Consumer Complaint: No changes were taken. I have already informed them that i am a victim of identity theft. I explained to them that i have never disputed the account as never late and therefore they need to make that investigation. I have always disputed that account as identity theft asking for reinvestigation and sending me results and artifacts but they are not following the law and proper procedures such as verifying wet signatures or deleting the account within 4 business days of receiving the paper work.
