code-ancillaries RS 9:5167 Cancellation of mortgage or vendor 's privilege by affidavit of notary or title insurer where paraphed note or other evidence is lost or destroyed No evidence of a true right to claim or foreclose has been provided. Under 2019 Louisiana Laws Revised Statutes Title 10 - Commercial Laws 3-603. Tender of payment has been evidenced multiple times in the court records XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Louisiana. The alleged loan, closing was XX/XX/XXXX ; the Wells Fargo assignment did not appear until XXXX, XXXX XXXX ) years later. Neither Wells Fargo nor XXXXXXXX XXXX could provide any proof of a decrease in their accounts on closing date. Neither could provide a cancelled check or deposit receipts for the loan. Not one document other than their reference to the HUD 1 statement, that does not show either produced any funds at closing to close the loan.

Consumer Complaint: I don't know my account number with wells fargo auto loan, so I included my phone number of XXXX in that section. Please provide wells fargo with that information, last XXXX of my ssn XXXX, and email address to identify me : XXXX. In XX/XX/2023, my car was repossessed by Wells Fargo for failure to make payments. Today, I went to a dealership to try to get another vehicle financed, and, they informed me that WellsFargo still has my repo account listed as open, and, until they close that account, I will not be able to receive any financing from other companies. So why in the 5 months has this not been closed, and, why am I continued to be harmed by the failures of Wells Fargo finance. Previous to my car 's repossession, I had called Wells Fargo ( i believe XXXX was still active on one of the occassions as well ), and, they were unwilling to work with me on payments despites the hardships I encountered. As a XXXX American I find this unacceptable. They continue to harm me as a result of their unethical actions.

Consumer Complaint: I was suppose to receive a refund of XX/XX/2023 from a store of XXXX . The refund was over the weekend so over the weekend I seen the pending amount. I check periodically. I checked Sunday night the whole pending amount disappeared, money never came into the account it was like it never got refunded. I sent in a receipt of refund maybe XXXX times. Literally. It is now XXXX they opened multiple claim & allll of My claim got denied. For what reason? The receipt said refund date & card digits. Never got that money back. Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX I sent XXXX $ to a friend on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I went over my limit so they refunded me on Friday XX/XX/XXXX. Checked Saturday pending deposit was there. Now Sunday XX/XX/XXXX. Whole transaction disappeared. Now I fight them again for 8 months just for them to keep my money again?

Consumer Complaint: I opened a new Wells Fargo account in order to take advantage of a 0 % APR on transfers. On XX/XX/2023 I used the Wells Fargo app to make a transfer of {$1100.00} from my XXXX XXXX card to the Wells Fargo account. The app didn't make the transfer so I tried a second time. That time the transfer went through. Days later I found that my XXXX account had not been paid at all. I contacted Wells Fargo who opened a case ( # XXXX ). At that time I was told if I had done the transfer over the phone they could of corrected the issue immediately, but since I used the app the case would have to go to research and may take up to 60 days for results. By XX/XX/XXXX I had found out that the funds were transferred from a XXXX 's account and that XXXX was giving Wells Fargo the run around about releasing the funds back to Wells Fargo. I obtained the XXXX number XXXX and the XXXX 's account number and called XXXX 's myself. I was told that the card number ending in XXXX was not a XXXX 's account. Keep in mind I do not have nor I have I ever had a XXXX 's store card or credit card. By XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to a supervisor at XXXX XXXX who told me to contact XXXXXXXX XXXX All Divisions at XXXX. I received no response from the email I sent. XX/XX/XXXX I was connected to XXXX XXXX, an Escalations Representative in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX was sick at that time. The clinic had put me on three different prescription meds and I was not feeling well. XXXX told me that since I was sick she would send me a letter with instructions on how to call Wells Fargo Customer Service and facilitate a conference call with both Wells Fargo and XXXX. The purpose of this call was for me to give verbal confirmation to XXXX 's allowing them to release funds back to Wells Fargo. When I received the letter on XX/XX/XXXX it did not contain the expected instructions and contact numbers. Instead it informed me that Wells Fargo considered the case closed and that I owed them the {$1100.00} plus interest and late fees. I immediately called XXXX but this was the day before XXXX and I only got her voicemail. I left a message telling her what the problem was and to please call me. She still has not called me back. On XX/XX/XXXX Wells Fargo called in an attempt to collect the funds. I asked the associate to just go ahead and put their supervisor on. I spoke with XXXX who said the case looked like it was still open at that time. I thanked her but decided I had had enough of this run around. I contacted the Florida Attorney Generals office via their website. I was given the CFPB contact information in that email.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo ran a promotion for their premier checking account and advertised {$2500.00} bonus when transferred certain number of assets. I have been rejected the bonus because my US tax identification was not on the account. I had mortgage with them and they could have reached out if they required tax info ( even after reaching all the conditions ). They got everything needed at bank and confirmed that they had everything when I converted the account to premier. This feels like a bait and swithch tactic by wells fargo, they got my business, got my asstets transferred and then rejected ny bonus for not havin tax id? How did you even get my assets without tax id?
