Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed
Subissue: Debt was result of identity theft
Consumer Complaint: I'm sending this complaint to inform AGAIN the credit bureau that I was a victim of Identity Theft. It seems the credit bureau doesn't care that I want to dispute unauthorized items reported on my credit report. Since this is a strict violation of FCRA laws I need the items removed from my file as soon as possible.

Issue: Improper use of your report
Subissue: Reporting company used your report improperly
Consumer Complaint: The Credit Reporting Agencies never did a proper " investigation '' according to the FCRA. The term " investigative consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates, of the consumer reported on or with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. They did not do this! Also, they have violated my rights even more. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act Everything has to be 100 % accurate on my consumer report. The Credit Reporting Agencies stated my account was properly investigated but how is that possible if the open date is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, and date last reported is inaccurate. This is grounds for removal. They also violated the law because according to : 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. I did not give anyone or Credit Reporting Agency written instructions.
