Consumer Complaint: Just following the links online and following recommendations. I received a call yesterday from XXXX. Caller Id indicated it was Transworld System Inc. They said an account was sent to collection on my name. I happen to have excellent credit so I didn't understand what they were talking about. Hung up then phone. After googling their name out of concern I though they were a real collection agency ; called them back asking what account they were talking about, they asked me my birth date for " verification '' then they were attempting to ask further questions ( questions that sounded exactly like the questions that they use in websites to verify identity... have you lived in address XXXX, what color is your toyota xyz ).. I didn't answer any of them and insisted to provide me info about the account they supposedly had on me. None of this sounded right and I believe they were attempting to apply for something or open something under my name. I confronted them and they ended up hanging the phone on me. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX myself so I am very familiar with phishing practices and social engineering. On top of that my all my credit files I have them frozen. So I am not very concerned on what they would be able to do to me. They obviously already have partial info on me. I am really writing out of concern that these people are let free attempting to do harm to innocent people that might fall for this practices. It's very elaborated and they sound legit. I have told them several times to stop calling my phone, and they just try getting information from me, and won't stop calling. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I sent a letter to Transworld Systems Inc. asking that they send me written verification that I owed them a debt that they claim I owe. I asked for a written signature that said that I owed them the amount they said that I owed. On XX/XX/2022 I received a letter from Transworld Systems with a letter stated that they had reported my debt as " in dispute '' to the credit reporting agencies. Furthermore they failed to provide me with the proper documentation that I asked for instead I was provided with a lease agreement from who they are claiming is the original creditor this is not proper validation nor what I outlined in my dispute letter. Lastly they have refused to remove the item from my credit report.

TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC constantly calls me starting from XXXX and before XXXX at night pretty much everyday, since the month of XX/XX/2022, ( over 15 times ) with voicemail stop statimg their company 's names or what is the matter for. This is a violation if this collections co. Also, I found out this can is legal but not accredited by XXXX. Consumer Complaint: This is not a refusal to pay an alleged debt! TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC claims that I am obligated to pay them an alleged debt associated with account # XXXX. TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC shall provide me with the original instrument of indebtedness ( signed contract ) or proof that it still exists. If TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC can not provide the original instrument or proof that it still exists, then TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC shall send me an original statement affirming that TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC did not sell the original instrument because if TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC didn't sell the original signed instrument of indebtedness ; then TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC should be able to produce the original instrument or note. Only the holder has the right to collect on an instrument and an instrument is not a typed or printed statement or payment history that lacks a signatory. I will pay the alleged debt when TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC produces the original instrument or proof that it has not been sold, which proves that I am obligated to pay TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC. Also please produce the trilateral contract between me ( consumer ), XXXX XXXX, and TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC that shows I agreed to do business with TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC XXXX with DELMARVA POWER or on behalf of XXXX XXXX. Truth in Lending Act as well as the freedom of information act says I am obligated to have proof of the original instrument of indebtedness. Again, this is not a refusal to pay but instead I am exercising my federally protected rights as a consumer!
