'' I filed numerous complaints with XXXX to investigate and they even contacted the physician informing them I owed nothing. The provider ignored XXXX and me and turned me in to collections. I have disputed these accounts on all three credit bureaus, as well as with the creditor. I am providing information on these disputes. I am demanding these accounts be blocked from my credit report, due to the fact that they are not valid and/or they are not caused by me. I have filed this complaint before without resolve. I am attaching the police report and Affidavit to this new complaint. I have attached everything that this company needs to do it's investigation.
