Consumer Complaint: XXXXXXXX entered into a 12 month advertising agreement with XXXX XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX. It was for two services - a print ad monthly @ $ XXXX and a digital ad for $ XXXX. *See Exhibits A & A1. Contrary to California & Federal Laws, neither XXXX XXXX nor XXXX XXXX XXXX advised that the contract was coming up for renewal and they continued to debit me for at least XXXX months after what should have and would have been the expiration of the original 12 month term. When I discovered they had not followed the proper procedure for advising renewal or right to cancel, I disputed the charge. *See Exhibits B & C. In Exhibit C, XXXX XXXX confirmed that my account had been cancelled but tried to claim I owed for a XX/XX/2023 ad. As you can see her confirmation of cancellation was made on XX/XX/2023 which is prior to XXXX. I believe I provided. In Exhibit D, XXXX XXXX tries to claim that any advance notice of renewal or right to cancel doesn't apply to " businesses ''. I am not a business. I am not required to be incorporated or to file for a business license. I am a licensed realtor through a broker and am an independent contractor. I do not own the rights to the brokerage name ( s ) and the brokerage was not required to sign the advertising agreement. Advertising is a service and may also be considered " goods '' - ads are a consumable. On XX/XX/2023 XXXX XXXX confirmed XXXX had cancelled my agreement but they wanted me to pay {$340.00} for the ad they claimed ran in XXXX ( the month after the first confirmation of cancellation of the agreement ). In Exhibit E dated XX/XX/2023, XXXX XXXX contacted me via email, not only at my business emails but also at my personal email ( which had not been provided to anyone in the transaction in question ). In addition, XXXX XXXX copied someone named XXXX XXXX at her same company. MOST IMPORTANTLY : She also copied a complete stranger at the email XXXX. Within about XXXX minutes of my receipt of these multiple emails, I responded to XXXX XXXX advising her that she did not have permission to email me at my personal email address and that she had VIOLATED MY PRIVACY RIGHTS BY COPYING A COMPLETE STRANGER. See Exhibit F. I have been receiving numerous calls from various number from an affiliated company XXXX ( which came up as a XXXX ). To date, none of their callers have left a voicemail and their numbers have each been individually blocked. I am sure that the number of calls ( sometimes more than XXXX per day ) are in violation of collection guidelines. On XX/XX/2023 I also started to receive calls from TransworldXXXX. The calls from both XXXXXXXX XXXX TransworldXXXX continue. As you can see in Exhibit F, I disputed owing XXXX XXXX anything, let alone over {$3800.00}. XXXX XXXX left me a voice mail which I have not returned as I prefer to have any correspondence be in writing and she has not provided any information as to where she came up with a claim that I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX {$3800.00}. The last disputed amount was {$340.00} and the {$90.00} for the last payment they took for the digital ads. In summary, the contract was cancelled in XX/XX/2023. No ad should have run in XX/XX/2023 and there is no way I owe them {$3800.00}

Consumer Complaint: A {$650.00} charge appeared on my credit report ( XXXX ) from Transworld Systems Inc. I have never received any communications from Transworld prior to this. Tried calling the supposed number listed on report XXXX for Transworld, but call led to advertisement. My previous address listed on XXXX is in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TX. I have never lived there. Filed a dispute to XXXX but they erroneously verified that the report is correct, that the charges belong to me. I also had a previous identity theft last year with the same {$650.00} charge, which was disputed and resolved.

Consumer Complaint: The company provided on here only a bill after a full validation was requested. I submitted a letter back to them indicating that they did not provide all the requested validation information 's as required. I still have not received the proper validation and rather only a bill that was attached to a complaint on here. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v. Gravens ( mo ) 281 SW 715, 719. I presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exist. All of this information was requested by them and they failed to provide it. They failed to obtain and send verification of the alleged debt by not mailing me the contact, instead of sending me a signed contact or agreement signed by all parties involved as requested, you mailed me a Final Bill and Account Ledger NOT a contact or agreement and are non-responsive to my validation request. Under the FDCPA, it is unfair and unconscionable to attempt to collect a debt in any amount that is not expressly authorized by agreement creating a debt permitted by law. They have failed to provide a valid basis for the calming I am required to pay the alleged amount owed. Additionally, you have failed to provide details about the age and amount of the debt ; a detailed explanation of any interest added and the legal authorization for this interest ; the date the original creditor claims it became delinquent. And whether this debt is within the statute of limitation and how that was determined. They failed to provide any details on your authority to collect this debt that was requested : whether you are licensed in my state and if so ; provide the date and license name on the license and license number along with the address and telephone number of the sate agency issuing the license number.

Consumer Complaint: Today, I am writing this complaint to TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC regarding the incorrect information on my account. I sent them a letter requesting for investigation of those account mentioned, they took more than 30 days to complete and they stated that they have completed the investigation. However when I pull my recent report I don't see any changes made at all. They claimed that they verified the information but how come that it is verified when the date of last activity, date opened, date of last report. payment history and status are inaccurate? This is not right. I understand my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A which states that I have the right to privacy and 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A Section 2.

Consumer Complaint: I was first off work XXXX under doctors care. Now on retirement XXXX. I pay for my insurance thru pay.gov. Keep reviving notices that you owe more on medical insurance. You call the Treasury about notices 4 or 5 different times. The person you speak to say no you do not owe what letters are saying. That the balance due on their end is XXXX. They letters have said anywhere from over {$700.00} to recent letter from debt collector for XXXX. When talking to Treasury you had small payments request that were paid on time. Every time you have called the amounts on letters didnt match what they had. One time they said they you owe approximately {$36.00}. Which I immediately paid thru XXXX. Another time they saw that I supposedly owed {$47.00} dollars which I immediately paid thru XXXX. Every time I called they did not know why the Treasury dept was sending letter for large amounts. Again they saw zero owes. I was told everything is fine and disregard the letter. Last letter received was notice of a top pay off (? ) again I was told to ignore it as it was not correct. So I have to the best of my ability kept in contact and paid to keep my insurance current. I have receipts and have provided them to treasury multiple times. And they say nothing is owed everything is fine. When I asked why I keep getting letters they say they dont no and give different reasons why they letters were sent in error. Maybe they were sent before adjustments were made etc. Monday XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Transworld Systems , Inc. A debt collector. They said total amount of debt now due is {$660.00} I have no idea why this was turned over to debt collector or why I owe this. I have been in constant contact with Treasury. Says Treasury Account Number XXXX Treasury Case number XXXX Referred from Bureau of The Fiscal Service XXXX account number is XXXX
