Consumer Complaint: Im writing in reference to the Transworld Systems # XXXX account that is listed on my credit as having gone to collections. Im writing to appeal that this be removed from my credit as it is hindering my ability to rent an apartment or obtain a credit card. I was XXXX living at home and under the care of my parents who were also responsible for my medical bills. I had XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on my XXXX. The original XXXX happened when I was XXXX and then some surgeries followed after I turned XXXX. Unknown to my parents at the time this bill slipped into collections. As soon as we were made aware it was paid. I hope that you can see that this should not be a reflection on my ability and to secure and pay credit or rent responsibility. Thank you very much for your consideration in removing this from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: As of today 's date I have never received a bill from XXXX other than from one collection agency to another I have contacted their office and never got a bill from {$1100.00} to now i received a bill from Nation Wide Credit for another amount in the amount of {$330.00} no one can pay a collection when they never received the actual bill from the company this is absolutely ridiculous to any consumer to have different collection agencies wanting money from one Debt and each time it's a completely different amount and the consumer has never gotten a bill for this amount. It is robbing the consumer because you hold the pen to ruin them financially and credit wise.

Consumer Complaint: With strong consideration of the Case XXXX brought against Transworld by the CFPB in 2017 ... I am experiencing the same issue with this collection agency. Transworld is refusing to remove an account from my credit file. Transworld is refusing to validate this alleged debt placed on my consumer credit file. Recently I submitted my complaint against TSI - Transworld Systems , Inc. Transworld responded by stating that they received a payment. I am not familiar with said alleged payment as that is not validation of the alleged debt that Transworld has reported to the credit bureaus. Providing a copy of an alleged payment does not validate that I am the responsible account holder for said debt. Therefore, updating a paid is still not in accordance with the FCRA. If TSI claims to have the right to collect on and or update the status of this alleged debt on my credit file in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act I am asking for FULL validation of this account via contractual documents stating and proving that I agreed to and that I am responsible for this account. There have not been any agreements baring my signature provided. Therefor, TSI has no legal right to attempt to collect a debt and or report it to my credit file. TSI is in violation of the FCRA and the FCDPA.

Consumer Complaint: I recently submitted a claim about Transworld trying to collect a debt from me that I do not owe and knew nothing about. The case was closed without a response from me. The information Transworld showed to CFPB is the same information I have already received. My complaint with them is that they are not investigating my dispute but instead saying that I owe. I also reached out to XXXX to receive information but they said because this alleged bill is old and the information has been archived. I am asking Transworld what I for do they have of mines to say that this is my bill. They can not give me any information of when was this account established and how was it open. What information was submitted to establish service. A deed or lease? I dont want to be responsible for something that dont belong to me. I will also provide information on where I live at during this service date according to the invoice they are providing.

Consumer Complaint: I keep receiving calls from Transworld Systems Inc. for a debt not owed. I was being balanced billed by the XXXX XXXX and the claim was ultimately paid by XXXX. Under FL statue 641.3154 ( 1 ) " If a health maintenance organization is liable for services rendered to a subscriber by a provider, regardless of whether a contract exists between the organization and the provider, the organization is liable for payment of fees to the provider and the subscriber is not liable for payment of fees to the provider. ( 2 ) For purposes of this section, a health maintenance organization is liable for services rendered to an eligible subscriber by a provider if the provider follows the health maintenance organizations authorization procedures and receives authorization for a covered service for an eligible subscriber, unless the provider provided information to the health maintenance organization with the willful intention to misinform the health maintenance organization. ( 3 ) The liability of an organization for payment of fees for services is not affected by any contract the organization has with a third party for the functions of authorizing, processing, or paying claims. ( 4 ) A provider or any representative of a provider, regardless of whether the provider is under contract with the health maintenance organization, may not collect or attempt to collect money from, maintain any action at law against, or report to a credit agency a subscriber of an organization for payment of services for which the organization is liable, if the provider in good faith knows or should know that the organization is liable. This agency continues to report incorrect information on my report. pls remove

Consumer Complaint: I receive my credit report around XX/XX/2020 and it showed that I owed a company called Transworld Systems Inc on behalf of XXXX. The amount shows a balance of {$3000.00}. I reached out to them by sending a debt validation letter concerning this debt. This is not my account and I have asked them to remove it. Transworld sent me a letter in XX/XX/2020 responding that they received my inquiry. But they are still reporting inaccurate information as of today XX/XX/2020. I verbally spoke with someone sometime in XX/XX/2020 from Transworld and to this day I have not received any information validating this debt.
