Consumer Complaint: I have filed Chapter XXXX bankruptcy ( XXXX ) and TransWorld Systems Inc was notified of the bankruptcy by mail so was XXXX XXXX XXXX. TransWorld Systems Inc has still chosen to violate my rights under the bankruptcy protection laws and has sent me a bill and called my cell phone. I called this company on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX reconfirming my bankruptcy filing only for this company to call my JOB the same day. I need the communications to stop and I will officially filing a small claims complaint.

Consumer Complaint: There is a fraudulent account on my credit report that has become egregious and is not mine. I do not know who used my name or how this came to be a debit of mine. It is a auto lease debt from TRANSWORLD/NAT XXXX I cant say this more emphatically, I have never had a TRANSWORLD/NAT XXXXaccount in my life and could you please remove this immediately. Also, I am exercising my right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609, to request information regarding an item that is listed on my consumer credit report. As per section 609, I am entitled to see the source of the information, which is the original contract that contains my signature. There is no such document because this isn't my debt so please remove ASAP

Consumer Complaint: Upon looking at my XXXX Credit Report on XX/XX/XXXX I discovered a negative collection on my account that does not belong to me. I then disputed all of the addresses and phone numbers added to my account and included this collection as a dispute. There was reference on the website to contact the Company to try and resolve this first so I phoned TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS with the number given on the report, ( XXXX ) XXXX. When I phoned to tell them the collection was not mine, they asked me to verify my SSN so I did and then the person indicated they would submit the information. The address associated with this collection, I have never resided in. I own my home in XXXX and have lived there since XXXX. The dispute came back indicating the information and collection is mine. It is not and I fear the SSN I gave the collection agency was used against me in claiming this collection is mine. The original company XXXX XXXX sent this collection of {$710.00} to collection, and I have never had an account with this energy company. My account along with my accurate address resides with XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX I looked at my credit report from XXXX, XXXX & XXXX & I noticed two medical collection for XXXX XXXX XXXX being collected by Transworld Systems Inc. One in the amount of {$270.00} & the other of {$420.00}. I do not deny that this debt is mine, but I also do not recall owing anything as well. That same day XXXX I sent a simple debt validation to TSI/ Transworld Inc in order to verify this belongs to me. I also sent a letter on the same date to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX asking them to verify this is truly mine. I patiently waited and after over a month I have not received any response. I sent the same letters again asking for my right to know. At this point it has been well over two months & I have not recived a response from either the collection company Transworld Systems or the credit reporting agencies. I have nowhere to turn with this injustice.
