Consumer Complaint: I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX as a referral from my doctor for XXXX XXXX. I specifically put XXXX XXXX on the patient form for the reason of my visit. However, what I received was an eye exam and a re-diagnose that I have a XXXX. At the end the doctor told me he does not perform XXXX removal and I have to go to a different doctor. I was not charged anything during my visit and no one told me I owed anything. However, months later, I received a bill for my visit for {$200.00}. I called the office to inquire about this charge and they said it is the consultation fee. I was very shocked to find out I have to pay this amount for a consultation that was merely telling me I have a XXXX, which I already know before going to XXXX XXXX XXXX. They did nothing to remove my XXXX, and did not tell me how much the consultation would cost up front. I was already diagnosed that I have a XXXX and the reason of my visit was for the removal, not to re-diagnose and tell me they do not do any XXXX removal. I attempted multiple calls in the following months to XXXX XXXX XXXX. They were very hard to reach due to their limited hour of operation. The billing specialist also told me to speak to the manager who was on vacation. After multiple attempts no one was able to address my issue. On XX/XX/XXXX I called Transworld Systems Inc. The Debtor agency about this incident. They told me to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX directly. All I wanted is to settle the amount I owe at a fair price. I do not think being charged for merely telling me I have a XXXX, which I already know ( obviously ) is fair. Also, no one has disclosed me what the charge will be. Had I know I have to pay this outrageous amount for something I already know, no one in their right mind would agree to the service. Today I tried calling XXXX XXXX XXXX again thinking they would've opened after the pandemic in last attempt to resolve this issue. However, their phone number is no longer in use. They can not just send me monthly debt collection bills without attending to my attempts to settle or even trying to justify their collection. I feel I have been scammed and unfairly treated.

Consumer Complaint: This is actually XXXX things simultaneously ( harassment and debt already paid ) Nationwide Credit Inc has continued to call me and harass me about a current and paid as agreed XXXX XXXX Account, that is OWNED BY XXXX. Nationwide Credit has called me 14X after I stated do not call me. Nationwide Credit is repeatedly harassing me on the phone, asking me for money on the monthly payment due that have already been paid directly with XXXX. Nationwide Credit today, called me about my XXXX XXXX account, in reference to a XX/XX/XXXX payment due of {$41.00}, which was paid on XX/XX/XXXX, to the amount of {$150.00}. I told them our business is concluded and there is no reason for them to call me, and I have explained that I am under doctor 's orders to reduce stress, and I told them this several times. Their calling has aggravated my health condition. Beyond that my account is paid. Paid is paid. You can't get more perfect than paid. So why are you calling? Just to harass me!! Here are the details : NCI Documentation : XX/XX/XXXX Statement : {$1900.00} Past Due {$160.00} Due Date : XX/XX/XXXX Paid {$200.00} XX/XX/XXXX Even though Paid and Current, NCI continued to call and harass me, on XX/XX/XXXX, THREE DAYS AFTER PAYMENT. Therefore, to avoid future harassment, I decided to pay the NEW statement, which had just posted that same day, which was {$41.00} to be paid by XX/XX/XXXX. In an effort to keep them from calling and harassing me, I paid a SUBSTANTIAL higher amount, 25 days early. As reference next. I PAID {$150.00} instead of {$41.00} in advance. As in early. 25 days early. Yet they called today to keep harrassing me. XX/XX/XXXX Statement : {$1700.00} Min Due : {$41.00} Due Date : XX/XX/XXXX Paid {$150.00} XX/XX/XXXX Clearly this is repeated violation of the FCRA. Ive repeatedly expressed to never call me, and especially do NOT call me when my account is current. I have 3 REV PAR taped recordings conveying my wishes to them as well. XXXX XXXX is an Accomplice in this by knowingly and willingly allowing this behavior. I have reported it to several account managers at XXXX XXXX. This is not an external collection, but their internal account services team I have been told. I have also never received ANY communication regarding my debt through NCI. They just started calling me one day. I have contacted 2 law firms today discuss my case as well. One located in XXXX, and one is a large National Firm.

Consumer Complaint: My husband and I contacted Transworld Systems ( TWS ) today after seeing 3 collection accounts on my credit report. The first represenative was very helpful and explained that we had 14 accounts actually and 11 for some reason were not reported. When I asked the reason 1 account would be reported while another is not her could not answer and actually suggested I contact my own credit specialist ( as if they would know the reporting policy of TWS. ) I then agreed to pay all 3 accounts in full today in exchange for these 3 being removed from my credit file as the other 11 they claim to have are. I additionally agreed to make a payment arrangment on the other 11 accounts. Unfortunately the represnative I believe XXXX was his name couldnt accomodate the request so he transferred me to a Manager named XXXX. At this point my husband was handling the phone call and when the manager asked if my husband was me I was out of the room so he said yes. XXXX became irritated and question my husband as he clearly sounded like a male, I at this point re-entered the room and got on the line indentified myself and explained to XXXX that I needed to get back to my home office and my husband would handle the payment. He called my husband a liar and refused to speak with either of us at this point, repeatedly calling my husband a liar and then he hung up the line.

The apartment management at XXXX XXXX XXXX. in XXXX, XXXX was given notice of my intention to move out in 14 days back in XX/XX/2019 with lease ending XX/XX/2019. The dried fecal matter would get in the air of the living space. The actual opening for the rats entering was never closed. I moved out at end of XX/XX/2019. I have provided letters and calls to TSI inc. I have been threatened with lawsuit and damage to my credit. The rent was {$940.00} and added on was late charges and expenses. Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Account status incorrect
Consumer Complaint: This complaint is against University Accounting Service ( UAS ). On Monday, XX/XX/XXXX I received an alert from experian that my credit score had decreased. Upon checking, it said XXXX University had reported late payments. I was not sure what this was about. After much investigation on my own end, I realised that XXXX University held my Federal Perkins loans. When I graduated last year and I sat down with my financial/loan adviser at school I was told all my loans were serviced by XXXX. I have been in touch with this servicer and was advised that payments are suspended and interest accrued is 0 % during these difficult times. I believe this to apply across board, including to my Perkins loans. Upon realising that XXXX University is a servicer, I contacted them via phone and email, but to no avail. I wanted to know how to pay the amount due, how to process this report, and just any help to get some answers, but no one returned my calls or responded to my email. Moreover, before reporting me to the credit bureau for late payments they did not as much as send me an email telling me that my payment is due, or that I am in repayment. There was literally no way for me to know this information, other than me spending hours trying to figure this out after my credit has been ruined.I ended reporting XXXX University in order to rectify this situation. This Monday I received an email from XXXX University where I was informed that UAS is my loan servicer for the Perkins Loan and I should contact them. Upon calling UAS I am told that they were mailing notices to an address on file from ten years ago, which is not even in the USA -although they did have my current mailing address on file. Not only this, they also did not apply the three month forbearance due to COVID-19 to my loan which puts my first payment due in XXXX. So not only was I NOT late on any payments, I was also wrongly reported. When I asked them to fix this situation, they asked me to dispute it with a credit bureau and told me they couldn't fix it on their end -although they had ruined my credit by inaccurate reporting.
