They could not provide me with any substantial reason for that report. As seen on the attached document I have bot missed any payment since XXXX aside the false aligation. This customer agency needs to report with complete accuracy. I am requesting you investigate and provide variable proof with records showing that I had a late payment If this information can not be provided I demand this these late payments updated to be paid on time immediately. In accordance with the FcrA.the list of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer right to privacy and confidentiality under 15 US C 1681. I told XXXX, Transunion and XXXX to reinvestigate these accounts. Child support account number ending in XXXX, child support account number ending in XXXX, and XXXX XXXX account number ending in XXXX. However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to the 15 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that arent reporting correctly. 15 USC 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable calls to believe that the information is incorrect.
