Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and University Accounting Service ( UAS ) misreported and kept my credit score at a low, causing me to enter into several deals with a higher-than-deserved interest rate for the last two years. Currently, this misreported score is keeping me from using my VA Home Loan to buy a house at a fair interest rate. From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, I attended XXXX to complete an XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) studies. In XXXX, I took a private student loan from XXXX, who assigned it account number XXXX. I did not make payments towards the loan in XXXX, so XXXX sent the account to a collections agency, UAS, who kept the account number as XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and/or UAS reported the delinquency to XXXX On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I entered into a repayment plan with UAS, agreeing to pay {$55.00} per month on the loan. Neither XXXX nor UAS reported this agreement to XXXX A few months after entering into the repayment agreement, UAS changed their accounting system/software, which involved reassigning my account number from XXXX to account number XXXX. XXXX and/or UAS reported to XXXX that I had two delinquent accounts. On XX/XX/XXXX, after learning of the misreported information, I contacted both XXXX and UAS. They have informed me that they would " fix '' the situation. XXXX and/or UAS reported to XXXX that I had entered into an agreement, but failed to inform that I have not been delinquent in payments during the last two years and a half. Now, I have 15 days to close a deal on a house through VA and I will be obliged to enter into a mortgage agreement with a higher-than-deserved interest rate because of the misreporting by XXXX and/or UAS.

Consumer Complaint: If I recall in either late XXXX or XX/XX/2020 XXXX reduced my credit limit by {$2000.00}. I was never late with a payment nor had any prior issues with the company. During that period I was dealing with hardships that included issues in my apartment that made it uninhabitable, and I was paying for the repairs and services ( due to landlord 's refusal to pay ). I pleaded with XXXX not to reduce my credit at that point, due the hardships. I was using multiple credit cards to pay for the expenses, since I am XXXX and was receiving SSI. At that point I was not making my minimum payment on my XXXX XXXX, as I could not afford to make all minimum payments on the credit cards along with paying for apartment repairs. I then did not make a payment on XXXX because I needed to keep up my other cards which still gave me a little credit to utilize during the emergencies I was dealing with. I tried to work this out with them, and they refused. They then sent me a minimum payment amount of {$760.00} due by XX/XX/2020, which I was unable to make, but did try to call them. They had already sent my account to a collection agency. This has adversely affected my credit rating, and I am unable to pass a credit check to move out of my uninhabitable apartment, which conditions in my unit are adversely affecting my XXXX. I have since been on a payment plan with XXXX to restore my rating, and have been able to make my additional XXXX minimum credit payments with XXXX and XXXX. I have subsidized housing, but still need to pass a credit check, which I can not do anymore. Prior to this, my credit scores were averaging XXXX. Can you do anything to help me or advocate for me? Consumer Complaint: Transworld System continues to blatantly report an inaccurate, unverifiable entry on my credit reports. The entry on my reports reflect that XXXX XXXX reported this entry XX/XX/2020 on my credit report, yet they did not provide any communication to me prior to inserting on my credit reports. No dunning letter was received from this company. I have never did any business with this company, nor have I ever heard of the company. My first disputes were with each of the credit bureaus and the responses provided from each bureau reflected that the entry was verified by Transworld. To that end, I sent a letter to Transworld Systems. Transworld has stated that the account was marked as in dispute ; however, my previous letters to the bureaus reflect that I was disputing this entry. Why then did they wait to dispute when I disputed with them directly. If they verified the entry as reflected on with the credit bureaus then they should have updated the account to reflect disputed at that time not later. To date, this company has not provided any documentation bearing my signature or proving the of the validity of every entry they are continuing to report. As a matter of fact, the attached letter they sent reflects they do not have any information to validate the inaccurate entry they are continuing to report. Additionally, they state they are unable to complete an investigation in a timely manner. This is not my fault and being that they are the company reporting and do not have sufficient evidence to support this negative entry, they must delete it. It is obvious that Transworld will not be able to validate their allegation with documentation ; therefore, in the absence of them not responding with any documentation to substantiate the alleged debt with signatures, this entry must be removed from my credit report immediately.

Consumer Complaint: I need HELP!!! Please!!! This account is false and I was told on MULTIPLE occasions they had handled it and I did not owe this and it keeps showing up and its killing my credit! I have tried so hard I am a Single Mom and At 43 FINALLY got my 1st New Car by myself. I have been so thankful and diligently pay my car payment on time every single month. Then you have companies like this I pay half almost of my check that I ONLY HET ONCE A MONTH AND WORK MY REAREND OFF FOR FOR INSURANCE. These people that are saying I owe this to have generated more FALSE charges than anyone. I pay my co payment every month plus some when I go to the dr and then they come up with these bogus charges and at the office they are either lying and making false office visits and charges or someone has pretended to be me. I was told in XXXX this was taken care of I DID NOT OWE THIS and it would be removed! Well here I am XX/XX/XXXX and STILLLLLL fighting with these people. Its a shame and disgrace hard working ppl like myself who are just trying to stay afloat and take care of their families deal with this and the government freaking ALLOWS IT! They are all crooks in my eyes. I do not even go to the dr bc my freaking deductible is SOOOO HIGH but yet some how I STILL have these mysterious dr bills I keep disputing and paying XXXX to rebuild my credit but it doesnt seem to be helping.
