Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC. I, XXXX XXXX believes in the credit reporting system as the most important element to the success of the commercial banking system. I am also a proponent of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau XXXX CFPB XXXX as a tool to streamline issues on credit reports that may be dragging down my overall scores. Accordingly, I address each particular issue directly with the creditor in question, before submitting any complaint to the credit bureaus if necessary. Therefore, I desire the following reinvestigation as follows : 1 ) On accounts where late payments are posted, I respectfully request a review of the past payment history and to ascertain if certain payments could actually have been posted late because of an overlap on the 30-days grace period. I realize that this may happen on occasion, and I request only a summary review internally, and do not require any documentation. 2 ) On any account that falls within the 84-month negative reporting timeline, I respectfully request either the deletion of the account if said account was closed, or the elimination of the prior payment if the account it is still active, this is well within the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) guidelines pertaining to obsolete information. 3 ) Any collections must be proved if either a direct collection and/or debt purchase. In either event I request that a true original copy of right to pursue collection be established with each respective credit reporting agency, and if a debt purchase the guidelines proving transfer of ownership must be submitted to all credit bureaus as well as me personally to validate ownership and the right to collect. I am well within my rights requesting proper documentation as administered through the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) and the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ), in addition to the even stricter guidelines enforced by the office of attorney general in my state of domicile. I respectfully request each investigation to be reported to Experian, Equifax and Trans Union within a reasonable time period, hopefully 30-days. I realize that the current Covid-19 crisis could cause delays, so the best efforts of each financial institution and collection agency will be appreciated under the current circumstances. XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: XXXX is falsely reporting two account on my credit report that is not mine at all. Ive tried to get them to investigate and verify and send me information proving or backing up the investigation. Ive written several certified mail pieces since XXXX and Ive managed to get the account removed from my report on the other credit bureaus but XXXX will just not remove the obsolete erroneous inaccurate unverifiable account. Plus they wont tell me or send me proof of how they verified. Both accounts need to be removed XXXX XXXX Trans world systems

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX Transworld Systems Inc. closed account # XXXX in the amount of {$700.00} On XX/XX/XXXX Transworld Systems Inc. placed the same amount of debt that they claim I owe under a different account # XXXX which I have no knowledge of either account or debt. Letters of disputes were sent and received on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. The latest dispute letter I received from Transworld Systems was on XX/XX/XXXX and that stated that account # XXXX was in a dispute status. Every time a dispute letter was sent, Transworld Systems constantly sent me a copy of bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX which they are using for their METHOD OF VERIFICATION. As per FTC opinion letter from Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX, a printout of a bill or itemized document does not constitute a METHOD OF VERIFICATION. As of current, Ive only gotten responses back from the dispute letter Ive sent to Transworld Systems from XXXX, XXXX and XXXX stating that the debt was valid. As of XX/XX/XXXX Ive yet to hear back from Transworld Systems Stating how and why the debt was valid with no method of verification. Since the debt was last disputed on XX/XX/XXXX, Transworld Systems has again willfully violated the FRCA by not responding to my dispute. Transworld Systems Inc has not responded within the required 15 day deadline of sending their METHOD OF VERIFICATION. Not only they have not responded in 15 day deadline, but they have not responded to my dispute letter since XX/XX/XXXX. I have previously reached out to Transworld Systems Inc. several times with all required documentation concerning this alleged debt. I have have asked Transworld Systems for theIr METHOD OF VERIFICATION three times, and three times I have been denied my request for their method of verification and met with NON COMPLIANCE. As stated in 609 Disclosure To Consumers [ 15U.S.C 1681g ] ( a ) Information on file ; sources ; report recipients. Every consumer reporting agency shall, upon request, and subject to 610 ( a ) ( 1 ) [ 1681h ], clearly and accurately disclose to the consumer : As we know, the information that verifies the information inside a credit report is supposed to be in the files of the credit bureau as well. This is the Information that the credit bureaus are supposed to store in their database on every consumer. As well as 609 ( c ) ( E ) As of 09/18/2020 Transworld Systems Inc is still reporting all negative Information about this alleged debt to all three of my credit reports. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I am asking the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to investigate the non compliance by Transworld Systems and the disputes that i have submitted.

XXXX neglect to remove reporting, companies combined debt on XXXX XXXX XXXX report with two different account numbers. When asked rep to advise further how can you combine two different accounts with different alleged medical dates, rep hung the phone up in my ear without explanation.

Consumer Complaint: There is a fraudulent account on my credit report that has become egregious and is not mine. I do not know who used my name or how this came to be a debit of mine. It is a {$400.00} debt from XXXX XXXX. I cant say this more emphatically, I have never had a XXXX XXXX account in my life and could you please remove this immediately. Also, I am exercising my right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609, to request information regarding an item that is listed on my consumer credit report. As per section 609, I am entitled to see the source of the information, which is the original contract that contains my signature. There is no such document because this isn't my debt so please remove ASAP.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I received a letter from Transworld System Inc about a medical bill stating they received a inquiry from me for debt validation. Unfortunately the company listed a medical account and they stated in the response letter while we have complied with federal law, factors beyond our control may prohibit us from confirming or denying the presence of inaccurate information within the timeframe prescribed by state law. We may not have sufficient time to complete an investigation of alleged inaccuracy. The second account I have is from reliant energy which I also have no validation from the company from.

Consumer Complaint: On a recent review of my credit reports, I discovered your company reporting the collection account referenced herein. Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I hereby notify you that I am disputing this debt in entirety, and you are required to provide me with validation of the debt by providing me all of the following information : Copy of original contractual agreement bearing my signature A clause in the original signed contract that authorizes the third party like yourself to collect on this debt. Statements from the original creditor and itemization of monies owed Copy of bill showing last default date Proof that the debt is valid and collectible and within the statute of limitations for this state Proof that you are licensed to collect in my state of residence Agreement between your company and the original creditor that authorizes you to collect on this debt I am also requesting that you cease and desist from all collection activity pertaining to this account.
