Subissue: Trouble with how payments are being handled
Consumer Complaint: -My student loans were in forbearance with UASConnect until XX/XX/XXXX. -Initial payment selecting their " Pay the total amount due '' option was made on XX/XX/XXXX. -A payment was made for the loans due XX/XX/XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX which was returned. -A subsequent payment, again selecting the " Pay the total amount due '' option was made on XX/XX/XXXX. The next payment, again selecting the pay the total amount due option was made on XX/XX/XXXX. UAS reported one of my loans as past due for over 30 days, even though this loan was paid each month in full on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX respectively. In the attached documentation I have provided an example of this, where full payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX yet their website still reports {$5.00} being due. No matter how many times the {$5.00} is paid, the " amount due '' remains.

Consumer Complaint: TSI ( trans world ) is collecting on behalf of XXXX for credit card debt that Ive disputed doesnt belong to me. Ive long stated that I never received communication of the debt nor had a chance to dispute said debt. Ive since had XXXX withheld from me. Interest in the amount of XXXX has accrued and theyre now collecting on that. I am unable to put energy into this and neither XXXX nor TSI is able to provide anything that substantiates that said debt is mine. Not to mention that interest is accruing on an account that shouldve long been charged off and closed which is predatory in nature.

Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from Transworld Systems Inc. in early XXXX indicating I had an outstanding debt from XXXX XXXX account number starting with " XXXX '' which I do not recognize. I never received a bill from XXXX XXXX and they never attempted to collect any money from me. TSI also provided no additional information to verify what the amount is for. The letter did state I had until XX/XX/XXXX to respond by disputing or asking for additional information, but provided no date for when payment is due. I then received a second letter less than two weeks later attempting to collect the debt again with even less information. Upon viewing the payment site, it looks fraudulent and none of the phone numbers, logos and addresses match. I can even enter an incorrect SSN into the registration site when attempting to review the debt. This is highly unprofessional and has me concerned this request is fraudulent. If this is a first attempt at payment, then a due date should be provided and respected. The harassment of sending multiple letters is disturbing

Consumer Complaint: I have a debt in collections on my credit report that I was never notified about. The debt is not mine. I paid rent signed the paperwork to end the lease and paid all debts that were owed. I moved out of the apartment on short notice due to be XXXX with the XXXX. I cleaned the apartment and left it cleaner than I found it I have documentation requests for maintenance and complaints to the leasing office about odor in apartment capret when I first moved in. The bathroom cabinets were not clean, there were nail clipping in the carpet as well. I moved out of the apartment 6 months ago and have received no communication from the apartment, XXXX in XXXX XXXX, Texas or from the debt collection agency. When I called they are saying the extra charges are for carpet cleaning fees due to dog pee but I did not have an animal in the apartment. The person that lived there before me did and I told them that it smelled like dog pee. I have attached a copy of the email that I sent to the leasing office when I moved in XXXX of XXXX stating that there was a urine like odor in the apartment that was making me nauseous. These charges have been unfairly assessed to me and I want them removed from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I received a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for itemized charges of two appointments that were not sent to medical insurance. I was an employee working at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at the time of the charges. The first charge was for a covid-19 shot that was provided to every employee during an employee vaccination clinic which was free of charge to employees. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX billed me for this vaccine. The second set of charges were for a medical appointment which I received an itemized bill for provider visit and urinalysis. Based on the medical insurance, I should only have been charged for a copay but instead received an itemized bill where the company is trying to collect more than what is actually owed to them. I attempt to contact their billing department via phone multiple times and left multiple voicemails asking them to please bill my insurance before I would pay the bill, but I didnt receive any calls back. I sent XXXX XXXX XXXX a check for {$20.00} for copay, which XXXX XXXX XXXX did cash. They subsequently have sent the remaining bill with the incorrect charges to two different collection agencies. I just received the letter form the second collections agency yesterday. I had sent a letter to the first collections agency asking for verification of the debt and to provide proof that the insurance was billed, but they were not able to provide this information and instead sent me another copy of the incorrect itemized bill. The debt should be satisfied by the {$20.00} check for copay that XXXX XXXX XXXX cashed. The insurance copay covers the provider visits and urinalysis test done. I do not owe a debt for the covid-19 vaccine because I was an employee working at the XXXX XXXX XXXX at the time that I received the vaccine at one of the XXXX XXXX XXXX internal employee vaccine clinics. My medical insurance was on file with the company I properly checked in with their front desk staff.
