Consumer Complaint: These accounts and inquiries are involved in litigation and does not belong to me. I never established these accounts. These accounts are a result of fraud. I was contacted by a collection agency regarding the accounts that were obtained under my name. I have no knowledge of obtaining any of the accounts listed here in this affidavit report, and was told that I needed to complete this affidavit, along with submitting my personal identification to have the suspected fraudulent accounts investigated and removed immediately.

I received an email from the credit bureau stating that they are assuming the disputes are coming from a 3rd party. They in fact did not come from a 3rd party. l even called them to verify it was me and they still refused to process my disputes. I wasted money on mailing my disputes out. I sent personal information to verify my identity through mail, just for them to not thoroughly investigate.

Consumer Complaint: I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX phone number XXXX. I informed said company that they have reported the information past the seven year time that they are allowed too. They then reported it again after asked it to be removed as if i was a new account causing my credit score to go down. I also told them according to law that i would like to opt out of them reporting to my credit report per 15 usc 6802 ( b ) thru 6805. I also informed said company that 15 usc 1681 ( 4 ) clearly states " There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. In regards i will be seeking damages for the reporting unlawfully 15 usc 1681 ( n ) states that 1000 per violation for a persons willfully fails to comply with any requirements imposed under this sub chapter with respect to any consumer is liable to that consumer. I hope that these matters will be resolved in a reasonable matter

Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me.
