Consumer Complaint: I XXXX XXXX am a person, non-adverse, non-belligerent, non- combatant party and executer with full life. I am in possession of my credit reports with your voluntary submission of alleged account in question. As you keep reporting the alleged account verified and accurate. I herby dispute this alleged account in its entirety and request the removal of it from my consumer report. This letter also constitutes as a cease and desist, for you Transworld Systems INC to stop all attempts at collecting this alleged debt owed to you. This letter is addressing XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and you the direct data furnisher of this subterfuge. Transworld Systems INC must herein provide a true and certified original copy of the complete audit trail under penalties of perjury of said account, pursuant to 15 USC 1692g of FDCPA. Furthermore in order for Transworld Systems INC to validate this debt, please provide verification through audit certification of debt entry in accordance with G.A.A.P, IFRS, in accordance with BASEL3 and U.N.C.I.T.R.A.L. Conventions. I will also need a certified copy of the original contract with my wet ink signature between me and Transworld Systems INC. Providing that Transworld Systems INC is the holder in due course of the original debt contract and a certified original copy of your Tax Registration Certificate. I also request the following documentations listed bellow to be certified and sent with your response. Full accounting for this account Copy of the assignment of purchase from the creditor Every charge and what was purchased, fees, payment, credit, interest paid ) How you calculated what you claim I owe Full chain of assignment from charge off to present Proof that you own the debt with full clear title Proof that you were on the original contract All should be certified and presented to me with a certificate of testimony that the allege account is 100 % accurate and belonging to me. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 I received a letter in the mail from a collection agency called Transworld Systems Inc. They are claiming that I owe a debt to a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I never heard of neither of these companies and I don't have contracts with neither of them either. They said I have 30 days to respond to them otherwise they will assume that the debt is valid. They said if I don't pay the debt XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX continue to report it to credit reporting agencies as unpaid for as long as the law permits it. I responded to them immediately. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681 and 15 USC 1692 XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section XXXX : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C. 1681sXXXX ( A ) ( XXXX ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1692XXXX Any debt collector communicating with any person other than the consumer for the purpose of acquiring location information about the consumer shall ( XXXX ) identify himself, state that he is confirming or correcting location information concerning the consumer, and, only if expressly requested, identify his employer ; ( XXXX ) not state that such consumer owes any debt ; 15 U.S. Code 1692XXXX A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. The following United States Codes XXXX doing business as TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INCORPORATED has not abided by : 1 ) 15 USC 1602g : XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX doing business as TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INCORPORATED claims XXXX XXXX XXXX doing business as XXXX was the original creditor and they are the current creditor, 2 ) 15 USC 1692e : XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX doing business as TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INCORPORATED claims XXXX XXXX XXXX doing business as XXXX was the original creditor and they are the current creditor, 3 ) 18 USC 1961 racketeering and extortion through interstate commerce, 4 ) 15 USC 1692j : deceptive forms creating a false belief of debt owed when all debt are obligations of the United States per 18 USC 8. I was notified of this transgression of my rights specifically 15 USC 1601- the Truth in Lending Act by XXXX doing business as TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INCORPORATED on XX/XX/XXXX via US mail. According to 15 USC 1602 definitions of the Truth in Lending Act, I, as a natural sentient possessing an open-end credit plan was harmed by XXXX XXXX XXXX doing business as XXXX adverse action was taken against me denying my rights, of which the civil damages pursuant to 15 USC 1640 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( iii ) are up to {$5000.00} per occurrence per offence. Consumer Complaint: I am receiving phone calls regarding this debt, claiming it is not being paid. The debt is an off-set through the treasury that has been coming out since XXXX XXXX and should complete XX/XX/XXXX. Less than half or NONE ( according to some of the calls ) have been collected. The treasury automatically pulls {$260.00} each month. I have receipts. I do not know where the money is going once it is pulled. I simply have documentation that states the money has been pulled for a debt. For this reason, I am asking the company to refrain from their phone calls as money is being pulled from my account. I am working on where it is going. If you have questions, contact the treasury or the VA.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems has been sending my elder father letters about debt collections transferred from XXXX. I did not authorize this and know these charges to be fraudulent. I talked to fedex many times and get the run around about talk to this number, i call them and get told to talk to another number, and so on... I really tried my best to resolve it with them in good faith, but they just wanted it to go to this collections agency they have a partnership with. The bill is for {$1700.00}. The most recent mail was on XX/XX/2022, but I've had many such mails sent to my father about this, over 5 of them. The worst part is how much it worries my father, and how much time this takes from me.

Consumer Complaint: I received a loan that was serviced through UAS XXXX for some of my prerequisites for graduate school, which I am currently attending. Nearly two years after I completed those prerequisites, I started to received repetitive emails from this foreign loan company ( UAS XXXX ) when usually my loans are done through FAFSA. They kept reminding me that I needed to complete an Exit Interview ( again, nearly two years after I received the loan ). I thought that this must be a mistake, and then I started receiving emails for missed payments. I didn't even know if this company was legitimate or some kind of scammer because of the time lapse and because usually loans are done through FAFSA. The next thing I know, I checked my credit score a few days ago, and they reported a delinquent charge to my account without any warning or adequate help in finding the link for this " Exit Interview '' ( I asked them for clarification multiple times, and I never got the information that I needed on where to find the Exit Interview on their website. It doesn't seem to be listed. It just takes me straight to a " payment page. '' They didn't really care, even though I am still taking out loans to attend graduate school now. Anyway, my credit score dropped by over XXXX points because of their delinquency report! I have since sent them a proof of enrollment verification for my deferment. I called them to ask for more information about all of this, and the person on the phone wasn't helpful or knowledgeable about it at all. I would have appreciated any kind of option to make a payment or more sufficient warning before they reported to my credit score. Since that happened, I have contacted them asking them how to resolve this issue and have it removed from my credit report, and they haven't responded, just continually and repetitively giving faulty information on how to find this missing " Exit Interview '' on their broken website. I think UAS XXXX is a predatory loan servicer that should be investigated and prosecuted for how they damage the credit score of students who are still attending school.

Consumer Complaint: I was hospitalized are XXXX XXXX care in XX/XX/2021. XXXX demanded {$6000.00} from my wife while I was on my XXXX to cover up to my total possible deductible. After about 3 months all bills to XXXX were paid in full and they refunded me {$3400.00} from the {$6000.00} my wife gave them. I got no further bills from XXXX but they sent something to a collections agency in error. Ive called them numerous times to try and figure out why they think I still owe them money and no one can explain it. Yet they sent mystery debt to collections anyway.
