Consumer Complaint: I am looking at file number from Transunion XXXX XX/XX/XXXX # XXXX Placed in collections XX/XX/XXXX balance showing XXXX shows the account date updated, payment received. What is the date of last activity? What is the address on this account. Can I have a copy of the electronic signature, can the ssn be verified on this credit card account, can the dL or proof of Id that was used to authorize this account be given. File number from transunion XXXX issued XX/XX/XXXX This account shows that is was placed in collections and a payment was received. It also shows that the date placed in collections was XX/XX/XXXX. Transunion reported this was removed. File number XXXX this shows this was verified. I am requesting that Transunion pay close attention to their agency having a data breech. This account does not belong to me. The address assocated with this account was never my address. I am requesting this agency shows you company more than credit card bills at a wrong address. This does not prove this is my account. The collection agency must show a vaild DL, Vaild SSN, which should match my address. The should show a contract which was signed online with an electronic signature. As well as show they have the actual authority to collect on this account by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have a current and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which should be reporting from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. at no time would a business reissue a credit card to someone they charged off the debt.

Consumer Complaint: I have been a client of XXXX XXXX XXXX for several years with an excellent on-time payment history. However, after analyzing my credit report I have noticed 4 late payments XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. I send all payments promptly, but I'm unsure why the payments were not recorded by the due date. I tried to resolve the issue with the company but they refused to help me as a consumer I feel that my rights were violated. 15 U.S. Code 1666b - Timing of payments ( a ) Time to Make Payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. In order for any creditor to treat a payment as late you must prove that : 1 ) The information required under 15 USC 1637 ( b ) of this title was mailed out or delivered 21 Days before the payment due date please provide the proof that this information was mailed out or delivered 21 days before the statement date. 2 ) 15 USC 1637 ( b ) is very specific on all required information needed or that must be mailed or delivered to the consumer! You have 10 days to send me all the required information.
