Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022, a collection account was reported to XXXX, and subsequently to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The account is under TRANSWORLD SYS INCXXXX for the amount of {$280.00}. This account was opened on XX/XX/2022. This account was not familiar so I initiated a dispute with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I had never received any communication from Transworld and had no idea what this amount is for. The XXXX account information shows XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as the Original Creditor. On XX/XX/2022, I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( aka Dignity Health ) and they can not provide any confirmation of this debt. They suggested contacting the company they use for billing, XXXX. XXXX did not provide any information on this either. They sent me back to original creditor. They suggested contacting Transworld. When I called Transworld, they claim that they do not report to credit bureaus and the original creditor does so. I asked them why they have reported such a small amount to credit bureaus only after a month of opening the account and without sending me any notifications. They claimed they have sent a letter on XX/XX/2022. I have not received such letter. But even if the letter was lost in mail, shouldn't they have provided me with a reasonable opportunity, communication, and timeframe to settle the amount with them before reporting it as non-payment? This is all assuming that the {$280.00} bill is a valid bill and not an attempt by either XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and/or Transworld to steal my money. The fact that they keep ping-ponging me back and forth is another issue that needs to be addressed.

Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/22 I received a notice from XXXX XXXX that there was a collection notice on my credit report ( this was shortly after my XXXX check was declined when I attempted to purchase my XXXX XXXX XXXX, I have a XXXX XXXX in XXXX states, so i was already working with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I immediately pulled my credit report to find that there indeed was a collection 's notice from Transworld Systems Inc. I disputed it and received on XX/XX/22 a letter from them indicating that I owed {$550.00} to their client XXXX XXXX for utility services under my name at " XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I contacted XXXX and advised them that i had never lived at this address and the debt was not mine. They were very unprofessional and argumentative. I asked what I could send to them to prove this. They agreed that if I sent them a utility bill for where I live for the month in question that would suffice and provided me an email address. I sent them my XXXX XXXX XXXX for the month prior, in question, and following, and requested a response in XXXX days. In the meantime, I reviewed my credit report further with a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had reported to the FTC the year prior fraudulent XXXX claims in my name and had not heard anything since then. I discovered that this XXXX address appeared on my credit report as did an inaccurate social security number of XXXX ( mine is XXXX ). I wrote to the credit agencies and copied the XXXX on these letters as well to advise of the continued inaccuracies. Today XX/XX/22, I contacted TSI to request a status on my previous contact and the documents I provided. I was told " we verified this is your bill, you need to pay it, stop trying to avoid your responsibility ''. I told them they'd hear from my lawyer and then hung up. I suppose since they are based out of this country they do not care... I took it upon myself to contact XXXX XXXX directly. I spoke with XXXX who opened a case for me # XXXX and asked me to email all of my documentation including utility bills to XXXX. Following this I received a call from XXXX who also advised that I needed to submit with this paperwork a copy of a police report and my report to the FTC. I have visited my local XXXX and it will take a couple days to receive that report and I am now filing yet another claim of identity fraud with you. I'd like to know at what point I as the consumer can feel protected. And yes my credit has been locked.

You contacted me by mail on XXXX XX/XX/2022. Please supply the information below so that I can be fully informed : Why you think I owe the debt and to whom I owe it, including : The name and address of the creditor to whom the debt is currently owed, the account number used by that creditor, and the amount owed. If this debt started with a different creditor, provide the name and address of the original creditor, the account number used by that creditor, and the amount owed to that creditor at the time it was transferred. When you identify the original creditor, please provide any other name by which I might know them, if that is different from the official name. Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the laws of debt collection, I am disputing the incorrect amount owed of {$9200.00} with TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS , INC. representing XXXX XXXX account, XXXX. I had opened a dispute with XXXX XXXX on Friday, XX/XX/2022. I had followed the provided instructions and completed a " Final Bill Dispute Form '' from their organization. As I had explained to the representative on XX/XX/2022 the amount is incorrect and I had terminated service on XX/XX/2022 and the account was deemed to be transferred back to the property owner as we were only tenants and were leaving the property. The " Final Bill Dispute Form '' was mailed to the following address with XXXX ( XXXX ) days of receiving as per XXXX XXXX instructions : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MA XXXX ATTN : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX After mailing, I never received a return response from the company only a deb collection notice on XX/XX/2022 from TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC . The debt amount is incorrect, I am disputing the amount and this should have been resolved within XXXX XXXX as per the customer service supervisors instructions and completion of the " Final Bill Dispute Form ''.
