Consumer Complaint: Hello my name is XXXX XXXX. I've already submitted a complaint with CFPB before for this same charges. The reason my claim was denied was they claimed the transaction were not unauthorized. With that said if I had made the purchases as they claimed where is said merchandise and or services provide? I've never received the electronics music legal advice or advertising they they were supposed to be for. I've XXXX and have tried to get a hold of the multiple merchants that have charged my card. If they have the contact information or have been able to make contact with these merchants I would like their information so I may contact them myself. So since my chargers have been denied for being unauthorized I need to be able to understand where all this money went!!! That money was for me to move in somewhere as a result of their unethical tactics to keep the measly pennies compared to the profit this company makes a year XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for being homeless and not being able to provide a stable environment. I have attached the original complaint to show how this account was obviously taken advantage of in one way or another. I also have previously explained that my backpack was stolen out of my car with ALL my information! Wells Fargo aren't the only account of mine that was hacked at this time. I had also thought I was doing some online shopping but after I put in all my information and hit send it went to a completely different website and wasn't able to find it again! I haven't been given a credible response or reason for why they deny my claim. Attached is my original complaint! I noticed that several international transactions had occurred within a XXXX span of a new account that was just opened less than a month beforehand. The response I got was that there was no sign of fraud because after I called the card in stolen no one tried to use it. Whoever stole my backpack got all my information hacked into everything of mine XXXXXXXX XXXX mobile and stole from all of my accounts Wells Fargo is the only one that is denied my claim and then went ahead and closed my accounts After further review the services or items attched to the charge i have no knowledge of and never received anything from any of them. As you can see every transaction is over seas and have never been given an answer is to why my a wasn't flagged or something for such a new account

Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX I received a check from Wells Fargo Bank for {$200.00} from the CFPB settlement fund. See attached document. I decided to contact Wells Fargo the get answers for the small amount. After spending almost half the day being transferred from department to department being told each time " wrong department '' I was told by the WF Remediation to call the number on the check and they hung up before I could ask further questions. The number on the check is a recording. Also, we paid almost {$5600.00} to WF trying to avoid losing our home. But were denied. Also attached are Court cases from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and US District Court XXXX concerning the original mortgage. Please note that I no longer have legal counsel.

Consumer Complaint: I deposited {$1200.00} into a savings account on XX/XX/2023 and Wells Fargo closed the savings account I transferred the {$1200.00} and I have not received my {$1200.00} after the closure of the account. I requested my statement for the account Wells Fargo closed and the statement inaccurately reflects that Wells Fargo closed my savings account with a XXXX balance and that deposit i made to that account was not reflected in the statement. I have another statement that accurately reflects I did make a {$1200.00} transfer to the savings account that Wells Fargo closed. I have filled XXXX claims and have not received reimbursement for the funds that were taken from me by Wells Fargo. I am missing {$1200.00} and Wells Fargo has denied both of my claims for mishandling my funds and inaccurately recording my electronic funds transfer. In the attached documents you can see I transferred the funds from XXXX account to the other online in XXXX statement and in the other account statement it did not reflect the transfer and shows that only {$4.00} were deposited when in fact the other statement shows I deposited {$1200.00}.

Beneficiary name is important because we have done this before without issue. Beneficiary says " money has not arrived because you entered our company name incorrectly in the remittance field ''. The only difference in the beneficiary name is the last characters " XXXX, XXXX. '' not added due to field limitation. Besides the characters in name too long for field, the characters comma and dot are not permitted. However, we have not had this problem before using beneficiary name. XXXX XXXX. XXXX was created with Wells Fargo bank XX/XX/2023 and was to provide status in 5 business days. Wells Fargo bank said they would send " message '' to bank to correct beneficiary ( I think something else is going on since this name has worked before ). No such acknowledgement was received for case created or status. Further visited Wells Fargo bank XX/XX/XXXX and called XX/XX/2023 without result or accepting to provide acknowledgement of a case but do have record of the case.

It was brought to my attention that a checking account which does not belong to me has been being charged. Wells fargo refuses to chargeback that card & allow me to pay back the bank myself. i did not authroize those card payments nor did the person whos account it is. Wells fargo basically told me i have to take it up with my bank but i was never authorizing those charges to be paid with that account since it is not even my account and i never added it to my XXXX credit card. They have not been very helpful and i am open & willing to pay the bank back whatever was charged to this persons account. It has been on going for two months now & i have yet to have a resolution. I tried to be patient but it has been months & they only contact me if i reach out first.

This resolution was not the correct resolution to this claim of multiple unauthorized charges on this account XXXX. I am demanding a reinvestigation with reversal of these fraudulent charges and proper documents leading to resolution or I will pursue legal action to hold you Wells Fargo at fault for violating the FCBA, I am a consumer and upon reviewing my bank statements on XX/XX/XXXX I filed a valid dispute claim finding these transactions to be fraudulent.
