Consumer Complaint: I have been a client for XXXX XXXX for several years with excellent on time payment history. However, after reviewing my credit report I've noticed late payments reportedXX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX I send all payments in a timely manner, not sure why the payments were not recorded on my account by the due date. I tried to resolve this issue with the company, but they refuse to help although as a consumer I feel my rights were violated. 15 U.S. Code 1666b - Timing of payments ( a ) Time to Make Payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. In order for any creditor to treat a payment as late you must prove that : 1 ) The information required under 15 USC 1637 ( b ) of this title was mailed out or delivered 21 Days before the payment due date please provide the proof that this information was mailed out or delivered 21 days before the statement date. 2 ) 15 USC 1637 ( b ) is very specific on all required information needed or that must be mailed or delivered to the consumer! You have 10 days to send me all the required information.

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022 Credit Card with XXXX XXXX 's was paid to a XXXX balance and account was closed by the order of the owner. While I was in debt consolidation XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX agree with XXXX XXXX debt consolidation company to take payments on credit card that was already paid and closed with a XXXX balance. I tried to contact XXXX XXXX in regards to matter, they never would give me an answer. In retaliation for finding their fault, XXXX XXXX 's now are reporting late payments on my credit report. When I spoke with XXXX ( agent ) from XXXX XXXX call reference # XXXX he agreed that the credit card was totally paid off with a XXXX balance/and closed. XXXX could not confirm why XXXX XXXX would cut a deal with XXXX XXXX to consolidate the debt.
