Consumer Complaint: This is not a duplicate complaint. This is in response to complaint # XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding significant violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) by XXXX, Trans Union, and XXXX. These violations are specifically related to the substantial delays in rectifying inaccuracies on my credit reports managed by these agencies. Notably, these delays are a direct infringement of my privacy rights as outlined under 15 USC 1681, section 602. This section of the FCRA is pivotal in ensuring the protection of my personal information, yet these agencies have failed in this regard. Moreover, the severity of this issue is further underscored by the provisions of 15 USC 1681, section 604a ( 2 ), which mandates the strict safeguarding of consumer privacy. This blatant disregard for consumer privacy by these credit reporting agencies is unacceptable. Additionally, there are concerns regarding the reporting of late payments. As per 15 USC 1666b, a creditor should not report a payment as late for any purpose in a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan without proper justification. In my case, these agencies have reported late payments in contravention of this statute, and despite my clear written instructions under an open-end consumer credit plan. This is securities fraud. I am profoundly disappointed by the lack of urgent action taken by these credit reporting agencies concerning these errors on my credit reports. I urgently request that XXXX, XXXX, and Trans Union prioritize this dispute, undertake a comprehensive investigation, and ensure validation and prompt correction of my credit reports. In conclusion, I am relying on your immediate and decisive action to resolve this matter. Such action is not only anticipated but greatly appreciated, given the gravity of these issues and their impact on my financial wellbeing.
