Consumer Complaint: Let this letter serve as a complaint about the XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2022 I, entered in the rental agreement with XXXX XXXX. I rented the XXXX XXXX car for the period of XXXX XXXX XXXX it in FL. The full amount of {$520.00} ( conformation # XXXX ) was withheld from my XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was asked if I wanted an additional insurance coverage for the rented vehicle. I explicitly refused as I have an active insurance coverage with XXXX. The XXXX XXXX representative asked me to provide him any of my credit cards to put on hold, in case of any damages to the rental car. I gave him my XXXX XXXX Credit Card. I signed the agreement that was later emailed to me. Eventually the XXXX XXXX billed me for additional {$260.00}. I challenged this charge as I refused to have additional coverage, but the company still charged me for the no provided service. I disputed the charge with XXXX XXXX and was assured by my bank that I did not have to pay the charge. However, the rental company sent me a direct bill for the amount {$260.00} trying to charge me directly. The rental company should not act in fraudulent manner and unjustifiably enrich itself for the services that have been refused by the client. I spend time trying to straight the matter out. I received the letter from XXXX XXXX that resolved the dispute in my favor however it did not stop XXXX XXXX from pursuing money from me and sent me ( XXXX ) bills directly. After that XXXX XXXX transfer this amount {$260.00} to Transworld Systems Inc. This company is a debt collector sent me already 2 or 3 letters with request me to pay this money. Plese help resolve this issue.

Consumer Complaint: TransWorld System Inc XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have disputed this account TransWorld System Inc with the credit Bureaus because I had no knowledge of the account, and all they did was update the information on my credit reports. I then wrote to TransWorld System Inc on XXXX XXXX requesting more information about this account, but they never responded to my request. I again wrote the Credit Bureaus on XX/XX/2022 informing them that TransWorld System Inc has not responded to my request for validation which is a violation of my rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and to PLEASE REMOVE this information from my credit reports. Again, all the Credit Bureaus did was update the date on the report. I have enclosed all notarized letters to show proof that I had correspondence with the Credit Bureaus and TransWorld System Inc regarding this inaccurate reporting. Thank you for your help.

XXXX has failed to provide : 1. Documents from your company bearing my signature. Signed wet ink ; 2. Prove I have ever received any benefits from you. 3. The amount of claimed debt, a true bill ; 4. Explain and show me how you calculated what you claim I owe ; 5. Provide me with the originals of any documents that show I agreed to pay what you claim I owe ; 6. Provide a verification of any judgement if applicable ; 7. Prove the Statute of Limitations has NOT expired on this account ; 8. Show me that you are licensed to collect in my state ; 9. Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of service ; 10. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I noticed fraudulent accounts on my credit report, I filled a FTC report along with a CFPB compliant regarding the fraudulent accounts .The particular account that I am filing a complaint on today is Transworld systems. The fraudulent account appeared on my XXXX account before XX/XX/2022. The account has been removed from my XXXX account .On XX/XX/2022 the account is now appearing on my XXXX account .Because of this fraudulent degatory account my rights as a consumer has been violated .15 U.S. Code 1692e - False or misleading representations. A debt collector may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section : ( 8 ) Communicating or threatening to communicate to any person credit information which is known or which should be known to be false, including the failure to communicate that a disputed debt is disputed.Transworld systems has been notified of this fraudulent account and continue to violate my rights by reporting false and misleading information on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I had a storage unit with XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I had moved out of XXXX to XXXX and couldn't go back to retrieve the items in storage. I was informed by them that if I had signed a release form releasing the content of the unit, that I should be ok from the time I do so. I had multiple communications with manager and they insured me that everything is ok. The manager told me that he had never received the release form that I signed and asked me to send it to him. After sending it, he responded to my email confirming that it was received. Few months later, I saw the collections account showing on my credit report. I am attaching the communication and the release form that I had signed back in XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, this company has been trying to charge me for a service that i already paid and disconnected, they chargerged me twice in one month for {$120.00} and {$70.00} all in the month of XXXX when the XXXX XXXX hit the XXXX, mind you i had no service since the XXXX of XXXX all the way to the end of XXXX since the power was down in most parts and they were not equipped with backups to keep the service running, i encourage this company to take a look at the account and stop sending mails to charge for a service i did not received properly, they then sent a debt collector to threaten me that if i not pay said amount my credit will be damaged which can not be true because i was never in a contact with them

Consumer Complaint: I had a home warranty through XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) contract # XXXX with coverage for HVAC breakdown. During a heat wave this Summer, I opened a ticket for broken AC. XXXX approved the ticket ( covered item ) and sent a XXXX. The XXXX would not fix the issue because he said he was new and did not know how to fix the problem. I called XXXX several times waiting on long holds. The rep did not speak XXXX well and kept reading scripts, but not listening to my complaint. I wanted another XXXX to be sent out to fix our AC ( our family had to sleep at our neighbors house due to 95 degrees in our apartment ). I called back a few more times, getting different reps that also did the same thing, no help. I finally called a local XXXX company and they came out and fixed it the same day - I had to pay a hefty charge. I called again to XXXX to ask for reimbursement, was given a " supervisor '' who said my claim was closed and I owed them the {$75.00} deductible for the contractor coming out. I refused to pay it since their contractor said he didn't know how to fix it and they wouldn't send another contractor. The supervisor said they would send me for collection if I didn't pay them. I told them to cancel the warranty altogether, which also was refused. I stopped the auto pay from my checking account the next day. I do not owe them - they have very DECEPTIVE ABUSIVE PRACTICES to avoid paying a claim, and not providing me any options to resolve the issue.
