On or about XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I made purchase for XXXX air tickets- XXXX -in one single transaction. XXXX made around XXXX changes in the flight due to which I can not go and cancelled my XXXXXXXX XXXX 2 weeks prior to departure though 3 other family members went via XXXX XXXX assured me full refund as those XXXX changes were extreme and due to my job- I simply can not take it. But XXXX rather than refunding my full ticket value to my credit card, XXXX made the refund in the form of XXXX travel voucher- which i never wanted. I tried to create dispute with Wells Fargo but online system didn't helped me. Later I called Wells Fargo on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX- talked to two agent. One agent made an excuse that the purchase is more than 6 months so now can not be disputed. XXXX XXXX already charged my credit card for XXXX check-in bag and XXXX cabin bag for the entire flight from XXXX. But still my wife ( XXXX XXXX XXXX was charged for check-in bags by XXXX even when it was thru check-in. My wife filed CFPB complaint # XXXX on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX regarding the same. Wells Fargo is simply playing tricks with me and my wife and not doing anything against XXXX and XXXX XXXX. They keep on passing the buck to me and my wife to call separately. Finally today we were on the phone call with them at around XXXXXXXX XXXX central. Wells Fargo need to resolve this dispute efficiently and give us the resolution in a timely manner.

We recently sent you communications requesting that you update your physical address. As we did not obtain an updated physical address from you, we will be closing your above- referenced accounts. The accounts are expected to close by XX/XX/XXXX or you may contact the bank to initiate closure at an earlier date. Our decision to close your accounts is final. We reserve the right to close your accounts sooner than XX/XX/XXXX if circumstances arise that warrant an earlier closing. Consumer Complaint: Filed several complaints re fraudulent checks being deposited into our childs savings account, and then wire transfered out before the checks were caught as fraudulent .The account was drained. Then after doing nothing, the bank told we owe the money back and that it was determined that " we '' did it. The checks were clearly fraudulent, not signed by anyone from the account and eventually rejected after wire transfer. The bank told us they did an internal investigation ( that they would not share with us, or give us the source of findings ) and just said " it wad determined by the bank the transfers were considered authorized and made by you with no bank error or fraud ''. We are well aware of how easy it now is to mirror someones phone number, as well as all the fraud that happens daily just like this to thousands of people who get their information stolen. The bank investigators could and would not supply the evidence to support " it must have been us that did this '' I always believed that the proof needs to be given to support their findings and just telling us " we are at fault '' when we had nothing what so ever to do with this except be victims would lie on the bank proving their claim that " we '' did it. Where is the proof? We are asked to just be ok with them saying so? I don't think so and we would like clear, specific answers to whom stole our daughters college fund and treated with some respect instead of negligent. We request tangible proof to their claim that it was us.

Consumer Complaint: I opened my Wells Fargo Cash Back credit card a couple of months ago and have been using it without issues since then. I typically run up the balance and consistently pay it down by making payments every 2-3 days. I've not had an interest charge yet and have made about {$150.00} in rewards and {$200.00} in bonus. I went to make a payment today and got an error saying " You've reached your limits of payments allowed to this account from non-Wells Fargo accounts ''. I called in and they advised me it was a tactic to have customers sign up for a Wells Fargo checking account. When I mentioned CFPB they said they could take a payment over the phone.

Consumer Complaint: The company is Wells Fargo Bank. When I applied for a loan through the bank Wells Fargo sent me a denial that I received that my income, my money came to me from a public service or source and I might not have the capacity to lock into a loan contract. This is discrimination. I receive social security XXXX that is not a gratitude but, an insurance policy that was paid for and earned by me, and my work credits were earned by me. I want this challenge! In New Jersey, there is a case law that my Social Security XXXX insurance is not public assistance. It's not XXXX and I'm not mentally ill and I am requesting a public apology or I plan on bringing suit. This is the reason i was denied a loan and they should be ashamed to say such a thing and use that against me when it is not true. XXXX, Thank you for your help

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a wire transfer on XX/XX/2023 at the Wells Fargo location in XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$92000.00} to my new bank. I received the receipt and the bank stated XXXX days before the funds will be transferred. My wife then called and inquired about closing the account once all transactions were settled, the bank stated once all transactions were settled the account would close acknowledging the wire transfer. I received a call from the XXXX branch manager XXXX XXXX XXXX stating there was a bank error and that the account prematurely closed causing the wire to not go through and causing both Wells Fargo and my new bank to show zero balance. When I asked the manager XXXX where the finds he stated he was not sure possble still in the closed account. He stated he would try to reopen the account to retrieve the funds. after a week with no response from the manager XXXX, I called him and asked for an update. He stated the funds were sent via cashier check without my permission and with no verification of address and signature. It now has been weeks later and there have been no cashier checks for the amount stated. Additionally, the Wells Fargo Bank location incorrectly listed the transaction as a payoff debit transaction instead of a wire transfer. This was my wife and life savings and we had essentially been denied access to these funds without our permission. I have records of the receipts and phone records of speaking with the branch manager. If I do not receive the funds soon I will be forced to go into litigation with wellsfargo, I have already spoken to my lawyers and they stated there is a strong case for a class action lawsuit because wellsfargo did not follow their terms of agreement and policies.
