Consumer Complaint: I have already contacted this company on different occasions and they insist that I have an alleged debt with them. 15 U.S. Code 1692a ( 5 ) ( 5 ) The term debt means any obligation or alleged obligation of a consumer to pay money arising out of a transaction in which the money, property, insurance, or services which are the subject of the transaction are primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, whether or not such obligation has been reduced to judgment. Where is the proof of the transaction that creates this alleged obligation to you? They allege that I have some type of responsibility with them to return money through some contract that I have with them or some agreement by which they lent me money. They continue to violate my rights as a consumer since I have never done any type of business with said company and they continue to send me misleading communications to my address of amounts and amounts that I supposedly owe them. They say that I am almost obligated to pay you and I ask what is the product or contract with which I did business with you? They continue to violate the laws with false communications, demanding an amount of money that they supposedly lent me. I ask them for proof of any credit transaction in my name with this company and they do not have any proof and proof is not any document with my personal information. Proof is anything of value in the form of money or its equivalent that gives them any legal right to send me all of these fraudulent communications. Consumer Complaint: I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the recent attempt to rectify the late open accounts associated with my account with Credit Bureaus. This is the second time I am addressing this issue, and I am disappointed that the problem remains unresolved. I initially contacted your company to report several discrepancies in my account statement. These discrepancies primarily revolved around accounts that were inaccurately marked as late, despite my consistent and timely payments. After a lengthy exchange of emails and phone calls with your customer service department, I was assured that the matter would be investigated, and the inaccuracies would be corrected promptly. Unfortunately, despite the assurances I received during our previous correspondence, I find myself in a similar situation. My most recent account statement, continues to show late open accounts that have not been rectified. This is not only frustrating but also damaging to my credit score and overall financial well-being. I have attached copies of my previous correspondences with your company, as well as the account statements that clearly demonstrate the ongoing issue. It is essential to reiterate that these discrepancies are not a result of any negligence on my part, but rather an error on the part of your company 's accounting department. I request that you take immediate action to investigate and correct the inaccuracies in my account statement. I understand that errors can occur, but it is crucial that they are rectified promptly and effectively to ensure the accuracy of my financial records and the integrity of my credit report. Additionally, I kindly request that you provide me with a written confirmation once the corrections have been made. Furthermore, I would appreciate an explanation of the steps your company is taking to prevent such errors from occurring in the future. Timely and accurate account statements are vital for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction. If this matter is not addressed promptly and resolved to my satisfaction, I may have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the relevant regulatory authorities and seek legal counsel to protect my rights as a consumer. I look forward to your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution. I am asking for your assistance to correct these late open accounts in my credit file : XXXX XXXX Balance : {$170000.00} XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Balance : {$35000.00}.
