Consumer Complaint: I received a notification from the credit bureau that there was a delinquency on my report from Transworld Systems Inc in the amount of {$51.00} with no associated date. I received NO communication from this company about any alleged debt. After investigation, I discovered that the alleged debt was to be collected for XXXX. I spent about an hour on the phone with XXXX and was assured that my account was in good standing and they had no knowledge of any debt or debt collectors associated with my name or my account.

Consumer Complaint: I have spoken with Transworld Systems Inc attorney for possibility of settlement. Here attached is an Affidavit of Truth and Facts with exhibit and invoice for FDCPA violations that has been emailed to XXXX XXXX at XXXX. If myself and Transworld System Inc. are unable to settle this matter, I will gladly present this Affidavit of Truth and Facts to the court as evidence of me trying to settle this matter outside of court. I have yet to receive any proof that the debt collection letter labled Exhibit A has complied with the FDCPA 's rules and regulations for debt collection. Therefore, Transworld System Inc. is to present to me with a certificate in testimony that the debt collection letter labled Exhibit A is in fact compliant with the FDCPA and not subterfuge.

Consumer Complaint: A debt collections agency, Transworld Systems, has harassed me for several months attempting to collect on unpaid bills to XXXX XXXX, a Texas based utility. The amount is {$890.00}. My credit score has been greatly impacted by this event dropping by nearly XXXX points. I do not owe these amounts. It is an impossibility for me to owe XXXX XXXX {$890.00}. I have no account with XXXX and have never lived in Texas within their service area. Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems reopen an account that was previously closed without my consent. And this is not the first time that this company reopened this account. This account was originally closed/charged off on XX/XX/XXXX. Transworld systems reopened this account on XX/XX/XXXX and later reopened the account again on XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted the company and the credit bureaus about a potential error because it is unusual for closed accounts to be reopened. I didnt get a response from neither of them. And this account keep being reopened which is frustrating because I havent received anything from them that verifies that this account is mines. I have asked these companies for the original contact barring my wet signature. I would like to so that contact asap. The account number is XXXX, the account name is TSI .

Consumer Complaint: - There was a XXXX ( utility ) account set up in my name in XXXX for an apartment unit in XXXX XXXX, XXXX. - I never moved into this apartment -- see proof attached - XXXX never notifies me that there is a charge on my account, for roughly {$73.00}. I do not know about this account until XXXX when my wife and I have our credit checked to purchase a new home in XXXX, XXXX - For context, I was a XXXX customer for another address from XXXX - XXXX and XXXX never reached out once to notify me of any outstanding charge. - I've reached out to XXXX in order to ask them why they never notified me, even as an existing customer, to notify me of this account with an outstanding balance and I was simply told that " it was not their responsibility '' - I've even asked them to remove the collections account from the credit bureaus if I pay the debt and they refuse to do so, despite this collections account negatively impacting my credit score to the point that my family may not be able to purchase our new home

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from my credit monitoring service. I learned that my credit score had dropped a tremendous amount of points. I logged on and found that TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS had illegally posted an alleged collection account to my credit profile. Prior to the email, I have never heard of nor had an account with this company. My report shows that it is an open account and was opened on XX/XX/XXXX with a balance of {$430.00}. I have no knowledge of this company, nor this alleged debt. I have never had any dealings with this company. By federal law, a debt collector is supposed to make contact with an alleged debtor and give them 30 days to validate or dispute before they move forward with collection attempts. I never receive a letter in the mail that gave me 30 days to validate or dispute this account. I never received a letter stating that I have an alleged debt with this company and owe a balance on that account. Again, I have absolutely no knowledge of this account with them. I, a consumer defined under 15 USC 1692a ( 3 ), understand that, under the FDCPA guidelines for collection agencies, they have to provide ( 1 ) legitimate proof that they are the original holder of this debt and can legally hold me responsible for paying this debt and ( 2 ) contractual proof of obligation or an assignment SIGNED from an officer from the original creditors corporation that I am supposed to pay them. 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) grants me the right as a consumer to request validation of this alleged debt they say I owe. I did not receive notice of right to dispute nor did I receive any information to verify that the alleged debt belonged to me. If I would have gotten anything in the mail or phone call from this company before they illegally reported to my credit report, I would have respectfully requested evidence that I am the person they are asking to pay this debt and a contractual obligation that legally binds me to pay them this debt. Upon them receiving my validation letter by certified mail with return receipt, they would have to legally cease from collection calls, letters, and efforts and delete the account from my credit reports until they can validate this debt. But again, I never received such a letter about this account or phone call ever in the mail because it was never sent. In order for them to prove that I received it properly, the proper letter should have been mailed certified mail with return receipt or by some form of proof of postage that would require my signature. And if the company did mail anything to me, where is the legal proof of my signature stating that I received it? Where is the return receipt or postage signature showing that I received it and signed for it? But again, I never received any sort of mail or package because it was never sent. They have illegally posted and reported to my credit file without adhering to the FDCPA laws. Im not sure if this company is a scam, but I know that this company has broken FCRA and FDCPA laws by reporting an alleged account to my credit report without informing me through mail or phone and I did not receive notice of right to dispute nor did I receive any information to verify that the alleged debt belonged to me. My credit score has dropped tremendously in the middle of making a major purchase. Please help me get this account removed immediately. As a consumer, Im publicly publishing this descriptive complaint on consumerfinance.gov so that others can learn from my experience and so that this government agency can use this information to help work with other violations and complaints from consumers regarding this company. As a consumer defined under 15 USC 1692a ( 3 ), I'm also preparing to sue under the FCRA and FDCPA because of the numerous consumer law violations committed by this company, damages to my credit and opportunity costs with making a major purchase, and business ventures that must be delayed until this illegal account is removed. It should not my responsibility to submit proof that this debt does not belong to me. It is the responsibility of the debt collector to submit proof that they can legally collect on the alleged debt and legally report to the credit agencies. As of this date, they have failed to do so. Consumer Complaint: I visited the XXXX at XXXX in XXXX of XXXX for a consultation. I received no services from their clinic that warranted a payment as they referred me to my primary care doctor instead. I was given no notice of any fees to be paid nor was I informed that I owed the company any money at all. I was not given any documentation about debt that I owed on that day. Following that day, I also received no communication from XXXX at all regarding any supposed payments required of me. So, in short, I received no services from their clinic and no communication whatsoever indicating that I owed them any amount at all. The first communication I received from XXXX XXXX XXXX was delivered to me in the beginning of XXXX XXXX. The letter was dated for the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX and stated that I owed a debt of {$59.00} to their collector " XXXX of XXXX ''. As I was never billed from XXXX and never received any services from the business, I assume this collection was fraudulent, and sent XXXX XXXX XXXX a debt verification letter requesting : 1. The amount of the alleged debt ; 2. An itemization of the current amount of the debt that reflects interest, fees, payments, and credits ; 3. The full name and mailing address of the original creditor for this alleged debt ; 4. Documentation showing you have verified that I am responsible for this debt, or a copy of any judgment ; 5. Documentation showing you are licensed to collect debts in XXXX. The letter I sent to them also stated : " Because I am writing you within XXXX days of being notified by your company about this debt, you must cease attempting to collect this alleged debt until after you have provided the requested information. If you continue attempting to collect on this debt or seek judgment for payment of the debt without first providing written verification, you will be in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Additionally, the debt can not accrue any fees or interest beyond what is allowed by state law or by contract with the original creditor. '' I mailed that letter to them on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received another letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX that states : " It has been our experience that much of the debt assigned for professional collection is resolved before it reaches this stage in the collection process. This account, however, has not yet been resolved. This account hsould be addressed. If left unresolved, our collection efforts may continue. If the creditor wishes for us to do so, we sill have this account referred to our team of professional telephone collectors to attempt to collect the above unpaid amount. Please make continued collection efforts unnecessary by resolving this account. This is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose. This is a communication from a debt collector. Calls to or from this company may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance. You may also make payment by visiting us on-line at XXXX XXXX XXXX. Your unique registration code is XXXX XXXX XXXX. If you have an income tax refund, perhaps you can use the proceeds to pay this account. '' My letter was completely disregarded by XXXX XXXX XXXX, putting the company in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Claim number XXXX They have now referred this XXXX debt to another collection agency " XXXX XXXX located in XXXX attempting to garnish wages and income taxes. I have contacted this company with the discharge letter from the state Trustee " XXXX XXXX of XXXX and they are still reporting me late and currently owing after proving my discharge, in addition they have SOLD this debt to another company who is attempting to garnish wages. I became ill dependent and unable to finish paying this debt acquired on XX/XX/XXXX. These people refused to honor documents and continue to report me late and now have sold a XXXX DEBT to another collection agency.
