Consumer Complaint: I was recently notified on XX/XX/, by XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding a debt of {$710.00} owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX NY XXXX. I wish to dispute this charge because I am a victim of Identity theft and credit fraud. Please note that in XX/XX/2023, I enlisted the services of XXXX XXXX XXXX to assist me with the resolution of {$710.00} owe to Transworld Systems Collections. I was able to successfully have this charge removed as a debt collection and also have the three credit bureaus place a credit freeze on my accounts. The charge of XXXX reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX appears be the same charge. For the record, please note that I filed an identity theft report with the Federal Trade Commission on XX/XX/2023 regarding this matter with Transworld Systems Collections. I will be contacting XXXX Identity Works once again to ensure this matter with XXXX XXXX XXXX is resolved in as soon possible. Please let me know if you require additional information. Thank you. If Transworld Systems , Inc has the right to collect this debt in accordance with the FDCPA I am asking for validation of this account. I never received a letter of validation regarding this alleged debt. This includes ALL contractual documents stating and proving that I am responsible for this account that I agreed to and authorized the alleged debt that Transworld Systems , Inc is attempting to collect. Consumer Complaint: This is for XXXX loan that went into collections in XXXX, XXXX. Before XXXX, I was in the XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and carried out multiple attempts for deferment and even economic hardship with the loan servicer back then XXXX. At the beginning of XXXX i had a grace period with this loan, and i was trying to either defer this loan or get the payment amount reduced due to being a volunteer before the first payment. XXXX wrote back stating they didnt accept either of my forms from the XXXX XXXX . I tried calling from abroad emailing and using their live chat but o could never get enough information about why exactly they didnt accept my requests. At one point they even explained that I wasnt in their system. Fast forward to XXXX my XXXX XXXX XXXX ended in XXXX and my loan went into collections officially in XXXX of XXXX. I never received an official email/mail indicating this account was going into collections or that I had the right to dispute. I found out through my federal job applications. After finding out and not being properly informed of my options I immediately XXXX. They didnt know where my loan account was, so I called XXXX and eventually after long calls I found out my account was with Transworld Systems . I immeadiately made an automatic payment plan for the XXXX of every month. On XX/XX/XXXX I got my debit card stolen and the payments stopped. As soon as I got notification XX/XX/XXXX of this from XXXX XXXX the original creditor. I called XX/XX/XXXX let them know I intend to pay and would love a pay for delete on my late payments. They refused. They told me that my account was now with XXXX again. I called and tried to log into XXXX and they told me over the phone that my account doesnt exist anymore and I wouldnt be able to log in. I called XXXX again on the same day and wasnt able to get a call back because they told me my Puerto Rico number is International. Puerto Rico is a US territory so there shouldnt have been any issues. Instead I received an email where they stated that XXXX received my loan from Transworlds, and that then it went to XXXX but its now back at trans world. I called Transworld to make sure they had my account they explained that theyve always had my account have never moved it back to XXXX and that they still had it. With this I decide to reinstate a payment plan. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX again to notify them that I do have good intentions to pay and to request pay for delete and let them know I have a new payment plan with Transworld. I also notified them that the late payments reported are incorrect. Since my payments to Transworld since XXXX have been on autopay they shouldnt count as such. XXXX stated they would request more information from Transworld and get back to me. On XX/XX/XXXX afternoon I received a different call from XXXX collections saying that they now have my loan and pressuring me to make payment. I refused because I do not have any written official validation of which collection agency currently holds my XXXX student loan account. I called TSI back to cancel my payment plan and also ask them for validation letter. They say that they do have my account and not XXXX. At this point there has been a LOT of miscommunication thats affecting my credit and I have no idea who I should be making payments to.

Consumer Complaint: Hello My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX having a lot of issues with my credit report because I do have a twin brother who does not have a social security number and all his account are been mixed with my credit report. I already called the companies involved and the XXXX credit bureaus to explain this and provide proper identification of both of us to them but the problem continues and new accounts for my brother keep showing on my report. I has been over 3 years with this issue. I need help, please. IDs, social security for my self have been send to all the buraus as well for my brother his IRS letter ( ITIN # ) and his driver license was enclosed for there review and we still having issues, this situation have become a big stressful issue since this has prevent me to obtain a mortgage because of this items not my showing on my report over and over again after disputes has been summited multiple times. This also affected me with my car insurance & IRS as well Also I have contacted XXXX company and all documentation re-send it to all parties involve and still not resolve as yet need this to be over.

I requested debt validation because my identity was stolen. I have had to complete several identity theft reports when debt shows up at my now and has been current address for the past 4 years. Now this one included. This debt does not belong to me.

I have no knowledge of any business with the company. And I also never engaged in any contracts giving the company consent to furnish anything on my credit report. I feel extremely violated and upset that my privacy would be invaded in such a way. And that my identity would be used without my consent. The company 's action have damaged my credit rating and hindered my access to credit. The company has violated FCRA permissible purposes of consumer reports, by furnishing unknown transactions to credit reporting agencies without my written consent. The company has also violated FDCPA 1692e by communicating with me concerning the false character, amount, and legal status of the alleged debt. And stating that I owe that debt.

Your company and its agents are harassing me for an alleged debt that was not properly verified.Your company shared statements as well as a copy of a consumer contract as evidence of the debt but as per the judgment in the case of Pacific Concrete F.C.U V Kaunance a copy of the consumer contract is not sufficient evidence of the debt.
