Consumer Complaint: I have never done business with the debt collection company, more importantly the alleged debt is not owed as it was paid. I request that credit bureaus do a through investigation before slapping a debt on a credit report. Attached are the details showing the debt was cleared. Please remove this negative information from my credit file as it does not depict an accurate description of my credit worthiness. I ask this be removed in XXXX business days or I plan to pursue legal action against the credit bureau for their reporting without proper validation of the debt. The company has never owned the debt nor have they provided proper verification as they can not provide documentation.

Consumer Complaint: There is a collection agency by the name of XXXX XXXX reporting an alleged debt of {$200.00}. The original debt was with XXXX XXXX for $ XXXX which I have attached to this complaint. I am confused as to why this collection agency is claiming a debt that I don't owe them. XXXX has since removed this account. I am requesting that Transunion and XXXX follow suit and remove the following account from my credit report for violation of the FCRA and FDCPA. XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX. Please note that this company and its subsidiaries was already involved in a lawsuit vs CFPB for violating the Consumer Financial Protection Act ( CFPA ), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), and Fair Credit Reporting Act. If this account is not removed after viewing the evidence of the incorrect loan balance, I will find it necessary to seek litigation against XXXX and Transunion.
