Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I paid XXXX XXXX for 2 accounts in the amounts of {$100.00} and {$23.00} that was placed for collection with Transworld System. I contacted Transworld system on XX/XX/XXXX to verify that they have received information that the account was paid in full. XXXX stated that their system had not been updated but she would send a message to XXXX XXXX to verify the account. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted TransWorld System again and they said they still have not received verification from XXXX XXXX. I then contacted XXXX XXXX and they said they have indeed updated them and would send the information to them again to remove the account. XXXX XXXX then sent me proof of payment. On XX/XX/XXXX I again contacted Transworld System because the account is still reporting unpaid in my credit report. They again say they have not received information from the client that the account has been paid. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX and again they said they have sent them the information. The representative place me on hold and sent the information again for a third time. Transworld System has been reported inaccurate information to the credit reporting agencies for 3 months.

Consumer Complaint: RECEIPT OF UNREQUESTED XXXX XXXX XXXX VALIDATION LETTER AFTER STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS EXPIRY On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a telephone call from Transworld Systems Inc representing XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The collection agent told me that I owed money for a private college student loan. I stated that I knew nothing of this debt, and that I had never received a private student loan in college, the conversation ended shortly after that. At no time during the conversation did I request a validation of the debt. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a 46-page debt validation letter that I did not request for a loan that is 7 years past the statute of limitations. Upon reviewing the document sent to me it showed that the loan defaulted on XX/XX/XXXX, and according to the Washington attorney generals office the statute of limitations has expired for this type of debt.

Consumer Complaint: Since starting back in XXXX until last year XXXX ( last certified was sent on XX/XX/XXXX ) I have been trying to get TransWorld System Inc to provide proof that an erroneous debt that they are trying to collect on and has put on my credit report is indeed my debt by showing proof of a contract and not by validating with photo copies of a bill ( s ). To this day and as you can see from past complaints, they have still failed to provide the proof. I have sent numerous certified letters asking them for the information to send accurate proof and all they continue to send is a photo copy of a bill. They have this account in collection under their company in the amount of {$610.00} to this day reporting, but again can't prove that the erroneous debt in fact belongs to me. Providing a photo copied bill is not proof of validation anyone can do this with technology nowadays. It is a violation for TransWorld to continue to report after without being able to provide the proof after a certain amount of time and continue to report to the Bureaus without the proof.

Consumer Complaint: I applied for XXXX through an office in XXXX New York. That office called XXXX XXXX. I told that office that I need to switch the service provider for my house from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. XXXX agency gave me their email address which is : XXXX. Correspondence attached. I also sent XXXX a fax that National grid was able to take over the service. XXXX sent social services XXXX the application and XXXX granted me an amount of {$720.00}. XXXX sent the grant to XXXX XXXX instead of XXXX XXXX. I also called XXXX that advised to call XXXX XXXX to send the check back to XXXX. Please see my email attached of my correspondence with long energy. I also spoke with XXXX XXXX to advise regarding the situation. Yet, XXXX XXXX kept sending the debt to different collection agencies. I contacted XXXX, one of the debt collection agencies XXXX XXXX sent the debt to, by phone and by email as attached that promised to remove the debt. I only knew that the debt is still on through Transworld Systems debt collection agency when I found it on XXXX XXXX. I did not receive a copy for the debt from that collection agency. I did not even know the account number as I tried to ask Transworld Systems for the account number but I was not given that. I sent a fax with the attached records to Transworld Systems.

I contact XXXX XXXX that I never open an account with them and they ensure me that it was taking care of. Few month later, I received a debt collecting letter from Nationwide Credit and phone call. I told them it was a fraud and someone use my name and the SSN # was different. They are very rude and threaten me that if I don't pay they will take me to court.

Consumer Complaint: TransWorld Systems, debt collection agency, reported an erroneous debt to credit companies without ANY validation that debt belonged to me. Since debt was incurred in a state where I have never lived, it is impossible that this debt is mine. I found the faulty reporting when my XXXX score took a serious dive. This has damaged my credit report significantly. I've had to postpone making some financial changes until my XXXX score is restored to it's previous Excellent level. TransWorld has never had previous contact with me until I called them to correct their error. They were simply unwilling to do their own investigation.
