Subissue: Account status incorrect
Consumer Complaint: I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke to customer service and advised them payments were being reported late negatively affecting my credit report. The payments that are being reported on my credit profile violate my consumer rights under FCRA Consumer Law 15 USC 1666B. As a long- time customer that has had exceptional payment history with XXXX XXXX I am appalled that they will violate my consumer rights in such a manner that is detrimental to me achieving a good credit profile which affects my approval for other accounts. After speaking with XXXX customer service, they were not helpful and didn't listen to as a long-time customer. They advised me there was nothing they could do, although they were aware my consumer rights had been violated. I can not believe a company of this magnitude doesn't care about their customers consumer rights. XXXX is tarnishing my name and credit profile by reporting these late payments inaccurately without my consent. As well as my creditworthiness, character, and my general reputation which is also against the FCRA

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed the same four accounts with XXXX, XXXX and Transunion for at the very least 6 months. XXXX and XXXX both have deleted the accounts listing me as a victim of fraud. Transunion has deleted only one account ( XXXX XXXX ) but continues to report the other XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as being verified. Each time transunion responds at almost the 30 day mark. I have requested the method of verification and I have yet to receive anything disclosing this process that keeps returning 3 of the 4 items as being verified. I find it hard to believe that Transunion is actually investigating my disputes especially when the other 2 agencies have resolved the matter. My information has been leaked in almost all of the date breaches that these agencies have had yet Transunion is the only one that is determined to keep false information on my report. I understand its a business but I do have rights that are supposedly protected by the FCRA and other codes and they are all being violated by Transunion.

Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB, I am writing in reference to the recent response of XXXX, XXXX and TransUnion to my CFPB complaints, dated XX/XX/year>, regarding the status of certain accounts on my credit report. It was indicated that the following accounts were verified on their end but are unverified and incorrect to other Consumer reporting agencies. As you can see, their information were inconsistent and doesn't match with each other despite obtaining all their records from the same person or entity or creditor.
