Consumer Complaint: The amount in dispute was returned by XXXX, but XXXX XXXX for some reason is charging me the amount. Ive talked with XXXX and tried to talk with XXXX but they ( XXXX ) would not talk with XXXX reps about the issue. Said I had to put in a police report for fraud agents XXXX because they do not see the amount being returned. XXXX has provided/showed me the invoice of the returned amount, see attached pics. XXXX fraud department ( ticket # XXXX ) is looking into this issue, they believe this XXXX bank is acting fraudulently and/or is embezzling this money. Ive asked XXXX to remove these lies again, but they just laughed at me and asked if I was recording the call. They have removed my access to their system so I can not gather additional information. I have everything from XXXX showing the amount being returned. And XXXX can/will verify. All XXXX ( the frauds ) have to do is call XXXX. But they dont wont to, they just want to destroy my credit score/ report. They can say whatever they want and I get, well you know XXXX on my credit score for no reason. All that work for nothing, just so XXXX XXXX sub company can.me. How I found out about this issue.
