Consumer Complaint: Someone purchased approx XXXX dollars worth of stuff online to multiple XXXX companies. I disputed the charges with Wells Fargo when I noticed I was missing a deposit of XXXX dollars that was supposed be deposited into my account XX/XX/2023, which it was but someone used my card multiple times and took XXXX from my account. I filed a police report as they requested but I'm still waiting on the police department to finalize/process it so I can send it to Wells Fargo XXXX Wells Fargo information informed me in a message saying they believe the charges are correct and will not give me my funds back, which makes no sense considering not once have I ever purchased or tried to purchase anything from a international company nor any kind of lottery they are saying the money went to. This can be verified by looking at my account and also XXXX XXXX i was staying at informed me XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX in XXXX had been terminated for theft of credit card numbers when I made a comment about someone stealing my money. I included all this in the police report with my laptop, cell phone XXXX addresses so Wells Fargo could verify the purchases were not made with any of my devices. Wells Fargo Claim : XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I am filing this complaint against Wells Fargo for the unauthorized disclosure of my personal financial information from one account to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This disclosure included XXXX specific transactions and the status of my account, shared without my explicit consent or prior notification. This action constitutes a breach of my privacy rights as protected under the Privacy Act of 1974 and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( 15 U.S. Code 6801 ) . Consumer Complaint: I made a purchase at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX NY on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$110.00}. Wells Fargo was offering a Cash Back deal of 15 % for purchases made at the XXXX XXXX between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I never received the 15 % cash back equaling {$17.00}. I have made numerous calls to Wells Fargo. Cases have been open and escalated to the Executive Office and still I have not received the cash back. The customer representative in the Executive Office Handling my case is XXXX XXXX. She claims she can't do anything to process the request except for waiting for the cash back department and they have not responded to any of her requests, The case number with the executive office is XXXX. I began calling Wells Fargo XX/XX/XXXX and my last call was today, XX/XX/XXXX. I even faxed all of the documentation to the executive office verifying that I made the purchase and fulfilled the requirements. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Unfortunately, although, XXXX did phone call me from XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX, that phone address I do recognize as for belonging to Wells Fargo Bank, a origin, way before decent to normal banking business hours, XXXX XXXX This was an apparent not only to be rude, attends mine CFPB complaint, but was too, an apparent " detour tactic '', used by Wells Fargo Bank agent XXXX, in order to possibly detour further to a " decent normal '' of complainant 's to do response, since the CFPB complainant 's phone voice-mail, would only be at attentions therefore, that too early of a time, expect a professional business phone call, and to answer. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, XXXX XXXX charged our debit card XXXX times in one night. I received an email saying that fraud charges were suspected from our bank, Wells Fargo. The following day, I tried to use my debit card for a purchase and it was denied. I went online to check my account and noticed numerous charges made to XXXX XXXX ( XXXX to be exact ), resulting in over {$1700.00}. I immediately called the bank and disputed the transactions. New cards were issued for both me & my husband since they had froze his card as well. The bank opened a claim and said it would be 10 business days before we heard anything back regarding the issue. The next day, I looked on my account and noticed that the banker hadn't caught all the transactions, so I added another claim. Meanwhile money was coming out from other bills and resulted in some overdraft fees. I didn't worry about it because I assumed that the bank would refund us the money once the claim was resolved. After awhile, since it was the holidays, I finally called to ask what was happening with our claim. The lady assisting me said that their investigator came to the conclusion that the charges in fact were not fraud and that they wouldn't be refunding the money. How can that possibly be? There's no way that we charged our XXXX XXXX times XXXX night resulting in over {$1700.00}. I was angry, but the banker assistant couldn't help me anymore. I still have not received a letter or anything regarding the claim from Wells Fargo. It has been over XXXX now. We have been banking with Wells Fargo for at least XXXX years and never have had such a disturbing issue before. I have submitted fraudulent charges in the past and been refunded. I don't know why I am not this time. It is very upsetting to have money taken and then the bank not doing what they're supposed to be, protecting their customers.

Consumer Complaint: I deposited my payroll check at the local branch ATM. The ATM reported that the check was " jammed '' and it could not read or return the check, so it asked me to manually enter the amount. It then printed me a receipt for XXXX XXXX with a note stating that they were sorry for the inconvenience and until they could verify the check, the compensation hold was XXXX XXXX. I called their customer service department and they stated there was nothing they could do. My only option was to file a claim, which they have 10 days to even start reviewing!! This is theft and not acceptable. Their broken equipment is irrevocably affecting my credit score as I can not pay my bills on time due to WELLS FARGO faulty equipment and their claims department being a JOKE.

Consumer Complaint: Wells Fargo Claim : XXXX I am really in shock that I have been notified the credit I received on XXXX XXXX is being taken away XXXX XXXX. This claim needs to be reopened immediately. I never received my order/ any of the merchandise I paid for from the merchant Reformation from my order totaling merchandise worth {$2100.00} posted to my account XXXX. I received a terribly packaged and damaged, empty shipping box covered in yes you are reading this right, XXXX!!! XXXX!!!!!! Human XXXX XXXX. I am still in shock over this, I sent all of the documentation to the company at the time and will attach it to this email because the fact I can not get my money back after not receiving the goods I paid for and having to handle a box soaked in human XXXX is absolutely insane. My apartment has no street access or way inside the building so this was entirely of the fault of the company and shipper. I had to go get a blood panel and XXXX tests run in XXXX because I fell severely Sick and questioned whether it had to do with that XXXX. This is insane and this needs to be reopened and reviewed. Images attached. I am filing claims over this with the CFPB and OCC and plan to close all of my Wells Fargo accounts after this. I never even received a letter from yall asking for more documentation. I actually have no words. Wells Fargo granted me a credit of the amount on XXXX XXXX and I just received a letter in the mail from them saying they are taking it back XXXX XXXX with no other info after radio silence for the last month and never allowing me to send them documentation or support of any kind. I have since emailed them all of this documentation of the situation that I originally sent reformation after they failed to make the situation right originally, and have tried multiple times to call but can never get through. This needs to be made right and Wells Fargo needs to back me considering all of the evidence I have.
