Consumer Complaint: The debt amount that XXXX XXXX claimed to collect is false. I made several calls to confirm the amount with my health insurance company, XXXX, ( case refer # XXXX and # XXXX ), and confirmed that XXXX XXXX wrongfully claimed ( double claims submissions and overcharging in-network service ) the services they provided on XX/XX/XXXX. The staff at XXXX, XXXX, and myself had attempted to call and to leave the voice mails to XXXX XXXX accounting department multiple times. No one answered to the phone or called back. Currently, the amount {$450.00} ( including interest {$34.00} ) that XXXX XXXX claimed, through Transworld System Inc ( a debt collector ), offers no details of the services they provided, nor offers the exact date and time the services were provided.

Consumer Complaint: Spoke with TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS in regards to an account that was allegedly mine. I asked them to validate the information in accordance with 15 USC 1692g and they were unable to do so but instead sent a statement simply implying that I owe the debt. I responded with a second letter of validation and they sent the same statement. I contacted the credit reporting agencies and told them they are inaccurately reporting this account and to remove it in respect to 15 USC 1681 in which they responded with filing a complaint with you, CFPB.

Consumer Complaint: It doesnt state what the debt is related to a financial product ( like a loan or credit card ), the notice must contain the name of the creditor to whom the debt was owed on the itemization date. The account number associated with the debt. The name of the creditor to which the debt is currently owed. The amount of the current debt and an itemized list of any payments made and added fees, interest, or other charges. The Notice of Debt must contain a statement advising you of your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FCPA ), including a statement that you have the right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receiving the letter.The notice must also contain a returnable form allowing you to declare that you are disputing the debt and allowing you to select one of three reasons for a dispute : This is not my debt. The amount is wrong. Other ( you will need to supply additional information. ) The date of the last statement or invoice provided to the consumer by the creditor. The charge-off date. The date of the last payment applied to the debt. The date of the transaction that gave rise to the debt. The judgment date, if there is court judgment on the debt. THE COLLECTION LETTER DOESNT STATE A HUGE MAJORITY OF THIS I have no idea what this debt is and states that its from two accounts. I dont have two accounts of anything so I have no idea what this is and I believe itsa fraudulent scam with an attempt to scam me into paying this. This isnt on my credit report please help

Consumer Complaint: This account is not owed by me. According to USC 1695 and FCRA along with FDCPA rights, any unauthorized activity must be removed and blocked from my credit report. This company is also violating the Texas XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( f ) They are trying to make me pay a debt for the all apartments in one building and is also contacting me for this debt when i told them to stop. If this is not removed from all my credit bureaus I will be taking farther legal actions.

There stating this is a debt due to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which I lived at for over two years. If this debt was even valid at all. It would have been charged to my account accordingly and being that I was in no default at all to them this makes no sense.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received a credit monitoring email alert that a collection was placed on my credit report by Transworld System Inc for the debtor XXXX. I never received ANY written notice about a debt owed to XXXX from Transworld System Inc. I never received a final bill from the debtor XXXX. I had no idea that I owed XXXX anything. After receiving the credit monitoring email alert about the collection being placed on my account, I called XXXX directly to confirm that I actually owed them. It turns out that I had a final balance that was due on an utility account I closed in XX/XX/XXXX. I told them I never received a final bill from them and had no idea that I owed this amount. XXXX confirmed that they had an incorrect address to send the final bill to. The address they had was the same as the service address. I never received an opportunity to see a final bill, review the final bill or dispute the final bill- for over 5 years. Transworld System Inc NEVER sent me any notice or bill in writing saying that this account was in collection - I never received any opportunity to pay for this account before they put it on my credit report as a collection. Had I known that I owed XXXX in XXXX I would have paid the account right away- but I never had that opportunity before they reported it as a collection. I've paid the account to XXXX- but it should have never been reported as a collection. I've asked Transworld System Inc. to remove the collection account because I was never given the opportunity to verify, confirm and pay the debt before it was reported as a collection. They have not removed the collection from my credit reports- they just updated it to show it was paid.
