Consumer Complaint: You are in violation of the following subsections of the FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ) 15 USC 1681. Before I proceed I would like to make it clear to your company, and those in positions of Authority at your company that congress makes it clear that the banking system is dependent upon my consumer reports being fair, and accurate to me. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ). Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) congress made it clear that you are an elaborate mechanism with no real standing, or authority. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 3 ) you were not given this role. You assumed this vital role, and because of your assumption you have negatively affected my life, and those around me causing me severe hardship, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I have been unable to get a job or access credit cards because of you assuming this role. You are in violation of 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) if this was a factual transaction ( which you wouldnt know because you were not there ) it would in fact be a transaction that solely took place between me and the person who allegedly made this report. So pursuant to 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) it should be excluded from my consumer report. THE COMPANY TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC, PURCHASED A DEBT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND I HAD NO INVOLVEMENT WITH THE TRANSACTION. ACCORDING TO 15 USC 3002 i AM A NATURAL PERSON WHICH MEANS MY NAME IN ALL CAPS IS NOT ME. MY NAME IS XXXX XXXX. 15 USC 1692 ( A ) ( 1 ) The term " Bureau '' means the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX are assumed to be credit Bureaus and their is only one Bureau and that is the Consumer Financial Bureau. On XX/XX/1933, Congress enacted HJR-192 which is Public Law 73-10 to suspend the gold standard and to abrogate the gold clause. This resolution declared that " Whereas the holding or dealing in gold affect the public interest, and are therefore subject to proper regulation and restriction ; and whereas the exiting emergency has disclosed that provisions of obligations which purport to give the obligee a right to require payment in gold or a particular kind of coin or currency... are inconsistent with the declared policy of congress ... in the payment of debts. This resolution declared that any obligation requiring " payment in gold or a particular kind of coin or currency, or in an amount in money, policy ; and ... Every obligation heretofore or hereafter incurred, shall be discharged upon payment, dollar for dollar, in any coin or currency which at the time of payment is legal tender for public and private debts. 15 USC 1681 ( 3 ) ( E ) ( e ) The term " investigative consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characterstics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or whom may have knowledge concerning any such terms of information.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I made a reservation with XXXX for a total amount to be paid, including fees and taxes, of {$1100.00}. I did not make any additional elections or add-ons upon picking up the vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I returned the vehicle on time to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. However, my XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) credit card was charged {$1600.00}. This charge was {$510.00} higher than the agreed upon amount in the reservation. On or about XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX by telephone after noticing the {$1600.00} charge on my XXXX statement to inquiry why I was charged {$510.00} more than the reservation amount. I paid the full amount to XXXX but believed I was due a credit/refund. The XXXX representative I spoke to stated that I had already been credited {$200.00} on XX/XX/XXXX which should be reflected on my XXXX statement and that he would credit the {$180.00} Liability Ins. Supplement charge. Later that day after reviewing my XXXX statement and not finding any {$200.00} credit from XXXX as the representative claimed there was, I disputed the charge with XXXX. Based on my conversation with the XXXX representative, I requested a credit of at least {$380.00}. In XX/XX/XXXX the dispute was settled by XXXX in my favor. In XX/XX/XXXX I received the XXXX invoice for {$380.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX by telephone at XXXX, the telephone number on the invoice. The representative I spoke to could not locate the reservation and requested that I email her the original reservation for {$1100.00}. I forwarded the original reservation email to XXXX. After reviewing the reservation and final charge, the representative acknowledged that XXXX erroneously charged me a different rate, resulting in an overcharge of {$510.00}. The representative claimed that XXXX would issue a refund for this amount after I paid the invoice of {$380.00}. I requested to speak to a supervisor to propose that the invoice from XXXX simply be voided and I would forfeit the additional amount XXXX owes me. I was told no supervisor was available, but that I would receive a call back in the next XXXX hours, but no later than Monday XX/XX/XXXX. After requesting a case number, the representative gave me case number XXXX. No call or message from XXXX was ever received. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX again. On both calls, XXXX representatives acknowledged I was erroneously charged a higher rate, but stated no supervisor was available, and that I would receive a call back. No call or message from XXXX was ever received. On XX/XX/XXXX, I mailed a written response to XXXX explaining the above. The only response I received was that my XXXX rental privileges and membership had been cancelled. In late XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX, a debt collector, that they are trying to collect a debt owed to XXXX for {$190.00}. XXXX has fraudulently invented a debt that I do not owe and forwarded part of it to a debt collector.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to alert the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau of a collections company that is violating my rights and not using proper communication methods when showing up on my credit report. I need the CFPB office to please look into my case XXXX with the balance {$910.00} and {$230.00}. This account has just popped up on my credit report without ever communicating to me. There was no written letter to me or calls to me so I can explain that they have the wrong person. They have recently just popped up on my credit report and I am not familiar with how they got my information or how they have my social security number. I do not owe this company and I Right now I am getting an alert on my credit karma and credit monitoring service saying my credit score has dropped tremendously. I can furnish the images of this alert showing the collections company. They are hurting me financially and this is a really big issue. To my understanding they must be compliant with laws and regulations that say they must write to the consumer within days of the first communication. They are using my credit to communicate with me yet they NEVER wrote to me before. .If they don't write to me then how could they send me a right to dispute or explain my rights? Please review the original paperwork for this account. I request they send me a copy of this information to my address. I also request the original contract showing my signature long with all other pages of the original agreement. I am suffering damages because of this error. I have been a victim of ID theft before and I monitor my financial affairs very closely. To me this seems like an instance of debt parking that I read about on the FTC website. The Federal Trade Commission has taken action against debt collection companies that allegedly placed bogus or highly questionable debts onto consumers credit reports to coerce them to pay the debts. They label this as DEBT PARKING. The Federal Trade Commission recently took action against a Missouri collection company and its owners, alleging that they collected more than {$24.00} million from consumers, largely by placing bogus or highly questionable debts on their credit reports. The defendants used this illegal debt parking to coerce people to pay debts they didnt owe or didnt recognize, XXXX XXXX XXXX director of the F.T.C.s bureau of consumer protection , said in prepared remarks about the agencys settlement with the company, Midwest Recovery Systems . I DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY and I am concerned they have unethicality acquired my information and they are acting unethically with their debt collections. There is a process in law that protects consumers from these illegal actions. This account is lowering my credit score and if I am declined for anything, I will seek financial remedy by talking to an FDCPA lawyer.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX has placed a false amount into collections and now it is under review. I've checked their XXXX reviews and it worries me that I'll have trouble disputing their charges with how many other people are complaining about it. During the vehicle accident in XXXX I was hit from behind, and this resulted in a visit to the ER which was paid in full by insurance companies. My insurance XXXX covered the charges until XXXX XXXX was able to pay them that way things were still paid in full. I contacted both companies as soon as I could during the transactions and my credit is now being impacted since XXXX XXXX is saying {$66.00} is due. I have proof from my insurance along with the other how everything has been paid in full yet I've been called along with mailed a certain amount that is still " due ''. I've submitted it online and it's currently pending for a review at XXXX alliance. My Credit was in the higher XXXX range and now it's in the XXXX range due to all of this false collection amount. Nothing is due and I have all the documents to prove it. I'm trying to buy a home and credit really impacts a lot of purchases in life when trying to get different things. It's almost 3 years later this is all happening and this has happened to multiple people based off of their XXXX reviews. Proof of payment documentation was provided years ago during the XXXX insurance claim. Recently proof of the payment in full was reiterated to the company XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX AM via email- I received a confirmation email from XXXX XXXX XXXX everything is under review/pending. I just really don't want this to happen to people in the future. Here are some extra notes from everything too : I've called and asked XXXX why are they charging me further when XXXX already reimbursed them and it seems they refuse to see that as being compensated ; they charged from XXXX XXXX XXXX cents issue date XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX paid that amount then XXXX paid XXXX another charge of XXXX dollars XXXX paid XXXX of XXXX all of it added up they paid {$2000.00} and XXXX paid XXXX cents ; if the XXXX amount that was paid was not satisfactory then this should have been submitted during the agreement to us let XXXX know. The XXXX email is who I've been in contact with making sure I input in the subject only place My claim number ; XXXX XXXX will overnight it if needing to pay something immediately. XXXX XXXX number is XXXX There is {$66.00} dollars and XXXX cents according to XXXX XXXX that is still due but it's has already been paid according to both insurances- the CT brain scan is the payment they said thats missing ; next steps send that in with XXXX they have requested info and it says insurance payment was made ( I've already emailed this over ) ; if insurance was paid then the document needs to be sent over ; their email from the day that was sent 3-5 days updated send proof and give a call 3-5 days then uploaded my rep XXXX from XXXX she advised to double check to see if proof is on file ; double check to see if its an error on their part or whos part ; XXXX proof of payment was provide with ID number in subject line for email if requested insurance ; estimated 3-5 days pending ; XXXX is the email XXXX XXXX gave me and they responded saying they received the information yet it's still on my account. XXXX paid up to {$2000.00} maximum that might be where the hang up is ; 3 radiology bills were paid ; 1 is copy of explanation of reimbursement ; then theyre including ledger including billing questions ; included everything paid up ; they paid up policy maximum along with copy of reimbursement ; XXXX XXXX and XXXX provided they paid this amount then they negotiated to have the payment ; then if they have any disputes the review wouldnt matter if theyre trying to dispute they can try to send requests they cant pay more after the fact of everything ; policy XXXX is the policy XXXX ; they send a copy to me and to them ; it allows for everyone to be aware of where XXXX stands XXXX Then there's a XXXX XXXX amount showing that {$50.00} is owed? Please help, I don't want this to be on my credit for years when it's already been paid.
