Consumer Complaint: I submitted a complaint about the communication to XXXX XXXX about reporting transaction history in violation of 16 CFR 313. They are also stating that I can not opt out of a unilateral contract that was only signed by one party which is me, which is also a violation of 16 CFR 313. I also understand they have my securities which was the application I submitted and that they are committing securities fraud according to the SEC Act 1934 which will be taken up in federal court if this isn't all rectified. I have also sent written instructions to their indenture trustee which is THE XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, New York XXXX. I also understand that the debt has already been discharged using either a 1099a or 1099c filed with the IRS. So either way there is fraud being committed.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed an account on my credit report that does not belong to me. Transunion denied my dispute. I then requested Transunion provide me with proof of verification of the debt, namely, my wet ink signature as well as any and all information Transunion used to attempt to verify the debt. I have not received any of the information I requested, and Transunion is continuing to furnish an account on my credit report that unequivocally does not belong to me.

Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone
Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX I used the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) Section 609 letter template, as prescribed by the legislation, to formally inquire with the credit bureaus - specifically, TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX. In response, TransUnion sent me a letter dated XX/XX/year>, acknowledging the receipt of my request but expressing concerns regarding its authenticity, implying that I may not have initiated or authorized it. They recommended that I either contact them by phone or visit their website to dispute the accounts, essentially bypassing the FCRA 609 Letter process. My letter, sent on my official letterhead, emphasized specific areas in my credit report that needed review, included five forms of identification, and made specific demands in accordance with the FCRA 609 Letter guidelines. On the other hand, XXXX confirmed the receipt of my FCRA-compliant letter and detailed their plan of action, adhering to legal requirements. I sent identical documents, including bureau-specific credit reports, to all three bureaus via certified mail. When I contacted TransUnion to seek clarification on their lack of acknowledgment of my FCRA 609 Letter, their representative urged me to provide disputed account details over the phone and firmly directed me to follow the instructions in their letter, which appeared to circumvent the FCRA 609 Letter process. I vehemently declined this alternative approach. On XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX XXXX I submitted a complaint through TransUnion 's customer email address, promptly receiving a ticket number. As of the time of filing this complaint, I have yet to receive a response from TransUnion. Attached, you will find the following documents : 1. A copy of the FRCA letter sent to TransUnion ( and the two other credit bureaus ) 2. A copy of the letter I received from TransUnion in response to the FRCA letter I sent 3. A copy of the email sent on XX/XX/XXXX to TransUnion regarding this issue. A ticket number was assigned, but I have been unable to get any response to my issue from TransUnion
