Consumer Complaint: {$56.00} to XXXX they have Transworld systems doing debt collection on this. XXXX stopped picking up our trash and we tried multiple time to see what the issue was. We found out they were going to stop services in our area. We did not get any service prior to the date given and could not get any response from XXXX. We had to get a new provider for our trash and came home one day and they actually came out and took the cart. The XXXX weeks prior to them ending service they never picked up or responded to and calls or XXXX mails. We should NOT owe anything as they did not pick up the last month of service as they stated they would.

Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed
Subissue: Debt is not yours
Consumer Complaint: Since XX/XX/XXXX I have been disputing an item on my credit report, reported by a debt collection agency known as Transworld Systems. I have repeatedly advised that the account they are reporting does not belong to be. They sent me a copy of the bill from the original creditor, XXXX XXXX. This bill listed my name, a service address, service dates in XX/XX/XXXX, and cost of service during the service dates in XXXX. I have provided documentation, including a copy of a deed that proves the service address was not owned by me ( nor is it anyone I know ), and a copy of a lease that proves I did not reside at the service address and my address was completely different. Despite this evidence, the account continues to be reported on my credit reports. I have requested debt validation and have asked for any and all evidence/documentation used to determine account accuracy on their end. I have also advised them of my rights under the fair credit reporting act, as well as their legal obligations. They continue to tell me that they will not remove the account because they were only a 3rd party hired to collect and that they do not have any obligation to prove account accuracy. When I requested to speak with another supervisor today, they " transferred me '' but only lead to a disconnected call.

Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC/ reached out to me via mail on XX/XX/2021 about they own the debt and I needed to reach out either requesting to validate the debt or make a payment. I then received a call from said debt collector above on XX/XX/2021 and advised I was sending out a debt validation letter to validate debt requesting proof. I responded with a debt validation letter dated XX/XX/XXXX. Neither time from the letter I received on XX/XX/XXXX and call on XX/XX/2021 did the debt collection agency stated they was reporting this debt to the credit bureaus which they did on XX/XX/2021 especially since this was the first time I got communication from them. I was not given a proper time frame of validating the debt before it was reported to my credit report. This is unfair and violates my consumer rights of a proper investigation of any debt claimed to be mines. I have even reached out after the collection was reported to have them validate said debt and they did not provide any payment history with the original creditor or a copy of the original signed contract between the original creditor and debtor. They also did not provide an account statements from the original creditor or even n itemized accounting of how the total amount of debt was calculated including fees and interest. I even reached out to them multiple times asking for proof and they gave nothing that validated the debt to be mine.
