Consumer Complaint: I have requested the removal of an account reporting from TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS on XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022. I did not open an account with TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS on XX/XX/2022 and this account does not belong to me. I have never opened an account with this company for any reason. I do not owe any money to TRANSWORLD SERVICES. TRANSWORLD SERVICES is reporting that I owe their company money to the three credit bureaus XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I do NOT owe any money to TRANSWORLD SERVICES because I have never opened an account with this company for any reason.

Consumer Complaint: I had a yearly check-up with XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX as a self-payiing patient. I paid for services in advance- else this doctor will not see you. The services rendered were terrible, and she told me 4 times to go and see someone else for whatever I asked her, and she finally sent me off with 4 referrals. For a yearly check-up it was enfuriating that she only looked at the results of my XXXX which I had taken in advance to discuss results. To my great surprise, I get a {$95.00} add-on bill, for her services .... really? I called the office and spoke to the office manager after several attempts to talk to billing about " this mistake ''. I even expected a refund of the {$120.00} plus that I had already paid upfront, since I did not leave feeling that this doctor had even looked at me. Why do a physical, if you are not even looking at the patient???? In any case - the response has been to send the additional {$95.00} to collections. Is this a patience game? I refuse to pay someone more money who was insolent, did not answer any of my questions about my medical concerns, and made me wait for almost one hour in an office, and then had not even checked my medical records before walking in to talk to me. Waste of time - never going back.

Aswell the amount highlighted on the collection is incorrect and false. this has cause grave anguish in my personal life as it has affected the way i am viewed and tarnished my name for future relationship with creditors. This company has attempted to collect this incorrect/false debt by harassing and calling repeatedly as well as reporting with XXXX this incorrect collection and tainting my image. thank you.

Consumer Complaint: Request a debt validation letter and recieved today. Notice the balance from the hospital is less that balanced owed in letter. Noticed the letter stated the account balance. My periodically increase due to the addition of occurred interest as provided in the agreement, with the original creditor are as otherwise prohibited by law. This is a medical debit without a judgement they can not legally charge interest in the state of XXXX called and asked them to remove Intrest and they said they would contact thier client XXXX XXXX or they could waive the intrest if I paid the balance in full.

Consumer Complaint: Company name XXXX. Account number : XXXX ( New York XXXX Collector Name : Nationwide Credit XXXX XXXX XXXX Phone Number : XXXX ) Reference Numbers : XXXX XXXX / XXXX XXXX I signed with XXXX XXXX the end of XXXX for their " Quaterly Plan '', which has a cost of about {$150.00} give or take depending on the size of the house. The payment is to be collected every 3 months. I know this information since I have used XXXX before, and it's even advertised on their website. The first payment was collected at the time the technician came to the house, around XX/XX/XXXX for {$120.00}. At the end of XXXX, I noticed a second charge for the same amount, which was incorrect since my payments are supposed to be due every 3 months. I called XXXX immediately, the rep on the phone said I was signed up for another plan called the " XXXX XXXX '' and she would have to ask a XXXX for approval to change the plan to the " XXXX '' plan. She said that someone in XXXX would call me back once the change is done. No one did. During the first XXXX weeks in XXXX I called several times, spoke to different reps and they would all say the same that someone would call me back as they did not have the authority to process this change even if it was a mistake. This is all happening while their accounts department is calling me constantly to collect payment, and every rep in that department I spoke to had no clue about the issue and I had to reinform them every time they called. Finally, on XX/XX/XXXX a XXXX XXXX with the name of XXXX XXXX left a message saying that the change to the " XXXX plan '' could definitely be done, and that he could helped me with that. But he also said he wanted to speak with me first as he did not think it was a good idea. I called the XXXX back many times in XXXX and XXXX and left him voice messages but he never returned my call. This is his direct line : XXXX. XXXX calls from XXXX and texts starded morning and night. Every time I go the chance to answer I would have to explain to the rep the same story over and over but no resolution to the problem. At time every rep would tell me something different. XXXX even said to me yes I see that technician that initially came to inspect the house wrote that there was no termites. Other rep told me yes your plan is changed, but that someone needed to come to the house and collect the termite baits, no one has been back. At this point, I do not even want to have their services any longer. They only came to my home once and within the first month I called for them to come again to re-spray as we spotted aunts, and they never came. They never sent someone to removed the XXXX baits that I don't need. They are trying to collect money for an incorrect service, and for only XXXX visit provided. Here are the XXXX collection bills mailed to me ( not sure why there are XXXX separate collections ) : {$360.00} ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) {$720.00}. ( XXXX XXXX XXXX )

Consumer Complaint: I was sued by XXXX XXXX XXXX, and they didn't properly serve me with personal service in accordance with XXXX XXXX. A default judgement was obtained without me being proper service, and a XXXX was issued against me and my property. I was sued in 2015, and a XXXX has been filed against me every since then. I haven't been able to live fully because this debt has stopped me from obtaining credit on several occassion. They provided the court with a document that stated I had been served. However, they didn't file the proof of service from the XXXX or another process server.
