Consumer Complaint: The company Transworld Systems Inc. sent me a debt collection letter and told me I had to send them evidence the debt was previously paid or not owed. Their letter has 3 separate addresses shown on the letter, two of which indicate responses and correspondence should be sent to those addresses. I believe this is a deliberate attempt to confuse the consumer and therefore claim the consumer did not send the response to the correct address. I will now have to send 3 separate certified mailings in order to make sure they get my response showing the debt is erroneous. I sent the company a message to find out which address I should respond to but got no answer. I will attach a copy of the notification with my name redacted.

Consumer Complaint: I have been disputing this debt for months now and XXXX and XXXX continue reporting this on my credit even though I showed them evidence that XXXX deleted this account. I have sent them evidence showing where TransWorld system is clearly giving false information about me to them and yet, they continue reporting this account on my credit and these two bureaus keep validating this debt. One one occasion in which I have attached evidence, TransWorld notated on XXXX XXXX that I paid {$20.00} toward this debt, which is a clear lie. After reporting this to these two bureaus, the notation on XXXX XXXX suddenly disappeared, but the debt still remained on my credit. The next lie they have been reporting on my credit reports in " Natural Disaster '' I never told them that I was experiencing a natural disaster as I never spoke with these people. They also have not provided me with the original contract bearing my actual signature. They just sent some aged printout saying my signature is on file. These are all clear violations of the FCRA and the FDCPA. I thought I would file a complaint with the CFPB if these people continue to report this inaccurate and false reporting on my credit which is damaging my credit, before I turn this matter over to my lawyer. I would like to resolve this matter amicably and they have yet to tell me what right they have to collect in my state and GA statute of limitations is four years in which this account is past.

Consumer Complaint: TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC contacted me trying to collect debt on the behalf of a XXXX XXXX account. Upon, further research, this account was transferred/sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. Also, Ive sent out a letter to TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC on XX/XX/2020 with the address listed on their website at XXXX : XXXX and the address is expired and Im unable to contact them by mail. They made an attempt to call me to try to collect payment & mentioned that this call is recorded and not to validate your debt if they can not validate it. So why is this company asking for payment? I informed them that I prefer you not to communicate by phone and I prefer to communicate by mail and she told me they do not accept mail and will reach out to the original creditor and tell them I refuse to pay the debt. How can they not accept mail but have a P.O BOX address on their website claiming it's their address? I did not say anything about refusing to pay the debt or even admitting to this being my debt as they cant validate it because they don't have a proper structure way of receiving mail. All I said was I prefer to communicate by mail, so they are falsely accusing me as well. If they are a legit company, they need to validate the debt because their address listed on their website is invalid and I can not contact them by mail. Is this company seriously calling people trying to collect payment without any proof of this debt without being validated? According to the FCRA, TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC has violated my rights as a consumer and I'm requesting legal action to remove this account immediately from my credit report.

My Credit was flagged on XX/XX/XXXX, via XXXX by TRANSWORLD SYS INC/XXXX. XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA, XXXX, I immediately called the above collector, spoke with a female customer service agent, who was very intelligent and accomodating also put in a Dispute on my behalf to the XXXX XXXX XXXX Hospital. I have worked over the months to bring my credit score to a Good score and this scenario have drastically reduced my score, I'm kindly requesting CFPB immediate intervention to help restore my Good Credit Score, thanks,

Consumer Complaint: While attending XXXX University, I petitioned for a XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX " forgot '' (!! ) to file the loan request and instead offered an institutional loan for the same amount and under the same terms as a Perkins Loan. I graduated in XXXX and began XXXX school for a XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX immediately. For the past five years, all of my loans have been in deferment while in school and in grace during the summer. This year, my institutional loan, handled by UAS since XX/XX/XXXX did *not* put my loan in grace for the summer of XXXX ( despite having correctly done so in summer XXXX. I requested a copy of my MPN which also states that following an in school deferment which this loan was in through XXXX of XXXX, the loan has a grace period of six months. Instead of putting it in grace, I was charged starting XX/XX/XXXX with little information about the change. This account is now considered not in good standing and it is affecting my credit score by 100 point. Meanwhile, I have contacted the company multiple times for weeks. I have forwarded them past grace notices about this loan. They say they have forwarded this information to an " account specialist '' several weeks ago. They will not allow me to speak to this account specialist. The account specialist has not contacted me ever. I can not contact anyone about this but the same customer service line which can not or will not do anything.

Eventually this company filed bankruptcy in XXXX and I was unable to find information on the loan anywhere. It was then sold to a company called Younomics and was acquired in XXXX. By the time I found the loan again it was {$23000.00}. The APR was also 11 %. Then in XXXX the APR 11.25 %. Then the APR was moved to 11.75 % in the same year. Then the APR was moved to 12.5 % in XXXX. Now the APR is 11.75 %. The actions I have taken are that I have contacted and called them to find out information about why a {$7500.00} loan that was missing for several years is now {$34000.00}.

The nurse on duty thought I was a XXXX patient and forced me to go to the emergency department which was a misleading and wrong judgment. I went to the XXXX XXXX and the doctor on duty in the XXXX Department wants to XXXX for XXXX XXXX on my back to prove their Wrong Assumption. I denied because both my wife and I were educated in XXXX XXXX when we were young. I pointed to the Doctor that my body XXXX and XXXX XXXX numbers are both normal, the chance that I have XXXX is very low. I dont want have the side effects of XXXX XXXX operation. He agreed and dropped that procedure. According to the last XXXX who checked and talked with me before I was discharged from the Emergency Room, my problem was caused by XXXX in my XXXX XXXX, and it is XXXX. I stayed there for less than 24 hours and refused to be transferred to the normal patients room for extra stays. There are no medicine were used and no IV for liquid or medicine. I dont know how the hospital could bill the insurance company for {$55000.00}. ( Both the insurance company and I asked for the medical reports for all of the listed test/examination. Besides a few basic one, none of the listed charges have provide us evidence/reports. ) I have contacted TransWorld Sys Inc/XXXX for more than 3 times ( a collection company who purchased my data from XXXX and want me to pay the {$460.00} denied by my insurance company ) and Disputed with XXXX and provided evidence to support my requirements.
