Consumer Complaint: I was under the impression that my student loan was deferred because of Covid. I never received any correspondence, calls, or bill to pay my loan, which caused a late payment. I only realized after signing into my school email and saw an email regarding a loan statement. I quickly paid the balance owed and called to see if they could reverse the late payment from my credit report, which they said they couldnt. I also never received correspondence stating that adverse action would take place. I have never had a late payment on anything and have paid this loan on time ever since and would like for this to be solved.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2020 I moved from the home owned at the time by XXXX XXXX. Due to foundation issue and flooding I was promised to be removed out of that home into another XXXX property by The Supervisor at the time XXXX XXXX because the home was no longer in living conditions due to molding and the walls detaching from the home. My children had to undergo XXXX stay because of the molding. XXXX XXXX and myself were in argreement that me and my family will be moved and placed in another home, especially with a child with XXXX XXXX XXXX and a XXXX XXXX XXXX After the let down and my family being displaced. I later found out that they are alleging I owe a sum of {$12000.00}. I reached out to an attorney who also wrote them. Which the attorney didnt receive no correspondence. I have over the amount of evidence from pictures, statements by the insurance company, emails from XXXX, and etc. When we reached out to them for the last time they said the no longer owned the debt because the home was sold to another company but yet its still reporting on my credit. Its reporting false information and is violating the fair reporting act.

The contents were packaged at theXX/XX/XXXXstore with assistance with the XXXX employee. {$50.00} XXXX the package was returned ( due to cookies ). Customer service was contacted and we were told by XXXX that we would be refunded in 3 days. No refund received.XX/XX/XXXX XXXX the package was shipped again. Est arrival date XXXX XXXX {$56.00} - XXXX XXXX package stuck in customs. The shipper contacted XXXX no less than less than 5 times and an email was sent to XXXX. XXXX asked for the importers information which was provided several times via phone call and email. The importer contacted XXXX twice and was told he would receive an email for deliveryXXXX XXXX the package was returned. Customer service was contacted and we were told by XXXX it was returned due to a lack of commercial invoice. XXXX then told us we would receive a refund in 3 days. No refund received.Approx XXXX XXXX the package was returned with the original commercial invoice attached.XXXX XXXX : The shipper received a bill from XXXX for {$290.00}. We had heard that they did not have importer information but this information was provided multiple times both via phone call and email. We were told the first time the package was shipped, we would be refunded. We were not. Had I known this we would not have shipped the package a second time. We were told the second shipping would be refunded. We were not. Instead we received an addition fee for the return costs. Most importantly we have never reviewed a clear explanation of why the package was returned. It is unreasonable to ship a package and have it returned ( without discussing ) and be charged 6x the shipping costs without a reasonable explanation as to why the shipment was returned. And all while the shipper is spending hours with a broken customer service system trying to resolve the issue. My impression is that their customer service and support I nearly broken. Sad to see from. XXXX who, as a company, has always impressed me until now. I greatly appreciate the support with this. Consumer Complaint: I owe the VA approx : {$1800.00}. the IRS set it up that they would take monthly payments out of my social security to apply to this debt, they have been doing that for a number of months. I received a Letter dated XXXX from the IRS informed me that they owed my wife and I, {$1800.00}. They also informed me {$750.00} would be applied to my medical debt with the VA. With this I received a detailed list of all the charges and who they went to. I need his amount to be paid toward this bill and I will be paying whatever is left with check or debit. The VA never informed me they would be turning this over to collections, otherwise this could have all been taken care of. I don't need this messing up my credit.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted Transworld System on a matter that pertains to my credit. I have been a victim of fraud. I sent Transworld System a certified letter via usps to validate this account asking to send original documents and a host of other things. I have not received any of the documents I requested. I have an account on my credit that does not belong to me. I asked transworld system to remove the unvalidated information and nothing was done. I have the receipt that I sent the letter via usps certified. Removing this account from all three credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX XXXX ) is what needs to take place there is no validation. I take pride in my credit and I have a XXXX score on my credit bureaus. This fraudulent account is ruining my credit to the extreme. A consumer can not provide signed documentation for an fraudulent account that they never authorized but I also asked for a signed documentation bearing my signature that I agreed to pay Transworld system and the collection agencies could not provide that information. I want this information removed IMMEDIATELY! DO NOT SEND COPIES! I NEED ORGINALS!

Consumer Complaint: " I am a victim of identity theft. Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, we are all facing which has me sitting still at home and I saw the recent news about the multiple XXXX Data breaches. I decided to look at my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and found that someone had used my Identity. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. I contacted the Credit Bureau and told me to file an Identity Theft Report which I am doing. I appreciate your effort in getting this matter resolved. Thank you. Please let me know if you need any other information from me to block this information from my credit report. Thank you. "
