Consumer Complaint: I have requested three or more times now that all negative accounts on my credit reports be investigated as they are not familiar, and my XXXX XXXX should have XXXX balance after XXXX plus years of payments so past the statute to collect on them after this amount of time per law the balance left is to be canceled and I also have ten years of eligible employment for the FMLA from XXXX XXXX XXXX House, State of IL IDES and Dept of the Treasury IRS. Yet XXXX just keeps getting the dispute and just turning around and not investigating and a day later sending me the same information, THIS IS ILLEGAL!!! ENFORCE THE FDCPA AND FCRA LAWS!!! I have provided a copy of my student data file for XXXX, these loans did NOT restart when the government changed loan servicers, but they started way back in 1993 and were consolidated by the government twice!!! It is THEIR JOB to have all of this information and not MINE to provide it to them!! Yet I still provided it!!! I want this complaint shared with the IL ATTORNEY GENERAL AND I WANT ALL CORRECTED AND REMOVED NOW!! AND DO NOT CLOSE ANY COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM ALL UNTIL ALL IS CORRECT AND FINE THEM DAILY UNTIL THEY DO CORRECT ALL!!

I don't know how its reporting negatively with a positive balance! This information is not supposed to be reporting to the credit reporting agencies because this is private information. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ( FERPA ) is a federal law enacted in 1974 that protects the privacy of student education records. FERPA applies to any public or private elementary, post-secondary school. 20 U.S. Code 1232 ( b )

Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data.

I wrote a letter to the Bankruptcy that is reflected in my credit report on XX/XX/year>, to send me his contract because they reported this incorrect account on my credit it has been more than 30 days since this and they have not sent me anything. I also made three previous disputes with Transunion requesting the information or research they use to report this account and they have not sent me anything. Consumer Complaint: I have tried get them to remove certain information from my credit report and they are writing me back saying I need to pay for my credit report and that I need to give them certain information. I know that 15 USC 1681 622 ( 4 ) regards my right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ), says that knowing the information is Inaccurate it must be deleted and not more information asked for. I have searched my account after so many years and I was shocked to see so many errors on my account. I am now starting to correct my account and fine that those who supposedly watched over it were not watching out for my good.
