TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS ( XXXX XXXX ) Pursuant to 18usc 8, I owe no debt, this company is violating my consumer right to privacy persuant to 15 usc 1681 b2 company has also no permission to report anything using my info pursuant to 15 usc 16814. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v Gravens ( mo ) 281 SW 715, 719, I presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact therefore exists.

Consumer Complaint: They have never contacted me, in violation of the fcra and fdcpa. I disputed via the credit bureaus and ask for validation in writing pursuant to us code subsection XXXX et seq. They did not respond, in additional violations of the fcra and fdcpa. They continue to harm my credit whilst ignoring all relevant federal laws. They pretend to operate with impunity. I know they have my address as they bought it from XXXX long ago. Yet I still never received anything from them whatsoever. not verbally nor in writing.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld systems inc a debt collector is reporting inaccurately a debt i am not contracted with on my XXXX credit report : XXXX show closed but is reported in collection. I have even sent letter certified mail with return receipt to XXXX and TSI to dispute the erroneous collection, they clearly do not do their part to protect and verify our information properly and violate my rights! I have NOT given them written permission to put anything on my consumer report. i never contracted with TSI, they haven't provided me with any proof of chain of assignment, chain of title, ANYTHING but a computer letter that I contested. 15 USC 1681b Permissible purpose of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. You have no permissible purpose by law to contact third parties with my private or personal information.15 USC 1681 a 4 speaks on a consumer right to privacy. 15 USC 1692 speaks further on a consumer right to individual Privacy. It is unlawful for the advertisement of any debt specially when it is INNACURATE they need to stop harassing me by reporting false information on my credit report. They have caused me severe harm and Anxiety to me and my family!

XXXX has broken the law 15 USC {$1600.00} b by providing my information to company that has reported fraud on my account. Then On the page of the attached letter they said " We sent the company your information ''. I sent the fraud dispute request to validation the debt ( fraud ) not for them to send my information to them. Now they sent the attached letter with and affidavit to validate a fraud account. I have Attached XXXX bill proving I have a current account the account from the fraud company doe not match.

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX Transworld responded to my request to confirm I owed them a debt with a letter stating that the referenced account XXXX was placed in a restrictive status to prevent further collection activity. I know that according to 15 USC 1692j ( a ) that it is unlawful to design or compile and furnish any forms creating false belief that I owe Transworld Systems Inc. I have granted this company many chances to resolve this matter. Yet this account is still on my consumer report. The document clearly does not provide evidence of indebtedness to this organization. Any attempt to collect this alleged debt can be considered fraud because I do not even know how or why they are contacting me and reporting this horrendous information on my consumer report. Every letter I have submitted has tracking information attached to it so I know that my disputes are being received. Therefore I will not accept an excuse to why this matter is not already resolved.

Now Transworld opened a collection on me & are affecting my score & calling me non stop. Emailing, etc. I dont even owe this & they cant just decide I have a new debt open that was from like 5 or so years ago & was resolved that I dont owe.

Consumer Complaint: started in XXXX. I spoke to XXXX XXXX about buying some books so I can train cdl students. I was asked a million questions about me and where I worked and lived. I told them everything truthfully. I went forward on purchasing books, we agreed on a price, I gave them my cc information and then I got a statement from my credit card which did not match what my emails said I would be charged and it was a lot over the amount. I disputed it with my cc company and won. they told me to not contact this company about this it was handled. I heard from a guy in their office later. he said he would send me to collections. he obviously couldn't, now he is harassing my workplace saying that they owe the bill for the books. they made up a collections paper with he city of XXXX XXXX as the debtor. I never said I was purchasing for the city, I never told them it had anything to do with my place of employment. this is a very unethical business. I wrote them a cease and desist letter with the help of a friend that is an attorney and was told to immediately contact you about this and file a complaint. thats what I am doing.
